Excellent. Jacqlyn was a great help to us and Samuel A was amazing with a FaceTime tour of the van and answered all of our questions. They are doing a couple of things that needed to be fixed for our needs……even one issue we hadn’t seen with the windshield. Never thought we would buy a car without seeing it in person, but we did. Thank you so much Jacqlin, Samuel and Northwest Auto Group.

Drove from Missoula MT to Kennewick WA with check in hand. Not only did they not repair the sensors
that I had asked them to, but the power mirror was broken. That didn't break the deal though. All the
rust that was covered up was the deal breaker. They were nice and friendly whatever that is worth.

called dealer for pictures. sales said they would send soon. hours later, salesman called and said that the dealership did not even have car! appreciated the call back. did not appreciate the email saying it was there.

No care for the customer, extremely unorganized, shady and dishonest business practices. I contacted the dealership and was told they would have the vehicle I was
looking at on site for me to view. I drove an hour and a half one way to look at it, only to find out they had not had the truck brought to this dealership (1 of 3 they have).
After much confusion and waiting I was told that it was not on the lot. They then tried to tell me they could have it there in 2hrs which was a lie just to get me to wait even
longer. After another 20 min wait the truck still hadn't gotten on the road at which point I left. They also tried to sweet talk me telling me they could get the truck for a better
price if I waited. This too was a lie as the manager there didn't have authorization to lower the price. All in all a complete waist of time and money.
AVOID WEST COAST AUTO DEALERS of Pasco WA!! The
staff is friendly. However I was PROMISED a test drive of a 2007 Impala.
While I was making the 60 mile drive to take a test drive they texted and
called me to confirm I was coming. However, when I arrived, they told me
they had already sold the vehicle in an auction! I was then offered to take a
test of a newer vehicle. When they quoted the monthly payment I informed
them that they were higher than what I could afford at this time. I informed
them what I could afford and was shown to a FORD Fiesta HATCHBACK! I
don't know if they just haven't updated their website (not good for business
if they have not since it's been over a week) but the vehicle I was looking
at is STILL on it!!

Even though I didn't purchase a car there, Bob was friendly and helpful, he followed up to make sure that I was taken care of elsewhere if I didn't buy the vehicle that his dealership had available. Thoroughly professional.

All vehicles offered seemed high priced which I blame on the Hanford Effect. I gave them an offer on one rig, but I didn't get a call back with a response. Probably won't be going back, even though the salesman was helpful. They asked for my price range, and then kept showing me trucks that were 8-15 thousand more than I wanted to spend.

Where to begin... took a month to see the car! Had me drive there to see "desired car" just to pull up to a different car. Got a text from the salesmen on Saturday... "car will be ready Thursday" 3 weeks later... I asked which Thursday? Again a week out. Multiple times I asked for the maintenence sheet. "I have a car fax for you" was given response every time. Also was told it was basic maintenance that was preformed. Then found out from running the VIN through the local BMW shop "inside friend" that there was $6,000 worth of work done to it! Told me was never in an accident when the evidence screams out a different story. Oh and had 3 different salesmen during this... sale.

Low pressure, I like my car, they didn't mention a small dent on the side and it was evening when I bought the car. Honestly I should have done a better inspection myself. They filled the tank with gas and got me the lowest loan rate.

Bad place to work with they are your
typical used car dealer they try to rip you
off on way or the other use only if you
really need a car and you can't get one
through a dealership they definitely will
try to take advantage of you whether you
have good or bad credit period !!!

Asked for email from mgr. , no response. Just a call 2 days after from salesman, request email for beat price and particulars of car, then again no response. I would have to drive 300 miles to see the car so needed this info. VERY POOR !!!
