I will start by saying that I never leave reviews. However, I feel my experience with this dealership warrants one.
To start things off I’ll touch on the “interest rate scam” they attempted to pull on me. I have good credit once the credit app was complete the finance manager called me. Told me the rate and term. Rate seemed high but he said I could “buy it down” if I bought a 2800 dollar wrap warranty. At first he said that was the only way I could lower the rate. After I was on the verge of walking away suddenly and mysteriously he could get me the lower rate.
Buying process. I live a few hours away. I drove up on a Friday after work. Got to the dealer and everything seemed rushed. I have purchased many cars and never been rushed through the process like this. (I suspect it’s to give you less time to notice issues). TPMS warning was on showing no readings for any tire. Was told they would “take care of it”. Well I have called 4 days never a manager there no callbacks.

They did a good job for me and the truck is sitting in my garage, no muss no fuss it was detailed perfect for me .

Got in touch quickly. Kept us informed along the way. Felt like we were talking with friends by the end of the buying process.
I was pre approved for this vehicle. I made an appointment to take a look and the car and test drive it. When the car was pulled up I notice it wasn’t the same car posted on the website. The car above is the actual car. This is not the car pasted at the time. I never discussed with them about purchasing the car because of many scratches on the exterior car as well as lots of damage on the interior back seats of the car. I find out the following day that they had ran a hard inquiry on my credit report which I was very disappointed and upset about. There was no reason to run my credit to just take a look and test drive a vehicle. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone!!

My experience with North Point was amazing. I found the car I was looking for at the right price and they did me right. I am located almost 3 hours away from the dealership and they offered to deliver it to me. I had already arranged for a ride to purchase the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! Mark, Johnny, and Ashley were all very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

This dealership seems to be in the habit of leaving listings up that are no longer available
in order to do a bait and switch on potential buyers. It's dishonest and I would not
recommend them.

Walked right up to this car, test drove it and bought it. Salesman was great. Not pushy and helped get it all processed.
One of the top two dealerships I've ever dealt with (and I usually don't care for the experience). They were courteous and quicker than most... salesman even followed up w/o me asking when he noticed the finance manager had not been made aware I was waiting. The finance manager was easy to deal with, explained everything concisely and even worked to get me a better rate than I was pre-approved for. Seriously, all around good experience...worth the 1.5 hr drive to get there.

The dealership was awesome to work with. We traveled from Greenville SC. Friendly staff and fastest we have ever purchased a vehicle. Seemed like we were in and out. Would consider them for future purchases. Keep up the great job.

Multiple vehicles on their website and on car gurus when asking them about these vehicles they then say not available and next “available” one is 3-6000 more how convenient

I would give less than one star if I could. Internet sales person told us they had the vehicle advertised and to get a trade value we had to come in. We drove two hours. They did not have the vehicle advertised ready, and they didn’t even properly evaluate our trade. Gave us an insulting offer after just glancing at the outside and not even looking inside or starting it. Advertised vehicle was listed at four different prices in four different places. Dishonest and unreliable people.

Abigail and DaShaune McIntyre were AMAZING! They were prompt, kind, and honest. Definitely recommend working with them. They had exactly what I wanted and allowed my mechanic friend to go over it entirely.
Only gave 4 stars because of experience with finance department. Maybe the guy was having a bad day.

Because I was out of state and paying cash, the internet sales staff was confused as to how my state’s sales tax and licensing fees should be paid. But it all got worked out. Everyone was very friendly and responsive particularly the salesman, Carlos Flores. Great buy on a great car.
Outstanding customer service. Adam and Chad were great to work with. The vehicle I purchased ended up having an issue the first week I had it. Despite having no requirement to assist, they both went above and beyond to resolve the issue. These guys get customer service in a time when most dealers do not.

They made email inquiry within in an hour. The next day I
recieved a phone call and texted. Not pushy just trying to be
helpful. The next week we came in from out of state late in the
day, We were able to negotiate a great deal and pick up the car
the next morning. Friendly employees , nice showroom.

Made several offers on a new RAM truck. Dealer did not come down on the price. My final offer was $1,500 from the selling price. On a $50,000 truck, I thought this was more than fair. Obviously they did not. Did not want to deal!

If you're looking for a new or used car go see Ray Bridges at
North Point CJDR! I test drove the vehicle twice before I
decided to purchase it, making three trips to the dealer total
and Ray was more than happy to help. He really went above
and beyond, even coming in on his day off to sell me the
car! I bought a used ford from them and Ray took the time
to read the manual so he could inform me of the feature of
my new vehicle. Everyone worked to help make purchasing
my first vehicle great!

If you are ok spending what they're willing to sell a vehicle for, you
will be fine. Essentially not willing to negotiate regardless if
competitors have better deals. Not sure about the dealer not
responding mark beside the rating, dealership responded however,
with firm stand on price & they dont give cars away.
