My wife and I drove up to see a truck on a Sunday because they're advertised hours say they're open from noon to 5:00 no one was there I left a message no one called me back I put a request in about the vehicle on Monday I heard back saying they'd answer any questions I responded with my questions and to schedule an appointment for the next weekend to try and come look at it again zero response until the day of Saturday telling me that the truck was at a different location than the one it was listed at which is farther from me as I was already in route to look at a different truck that I had scheduled an appointment for and still answered zero of my questions about the truck nor did they return a phone call I made or a phone call that my mechanic made to ask the same questions. I would not recommend this dealership because if they can't get back to you and answer your questions what are they hiding

I did everything over the phone and it seemed like a very easy process. After analyzing their fees and taxes I ended up not wanting the car. They wanted to charge me over $1500 for taxes and fees. While their competitors were charging $800!

Julius gave me all the information about the vehicle I asked for and wasn’t overly pushy about getting me to see the car. Ultimately we decided a junked title wasn’t attainable for us and went another direction but we appreciated Julius’ help!

I called the dealer they answered some of my questions. I called back and texted back asking for more information, the dealership never got back to me. Poor costumer service I was very disappointed in the dealership.

Very detailed about vehicle history. Honest and upfront about any issues with vehicle. Shows you before and after pics plus what they have rebuilt on the vehicle in detail.

They were honest about the car, and why was it so cheap... Because
it was in a flood, and there was lots wrong with it, but didn't want to
take the tie to fix them...
I emailed this dealer about one of their listings. They replied
promptly with clear answers to my questions. Turned out car I
was interested in was a water-damaged salvage car. Dealer
openly disclosed this fact which I'm sure they are required to do. I
wasn't interested further so I can't go plus or minus stars beyond
average =3*.
