Drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle and the air conditioner didn't work windshield had three chips in it and a crack a large cut in the backseat and two more punctures. I was disappointed to say the least especially when I figured out the sales manager already knew all that stuff and said the price was already figured in these are things I think should have been disclosed before I drove all that way and wasted 3 hours of my day.

Bait and switch vehicle needed repairs that they were upfront about after contacting (cost of repairs was 2700). I was told you would be better off spending a little more and buying one that was almost twice the cost. I feel as id the should have mentioned in need of repairs.

Friendly sales staff. Unfortunately after confirming the price of the vehicle on the phone, I drove over an hour to find out they gave me the wrong price. The amount they offered for my trade was over 40% less than what N.A.D.A. and Consumer Reports indicated it is worth.

I was looking for a specific truck which this dealerships website said they had. Once I was able to get ahold of a salesperson he could not tell me if they still had it available. Then I was told they did have one but it hadn't arrived yet. The following day I was told they had already sold it even though they didn't have it and when I asked if they could get another one they were quick to say no and not offer any other solutions. Not impressed by sales person.

At first I messaged dealership about vehicle and messaged back it was sold. Then noticed online it was still available. Called salesman and went and test drove vehicle. Negotiations started and made offer. They came back and said vehicle was mismarkered. So ended negotiations quickly. Shady sales tactics. Way to go Northland

Vehicle was not staged very well for a sale and it had more damage than
shown in the pictures. We drove 90 miles to see this car and did not buy
it because of its condition.

I bought the 2005 Equinox, as is. Paid for it, 2 hours later the serpentine belt snapped, due to the a/c clutch malfunctioning, an 85 dollar piece. A salesman tried to help me to no avail. 1.5 weeks later, I still have no vehicle, because its 2 hours from my home. Asked for the manager of Northtown Automotive to call me, and it never happened. 4300 dollars...not deserving of a call. Great customer relations from the manager of Northtown Automotive. Do not waste your time with any used car sales from this dealership. Its very apparent, that its only about the money in this small town, and not about customer satisfaction. So, now, I am going to go tow the vehicle myself. I have to take another day off of work to get this vehicle, the first day to take my daughter back to school 12 hours round trip because of no vehicle. The response through the salesman, from the manager, "They will not do anything, because it is "As Is". Not even "Im sorry, this happened to you from the manager. Very classy customer service. Dont waste your time, with this small town dealership.

Really wanted this truck another salesman sold it just as I pulled up after driving 200 miles. They were nice and professional, felt that I should have been given one chance to outbid the other buyer

Best experience ever buying a new car. My wife and I drove
587 miles for a great deal on a new Cadillac. Reading some
of the reviews on CarGarus we were a little hesitant to drive
that far, however everything was exactly as described. This
is a large professional facility ran by great people. I have to
believe the negative reviews are just sour apples. Will check
with them again for my next purchase and recommend that
others do to!!.
