Sales person Jerry was very nice no pressure. I loved the car, was excited to purchase but was a problem with the ignition w/key. You had to push very hard and turn key. The only way I could make it work was lean on stirring wheel and bend my arm at elbow and push hard to start car. I wanted the car but no way to not be able to start it unless I could just turn key. I think 5 star accurate can not say anything negative about dealership. My husband could start the car and the salesman could start the car but I had difficulties because the key had to be pushed in very hard. Other than that I would have drove the car home that day.

I called them to ensure the truck I wanted to look at was available before I made the 1.5 hour trip to the dealership. Salesman told me it was, that “he had just put eyes on it”. And I told him I was on my way. I drove 1.5 hours and when I arrived the salesman told me “oh that one is not available but I thought you would be interested in one of the other 5 trucks we have available”

Worst salesman service given. Aggressive tactics, literally did the good cop bad cop routine, and hidden fees not listed on sticker price. $1000 markup on used cars just because they can. Nightmare to negotiate the fees that you shouldn’t pay off so we just left.

Very professional
Worse dealer experience I've ever had wish there
was a negative star rating. betrayed my trust I
told them that I was on my way with cash to get
the vehicle from East Texas and they sold it out
from under me. I waste a half a day off from
work driving up there didn't have the decency to
tell me that was sold till I made it to the
dealership avoid dealing with them at all costs.
I worked with Jorge Garcia to purchase a used CR-V EX with a trade in for my daughter.
Jorge was very professional and gave us a solid review of the car's operation. I believe
our deal was fair and the buying process was quick and very thorough. This included our
transaction with Eric in finance. After test driving two cars and purchasing the car my
daughter preferred, we were out the door in two hours or less.

deal. Salesman did not ask what payment I
needed to be within or the price I wanted to
pay for the 2017 King Ranch F 250. He just
offered 35k for my trade which is valued at
40-45k.

Way over priced!!! Sale man likes to talk down and be very rude and unprofessional. To many games. They say a no hassle dealership but on the vehicles on the lot every one is $5,000 over priced. Make sure you are rich and like to argue if you choose this Dealership. I could buy anything that’s on the lot and the salesman talked down to me saying I should pick another truck that I couldn’t afford that one. Don’t make the mistake, so down the road to some one that appreciates your money and will give you a fair deal.

Wanted too much for a vehicle with almost 20k miles. Tried to justify price
with leather trim seats that I believe is factory standard vinyl. Tried to lowball
me $1000 on my trade-in before even looking at it. Did my homework on
CarGurus to get an idea of what kind of deal I could negotiate. Get pre-
approved thru your bank or credit union....you can save yourself a lot of
haggling in the long run

we asked Jim about specific cars with moonroofs, and he said he had many,
to come see them. we drove to Dallas from Austin and he didn't have any,
but said Oh, you can add a moonroof to any car for $1100. We left; what a
waste of our time. Quintesential used car salesman. Would never deal with
him again.

call. We have since talked 3 more times and he answered all
my questions and offered further info on the car I was inquiring
about. He did not push me or do a hard sell. I drove 45 miles

the Honda civic . He never pushed me mad was
very curdious. So I bought the civic ,they fixed any

car on their dealership web page. The car on cargurus.com
showed pictures of damage to the car. The pictures on the
website showed no damage to the same car. That made me
very wary and I never went into the dealership.

department was exceptional as well.
Everything was exactly how it was told
over the phone no hidden fees or
additional cost. I give it 5 stars for how
smooth the process went and 4 stars
only because I didn't notice until I got
home there was no spare tire in the
trunk.

I emailed them on a specific used car, and asked that I not be called - A simple email of the price and confirmation that the vehicle is still available would have been sufficient. In all I received 4 calls from 2 different people, neither of whom had apparently read my CarGurus -sourced email. They also didn't track the stock number of the vehicle with my contact info, so when they called they had no idea which car I was interested in, and neither Sales Reptile could answer my simple questions. Very poor way of securing my business, which I took elsewhere.
