I was told the car was sold, but it wasn’t. I found out later. The person I talked to face-to-face said it was sold. But later I found out it wasn’t sold.

We didn't get the vehicle we inquired about- we actually ended up with something better. Everything was smooth. Tori was super personable- she went out of her way to make this deal happen. Very happy and grateful ❤️

I ended up not buying the car I was looking at, but was treated as a special person anyway! AND the dealership is in Washington and we live in Michigan! They gave me a virtual tour of the car and a virtual test drive! I am very impressed with Jocho who handled all my questions and all the paperwork items as well as my texts and phone calls, some not during business hours because I would forget the time difference! Hayden handled getting me to talk with right person (Jocho) and the virtual tour and test drive. They handled everything with genuine kindness and knowledge! My experience was an 11 out if ten! Keep up the wonderful work Jocho and Hayden! I just really appreciated being treated like a person.....not just a car sale.
Honestly, I had a friendly salesman. However,
Iâm not okay with getting haggled into a deal.
Trying to squeeze more money. Wasnât worth
it. Said I needed more money or a co-signer.

Hello Nicole, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience. We always attempt to help all of our customers get into a new vehicle. When getting a loan, lenders look at many factors that include credit, income, job time and several other factors and we were simply not able to secure a loan on the vehicle you came to see.
This dealer never responded they called once and let me know that they got my email and would make appointment with me to make a deal but that was the end of any response from them

live 2.5 hrs away was told by a sales man i can get in a car with my tax return, arrived there only to be told my taxes arent enough for a down payment. 3000 was somehow not enough of a downpayment for a 8000$ car. suggest people shop elsewhere

Bought a truck and got talked into a 3000 dollar warranty.didnt even need. Then electrical on the trucks dash went out and the dealership said .oh thats something we dont handle. Poor after the sale service. Will be looking elsewhere. Where customers are treated like xustomers and not jus another sale

The car was in poor condition and Jocko, the salesman I worked with, was comfortable with high pressure sales tactics. I won't return to this lot.
Not very good the truck was 4,000 dollars over priced for the mileage and the oil pump Gage did not work and there was something wrong with the rear end they would not come down on price the bank that they try to get me financed through sent me a letter saying that the mileage was too high for the price they were wanting

Quick response. The answer all my questions.
Horrible! Go elsewhere! Where do I even
begin. Let's start with the quality of cars:
this dealer, and all of their sister
companies get the vehicles from an
auction site in Canada. It is mandatory
that you review the regulations that are
imposed on imports… Or the lack there
of regulations. There reporting system
does not correlate US reporting. I had
two vehicles that I took to a mechanic for
inspection which should have been
totaled per US standards! Plus look
under every vehicle! Canda uses a lot of
salt on their roads: this equates to a lot
of rust!
Next the staff: they changed the deal
price on my trade in at the verily last
minute! Totally dishonest! They verbally
quoted me 11,500 for trade in then low
balled be at signing to 9000! Staff is
always late, they do not respond to calls.
The service department is a joke! The
mechanic should not be working!
Vehicles are not inspected at all. The
rotors were trashed and somehow
passed their "safety inspection". Not to
mention other items that were neglected
that are true safety concerns.
Management will lie and change the
agreed verbal contracts! The
management will
steal from you every day of the week!
They promised me soooo much and
failed on each promise!
Do your research! They don't offer a car
fax because they know they are terrible
cars, they offer "auto check" which does
not show anything that the car fax
shows!
Learn from others... buy elsewhere!

I had looked for this car 2 months earlier after reading the add on CarGurus ... at the time I was told it: had a scratched bumper and was being repaired, was being detailed, that it was on another lot, and lastly - that it had been sold, but just hadn't been cleared in inventory.
I then reached out through the site after I kept seeing the car ... I was asked twice by phone if I was still interested and then they set up a time for me to come down. When I came down they had me wait for ~ 45 minutes until they said that the car had a dead battery, must have been a domelight left on. They *did* show me the car, but the battery wasn't working and they were unable to charge it or jump it ... I was told they would get back to me in a few days. That was ~12/17 or so ...
....
Some additional details. They seemed to have a variety of cars which was cool. Also - since I had lots of time on their lot I sat in maybe 4-5 cars to see about how I fit and consider other options. Of the cars I sat in, if I recall correctly, 2 had issues - I am tall so I tried to adjust the steering ... in two of the cases there were problems with the mechanism - which makes me suspect there are a lot of problems with the cars on their lot.
I am still curious what they will do with the car I asked about and if they will ever get back to me, but I would not buy from them since I do not trust them.
The reason they are getting a two star is I believe they have lied to me and I have lost time working with them - I did not lose any money.

I had a great experience at Northtown Auto! I ended up with a different vehicle than the one I originally inquired about and it's perfect! The payment is affordable, it has plenty of room for my family and it runs great! Would recommend to anyone!

Worked with a fellow named Robert... I
seemingly could not get him to call me
back for the life of me. He insisted on
texting me, even when I told him I
preferred a phone call. Promises to "get
right back to me" wound up taking hours
or even the next day. A couple times, I
even had to call him directly just to keep
the ball rolling. Frankly, had I not been so
interested in the vehicle, I wouldn't have
bothered.
After asking if the vehicle I was looking
at had been smoked in and to send me a
copy of all the mechanical work their
mechanic had done to the vehicle, it
took him over *5 hours* to answer my
question, and that was only AFTER I
called him YET AGAIN. It was like I had
to beg him to let me spend money at
their dealership...
I live out of state from their dealership,
so I was entirely reliant on phone calls to
work the deal, and getting Robert to call
me back was far more effort than I
expected from someone who's trying to
earn my business. After the poor quality
of customer service I received, I decided
to look elsewhere. Next time I'm vehicle
shopping, I won't even bother looking
over their inventory.
