I recently bought a car from Northwest Motors and had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and they had plenty of cars on the lot. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used car or truck! Low pressure sales staff but high on knowledge and service.

Very disappointing experience. To begin with was unable to speak with any salesperson because no one answered phone during business hours and wasn’t able to leave a message. Gar gurus was very helpful and was able to contact them. After finally speaking with someone I told them that I would be coming in to look at truck and was very serious about purchasing the vehicle. When I got there I spoke with hector who gave me the car fax. Car fax reported an accident, however north west motors ad on car gurus said it had no accidents reported. Then I was handed a license plate to test drive the truck. Porter couldn’t get truck started and said he thought the starter was bad. Was a complete waste of time and dealership showed no sense of professionalism. I obviously will never go there again and woul never suggest this place of business to anyone

I was looking for a specific car and found it on Northwest Motors website. Hector responded to my email almost immediately, and I drove out to see the car. I arrived nearly at closing time because of faulty GPS , but he was patient and wanted me to spend as much time as I needed, test-driving and checking over the car. He answered all of my questions, and produced all documents related to the car, including a Carfax report. Hector was polite and patient, even with my bank, because they were nervous about my crossing state lines to buy a car. A couple days later, I came back to finalize the deal. The car is great, looks brand new, drives brand new, and all the bells and whistles are operative. I will be talking to all my friends about the positively pleasant experience I've had with Hector and Northwest Motors.

Dealer has poor response. I've emailed, texted and empty promises to return calls and messages.

Hector responded promptly and I went to look at the vehicle. I was able to find the car on the lot and spend time looking it over and taking notes. It was SO refreshing to not have someone on me from the time I walked over to a car!! One of the gentlemen asked if he could help me with anything and I asked a couple questions. He answered honestly and with integrity. Then Hector came out and he asked him for more details for me. Hector explained in great detail every question I asked. But then he just let me continue to look and never asked me anything or pressured me in ANY way! There were periods even in his office where neither of us said anything as he allowed me to process the information. He never pushed, suggested, or asked anything, just let me be. I asked for a test drive and he went along and allowed me to drive it wherever I wanted to and answered questions along the way. Unfortunately there was one feature that my wife had wanted on the car that wasn't included that I didn't realize until I was backing in (rear view camera), so I said oh that's a deal breaker, I'm sorry. He said no, the rear view camera is only an option on the 2014. I thanked him for his patience and left (without him trying to talk me into it anyway!). We were looking at two similar vehicles at other dealerships but as my wife and I talked it over, the vehicle had everything we wanted otherwise. I couldn't get over how well I was treated when visiting Northwest Motors and the honesty up front by Hector. Truthfully, I was exhausted just thinking about trying to haggle with the big name dealers AND Hectors price was already well below KBB. So we prayed on it and felt we were to wait out the weekend (when everyone seems to come out to car shop) and if it was still there Monday, we would go back. Well, I snuck a drive by the dealership Sunday afternoon and it was still there so on Monday I secured my financing and contacted my insurance company and headed over to Northwest Motors. Again I was able to spend time looking at every detail of the car, under the hood, trunk, underneath etc without being accosted like many bigger dealerships. After fifteen minutes Hector came out and we talked some more. Again he never suggested anything or pushed anything, just let me think and do the asking. We came to an agreement on the final price as we sat down to look over the details. I brought the check the next morning (along with a dozen doughnuts because we were so appreciative of his patience and honesty) and we went over the paperwork. Since I wasn't trading in a vehicle, Hector offered to deliver it later in the day after they detailed it and buffed out a couple tiny dings!! I felt Hector was honest and up front about everything and the whole process was actually very enjoyable!! He personally picks many of the vehicles on his lot based on his high standards and prices them fairly. I would definitely recommend doing all your homework online first, and if Northwest Motors has the vehicle you're looking for, give Hector a call. It's well worth the trip!! Hector mentioned a couple that had rented a car from Madison Wisconsin to drive down to purchase a car the previous week and drove home in a new (used) car. Hector definitely brings integrity back into car buying!!!
