First off this Dealership advertises its female owned in reality its Male dominated and Owner Brian was non-flexible and non-negotiable with a minivan that had over 212.000 Miles on it. Then as I was sitting in the lobby one of his employees walked up to me offering me a much older vehicle for almost the same price, instead of negotiating a better deal they kept deliberately insulting me and scoffed. After I left they dropped the price on the dealership website. So if I was another customer that meant they had bargaining room to work with me instead I found them nasty and rude and dishonest. Glad I didn’t do business with them after all.

I was actively in the process of purchasing a Ford Expedition and had already provided the dealership with all requested information. An ongoing email thread included myself, the dealership, and my bank to finalize financing. During this process, the dealership sent photographs of the vehicle title and the bill of sale so the bank could complete the transaction. While this transaction was still in progress—and less than fifteen minutes later—I received another email stating that the vehicle had been sold. At no point did the dealership offer an apology or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Instead, the response was limited to attempting to sell me a different vehicle. Given the circumstances, this handling of the transaction was highly unprofessional, particularly considering the dealership was actively coordinating with my bank and providing official transaction documents at the time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership, especially for online sales.

Kayley was quick to respond to messages and answered every single question I had. She provided maintenance records and Car Fax immediately. I love my 2007 Toyota Sequoia. It is perfect for my needs as a second vehicle to drive kids around. I've never imagined I would refer friends to a used car dealership, but I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
