Someone emailed me almost immediately but refused to make a deal via email. Just kept asking when I could come in or for my phone number. After I told them email was the best way to reach me, they just stopped responding. Don't waste your time. The dealership itself if small, rundown and they don't have only have 3 cars in the "showroom" if you can call it that

Was a pleasure going to north shore even though I didn’t buy the vehicle (yet)
I got my Honda CR-V from them and the gentleman Jerry was great. My car not only has had everything checked to make sure it’s to its top functionality the also offered to help put my back windshield wiper on the car. If I would recommend this to other I would not only recommend Jerry I would let them know about the great service and patience that I had. Thank you guys I love this car

Excellent
I really liked this car and I see that it still has not been sold.
However, I donât like the fact that the dealership charges more if
you have your own financing or paying with cash. I do not blame
this on the actual sales person, as he (Chris) was very nice. I know
he needs approval from Managers to waive the fee. I understand
that dealers make money off of the financing, but this is not fear
for me as the buyer, who already has financing. Then, since I saw
the car was still available I decided to check the rate I will receive
for financing through Honda. I was approved, but of course Honda
does not tell you the rate received. They leave, so you have to
come in and haggle with the dealer. It is really annoying. I have
driven Hondaâs for years, but this process has left me now looking
at other car/dealers that are not Honda, but can provide similar
features.
Really helpful, walked out with a car in a few hours. Will definitely go there again in the future

If I could give this dealer zero stars I would. I contacted them about a red Honda Odyssey I was interested in. They told me the car was totally available and ready for immediate pick up several times. Then as I got to the dealer which was an hour away, they called to tell me that two days prior someone put a deposit on it. I turned around and went home. I was then contacted by two more sales associates the following days telling me that the car was available. When I asked about the deposit they said they would check and no one ever called me back. Your typical bait and switch. I even negotiated a price for the car with one of the sales associates on the phone on my way to go sign papers.(or so I thought) Only to be told I couldn’t buy the car. I would never deal with this company ever again! Scam!! I even have an email from one of their associates telling me the car was ready for pick up immediately.

Very responsive customer service, road test scheduled, they had 2 2016 crv’s that meet our requirements. Unfortunately both cars had extensive cosmetic damage. One car had undergo repairs but the cosmetic repairs were not done properly; so we skip it. The other car had a lot of cosmetic damage; still had to go thru cosmetic repairs but it was not the interior color we wanted. I was very straight with buying car without finance; so they quickly provided a price out the door. Unfortunately no deal due to not having the car we were looking for.

Jose in the CPO group was very helpful and low pressure and his follow up was excellent. Eddie in the Finance group was very knowledgeable and accommodating. There vehicles are in outstanding condition and they truly perform the multi-point inspection. The CPO vehicle I purchased had it's front and rear rotors and brake pads replaced before it was listed for sale. Trustworthy dealership.

They may not be on a main st but waiting till later to stop by is a mistake my dealer Anthony and the entire staff are team that helped me rectify a bad deal from the stores that are on the main strip ,Jason in pre owned helped a great deal in saving me a lot of money and makes what should be fun ....fun thanks guys

and no pressure to buy. When I picked up my car it was prepped with the utmost care. It looks

I’m disappointed with my experience. I emailed the dealer ahead of time and asked if the car came with a backup which is a must have on my list. The internet manager confirmed the car included one. I went to the dealer, test drove the car and then realized there was no camera. A simple request with an easy answer became a giant waste of time.

Strange place ... buyer beware. The price of the vehicle is not the price. The actual price is 10% more which they assume you will put down. High presssure sales especially if you are shopping near end of a month. We walked away even tho the car was nice - something felt “off”.

and reflect a 20% Deposit. Their Cars Are Not as
cheap as they appear. The salesmen were acting
like its not a big deal to advertise that way. Just
remember to Add 20% plus other fees stated in
their fine print to find the cost of the car. BEWARE.

Knowledgeable and courteous
Bad experience!!!! 2 different people from this dealer contacted
me within minutes of each other. I thought that was great, both
spoke to me about the vehicle and I agreed to come down later
that night to view the vehicle, both said they'd be there.
When I arrived neither person I spoke to was there, but I
understand that things can change. The car was not ready as
they said it would be, in fact once the gentleman went to pull it
out for the test drive, the battery was dead and he had to jump
start it. Then he proceed to tell me that we can do everything
today but test drive the vehicle because he wasn't comfortable
with the lights that came on once he started it. I can understand
that part about not being comfortable with a test drive do to the
warning lights that came on but why would I want to proceed
without driving the car first?!?!
My biggest point of contention was the price. They advertise the
price as $19,997 online but neither person that called me
explained to me over the phone that the price was after
20%down and must be financed through you. If I had been
told/made aware of that from the beginning, then I would not
have waisted my time nor my gas driving down to this
dealership. The gentleman did explain to me that it's listed on
their website... I located it way down at the bottom of the page.
Lastly, the milage has gone up considerably (about 6,000) since
they've had it with no explanation as to why.

Watch out for all the fees and the conditions. You must finance the vehicle
with them or the price changes. Once you add all the fees and finance
charges, the vehicle was $3000 higher than any other vehicle I had looked
at. Sales manager said he would call me back in 20 minutes......that was 4
days ago and no call back. Pretty bad when the manager doesn't call you
back......

Chris - Sorry you were disappointed. We are able to offer discounted pricing if Financing with us, but certainly you can put as much or little down as you see fit. Our prices even then, are still very competitive and priced below market. There's no excuse for not returning your phone call. Our team will notified that they need to do better!

Excellent experience. Look up Andrew as he was fantastic. I live in upstate and he actually came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. Great guy to work with and the dealership is looking to sell cars not squabble over pennies.

Very poor. Almost immediately after I completed my test drive
and expressed interest in the car, the dealer's salesman and the
person identified as the used car sales manager began a long
story about why the the price shown on Cargurus was not the
actual price, if I wanted to pay cash. In addition to a large
increase for a cash sale they added exorbitant transportation
and dealer prep charges. They represented, falsely, that these
increases are required by all Honda dealers. When I asked for
the bottom line on their actual asking price they calculated a
price that double counted their cash premium.

I called & made an appointment
with Cory to see a certain car. I
got a follow up email from him,
and then 2 other managers. I
confirmed the appt the day of,
and he thanked me for
confirming- "I really appreciate
that." When I got there " Oh Cory
left for the day", I said " What!!??
He knew I was coming!!" So they
were hesitant and then said, well
he's the internet mgr & he would
have just referred you to
someone else. So another guy
goes to take me out, but he
couldn't find the keys. So he
takes me out while another guy
looks for the keys......The interior
roof was pulled down 5 inches
and it was filthy, inside & The
motor. I just started walking away.
I turned & said HOW could this
car not be prepped when he
knew I was coming????!!!!
Horrendous! EPIC FAIL.

Had no faith in me!! I'm no my credit score is kind of low but the guy
didn't even try!! I was looking @ a honda accord 2008 that they
selling for 14,000 he said i wouldnt get apporved!! I went to Honda
city in Levittown and Chafik (sales person) and Marie (financial
manager got me a 2010 Honda civic with my credit!! Needless 2 say
don't go 2 north shore Honda!! If your looking for a Honda got to
Honda city they will do there best to get you a car!!
