There was 2 guys in Sales they were very rude one was Bryan I forgot his last name the other was Chris Stahl. After Bryan gave me a unacceptable offer for a trade in I asked to speak to a different salesman and he was very rude and told me it would be easier to sell a vehicle to someone from California over someone from Arizona like if my money isn't as green as the person in California. Shame on you North County Buick GMC get better sales reps!

Great experience. They worked with us even though we were out of town. We ended up purchasing
the car and my daughter loves it!

Contacted them about 2019 bmw x5. Was coming from about 500 miles away. Brian the sales guy was helping me with the sale. Dealer added some car guard security system to the car that they said they have to sell it with the car. That was extra $700 that I didn't want to spend, but I still pulled the trigger and did credit app over the phone. Got approved and within 30-40 min I got two tickets for next day to fly over there too pick up the car with my wife. After I tell Brian that I got the tickets, he calls me and tells me that they just sold the car to someone else. My tickets were not refundable, lost a few hundred dollars. They should have requested for deposit or given notice prior to selling. Unprofessional.

Did the test drive, salesman was nice,
a few days later decided we wanted
to purchase, did financing, got an
offer, accepted it, next day they asked
for more money down, I mentioned I
was already approved for the amount
I specified and they said ok, we'll get
everything going. Next day a different
salesman calls and said they sold the
vehicle to someone else. I was so
upset they sold it to someone else,
and because they ran my credit alot
(which they didn't tell me) to find me
a loan, dropped my credit by 80
points!! Very disappointed, would
NOT recommend this dealer.

I purchased my truck from North County and the purchase process was pleasant. Unfortunately, I was told by
the salesman he was going to obtain the second key from the previous owner before i signed paperwork. The
previous owner was "a regular customer" and he knew he could get it for me. Three weeks later I was told the
previous owner could not find the key and the best the dealership could do was sell me the second key at their
"cost". I was told I would receive the second key only to now be told I have to pay for it. Bait and switch tatics
are common at car dealerships. Watch out for this dealership promising something they cannot deliver in order
to make a sale.

My experience at North County Buick Cadillac GMC was a positive one, and the Sales Associate Karla made it so. She answered all my questions hassle free, ran numbers, sent me photos all before I even entered the dealership. I didn’t get the car because my wife wanted a white one (who picks white over blue ???) but I’m writing this review because I wanted to thank her for all her help.

Refuse to work with me, no return calls I tried to get in this car for a month and they would not do it. I brought a 2018 from a much more professional dealership. I hate to pull the race card but I do believe my color played a part in their decision not to sale to me. If I could I wouldn't give them one star.

Very attentive and worked with us different offers. We got a great deal. Really recommend this dealer.
Vehicle was extremely overpriced and in poor condition. Dealer was told they over valued their vehicle but they arrogantly disagreed. 2 days later they dropped their price by 3k and still its overpriced. Car dealers can be so much like snobby entitled children.

The dealer promptly responded to my email inquiry, even though it was after hours. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car the next
morning. I test drove the car and had a decent experience. However, true to form with most car salesmen, when we started to talk numbers,
I felt as if the male sales manager was condescending and demeaning. He did not make me feel comfortable or welcome at all. in summary,
I walked away since they were not willing to really negotiate on the price and I didn't care for the sale manager's attitude.

I asked for the price because it wasn't listed and they wouldn't give it to me. They kept asking me to come in instead.

I wish they could have given me preliminary numbers as I asked without going in or sending VIN... it made no sense to me to spend half a day going to test drive if the deal wasn’t within my chosen budget. Salesman was courteous and I know the drill having been in sales.

Though I did not go see the car I asked about (they just received it), they responded very quickly to my email about the car. The lady who responded, Shelia, let me know it hadn’t been inspected or anything yet but asked if I would like for her to keep me updated on the vehicle. I kindly declined since I went to look at another car elsewhere and bought it.

The saleswoman, Melanie, was busy and made me wait. I was helped by her less knowledgeable colleague, Yazmin
I never received the pic's I had asked for a couple of times. The sales person seemed to be out of touch with what I was looking for.
I also got the dreaded give me your phone number e-mail which I hate.
The sales person did get back to me in timely manner but never provided the information I requested.

Not that I make it a point of visiting
many car dealers but the overall
experience of North County Buick
Cadillac GMC was positive. But like any
car dealers you have to go into a dealers
prepared and attentive. Never take a
salesman or finance agent at his or her
word.... get it in writing. By the time I left
this dealership I felt that the upper
management was fair on price and
made sure that the client was
accommodated.
I would recommend this dealership to a
friend or stranger but with advice to be
patient and to read all the forms and to
get any verbal agreement in writing.
But this is the same advice that I would
give to anyone signing and contractual
agreement.

Easy to communicate with, and was pretty prompt after the initial thread finally got started. I am sure it's difficult to know whether the person, or persons are legit, which causes some lag or pause. The deal that was being offered was just not what I was looking for, and did not meet with the criteria that I was searching for.
