The whole team was very helpful. Always a mountain of paperwork, but, the tech they use moved it along. I asked for a couple of things...and, they didn't fuss or "do the numbers". It was quite smooth.
*Now that I have had the car for a couple of weeks...I have found the reason for its sale. It has a very complicated onboard computer system. You can really personalize many things. But ...it has a "fantom". I have come outside and and found all four windows down. I've had to reset the running boards a few times. The instrument panel keeps changing. It's not annoying yet, actually... because, I am learning the system well with all the practice. The window thing could have been bad with all the snow we just got, or for security purposes in a public parking lot.
I will be contacting the dealership to see about firmware updates or a full system reset.
But, on all...an Awesome vehicle, and a great sales team !

Mike was great and very efficient. Just a lot of experience shown through. Good guy even if he wouldn't budge on the price. Adam was very efficient too. We were in and out in two hours and driving home with a nice truck.

Overall experience is horrible.
Contacted them on 4/5/25 regarding a specific car and their price advertised. It turned out to be
a bait and switch as they indicted the car needed to be priced a few thousand dollars
($2,500-$3,000) more than advertised.
In calling and writing to them for clarification which they promised would follow in a week, they
never returned my request with any communication in the full week that followed.

I'm not sure that rating my experience is completely fair at this point, I sent an email of interest in the car and requested a PHONE call from a HUMAN representative but, all I got was an email saying the car is not on their lot as of yet. I did sent another request for a PHONE call because, I have some questions and I'm still waiting for someone to CALL me regarding when the car will be arriving and other related questions.
A little disappointed in the way my experience with them played out. I was talking with them about a particular car and conversations were going well. The car had been on the lot a long time and I offered a lower amount. When they got back in touch with me a few hours later they said they had already sold the car to another customer. I feel if I was there first and already discussing a deal, I should've been given a chance to buy the car for the asking price before the other customer.

Very pleasant and knowable about the car since they had serviced it for several years. Closing on the car went very smooth and they took care of a few minor items before closing date plus they filled the gas tank. I would go back to them in the future.

Noyes are for real TDI people and give great deals. I hope y'all aren't interested in VW TDI's because it leaves more for me. The car I bought wasn't ready when I was because I live in NY, not NH. These guys know motor vehicle laws and I had no problems getting the car registered. They even made good on the deal by mailing me the wheel locks I forgot! Great place to do business. The car pictured isn't the car I bought. I bought a Golf TDI w/84,000 for 12,995. The one shown was sold, too late!
They were great to work with, laid back and no pressure. Scott in finance was up front about rates/payments and worked with me to get the payment that worked for me. Leo was so laid back as a salesman I thought I was on a tour of Keene rather than a test drive! Great little dealership and staff!

I'm sorry someone beat you to the vehicle and bought it before you. Some vehicles are negotiable, others are not. We do not negotiate off of our already discounted prices. Go to Walmart and try to negotiate a price on a new TV and let me know how you make out.

I apologize but based on your first name and the recent activity we have had you must be referencing the 2010 Beetle Conv. I am sorry for the confusion but that vehicle is indeed for sale and is not being wholesaled. We just took this vehicle in trade 3 days ago and until we get the vehicle through our shop we never know if we are retailing a car or not but it has since gotten a clean bill of health from our service department. Sorry again for the confusion.

We pride ourselves as a dealer with one of the best reputations around. That being said, we will stand up to anybody who feels the need to bully someone just to get their way. It's not often that when negotiating the price of a vehicle, we do not come to an acceptable agreement for both parties. It's unfortunate that when an entitled customer does not get their way they have to go to the internet to bash a reputable family business. Jeff immediately responded to my email inquiry and set me up with a great sales agent who really knew the vehicles. I took a test drive and the only reason I didn't buy the car was because of the wrong color. No pressure and very helpful.
