The car was perfect for me except for one very important detail: the left rear seat was missing the hardware to release it so it could be folded down, a major feature of SUV's. Without it, the cargo space was minimal and of very little use to me. I wish this was either included in the description or at least addressed.

Friendly comfortable staff to work with, good price, car in good condition, completed the transaction in one afternoon and drove the car home.

The customer service is excellent and considering I was buying from out of state ,they did a great job expediting the paperwork for my credit union etc. Abe and Amanda took care of everything to make the process painless. They even helped me line up transport which was wonderful because the person that they put me in contact with got it done quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend buying from Northway.

Dealer responded to the first email, and then they never responded back to me. The car is still available even if they respond back now I will not give my business to them. They say they take PRIDE in providing a good customer experience.

I bought a truck from Kelcie on June 1st who promised hubcaps and the plates would arrive in mail by June 20th. Also she told me there was a spare tire under truck. So I got it home and decided to check no spare. She said she would get me one. June 19th I get a tire no rim. June 20th no plates or hubcaps. June 21st kelcie shows up with plates, a rusty used spare tire that doesn't fit under truck where it's supposed to fit. Still waiting for the hubcaps and someone to call me back about them and getting the used rusty spare under the truck where it belongs, everyone just know they never call you back. Make promises that they then break. Lie over and over. I would never recommend buying a car here. It's July 6th still no hubcaps. And I am carrying spare around in bed of truck.
