I had a very good experience with Bill Nuccio. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly provide me with all the information I needed to complete my purchase. They delivered the car over 1,000 miles in a few days. All was as promised and I love the car! I am usually very leery about online purchases- but he made me very comfortable and confident and kept me very informed along the way. I highly recommended Nuccio Auto Group!

Moreover, they are a relationship built business. Bill was very attentive, without being pushy. I truly believe that they are about building a relationship with their customers, rather than just pushing for a sale and then moving on to the next. Bill wanted to be sure that this was the right deal, and it was. I purchased my "bucket list" car from Nuccio Auto Group. Many collector cars for sale. Significant Lotus expertise as they previously ran the Lotus/Lamborghini dealership in Chicago. They gave me a great deal and were very honest about the vehicle's condition. I was skeptical because I was making the deal over the phone and flying in to pick up the car to drive 700+ miles home. Everything went off without a hitch. No hidden fees and no surprises when I got there, except for how great the car was!

The dealer replied quickly but the car was no longer for sale. With a different enquiry about a 2004 Yellow Lotus in Orlando with 32,000 miles recorded the private seller, Leonardo, never contacted me. This vehicle was seen on the same Car Gurus website. This helps explain my rating.

The dealer principal responded right away. We Discussed their car and my trade-in and within an hour we made a fair trade. They were excellent to work with. I would rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 with a 12. Very satisified.

Bill Jr and Sr both were awesome.. I inquired.. got a email back very quickly..We came to an agreement within 2 hours of the first contact. Got all docs to me within 3 days and the car is already on its way to me. Super fair and very friendly. I will definitely always see what they have in inventory when making a purchase.
