Place is a Scam this place put a tracking device on vehicles then expect you to pay for it at an extrea $600.00 and then want you to pay for and wax that they put on for additional $400.00 complete joke then asking $10,000 less on a 9 year old vehicle than what the actual sticker price was brand new come on not even big dealerships do that

Both the GPS protection and ceramic coating are optional and clearly disclosed before purchase. We never require customers to buy them. Tried to purchase a minivan at this dealership and had a terrible experience. We took it to a reputable repair shop, and they told us the minivan had over $5,300 worth of maintenance repairs needed. When we took it back to the dealership, the dealership was clearly trying to cover things up. The sales person kept insisting they put over $3,000 of repair work into the vehicle. . . But when they gave us the vehicle to test drive, the brake lights weren't even working, and the tire pressure gauge seemed to be broken. Additionally, when we initially expressed interest in the vehicle, they removed the listing from CarGurus and raised the price by $600 on the document they gave us in-person. We were able to verify this because we took screenshots of the listing before they took it down. Very sketchy behavior that shouldn't be tolerated. Don't trust these folks with your time and money. They eventually offered to pay us back for the inspection, but only if we would delete our review.

I came in interested in this car and I was using my ID I never displayed a driver's license the whole time and they knew I was using an ID and once I got up there and set up there for almost an hour trying to get some insurance he going to look at my ID and go to say oh you don't have no driver's license and through my driver's ID at me and it flew on the counter and then he said they can't help me after having my ID for 2 to 3 days look at my information up and then all of a sudden I got all the way up there they over me out there and when I got there stay there for an hour trying to get some insurance and then all the sudden he looks at my ID and say oh that's not a driver's license you can't be qualify for the car so I thought it was misleading and he knew what I had cuz that's the only thing I was giving him all day was the ID and then I got all the way down to getting the car and then he turns me down by throwing my ID at me his name is Joe

The office was a small operation with an upscale feel, the people were very nice and
helpful, the waiting area was comfortable. Someone actually answered my text at 10
pm! I have to say that I would not trade my car in again, I'd probably sell it directly to
one of the big buyers, because it made the negotiations very confusing - I'm still not
really sure how much I actually paid for the car / got for the trade in, or whether the
"negotiating" actually changed the price at all. That said, I'm happy with the car, I think
it was reasonably priced, and I have had no residual problems with either the car or the
transaction, so thumbs up to Noblesville Imports!

All terrible. The first call, the salesman asked me what I wanted because he was busy all day and all day tomorrow. I called back and got a woman in sales. She did a walk around because I was far and didn't want to have a wasted trip there. She said she only saw 1 tiny scratch hardly visible after going over the entire car inches away from it and inspecting it for me. So I went there. As I was walking up to the car from 12 feet away I saw 2 larger dents (not door dings but actual larger dents) in the driver's door. I asked her why she didn't tell me about them and she said that she didn't see them. I wanted to see trade-in for my mint condition R-Design Platinum Low Mileage Volvo that didn't have a single flaw. Here's where it got worse for me. Long wait until they brought me their offer. I thought it was very low and I left their lot. After I left I saw a 4 inch chunk broken off the glove box trim. I called the manager who drove it. He interrupted me two times and then hung up on me.

The female rep that I spoke to was very
nonchalant and rude. Her sales manager
was not knowledgeable about the outright
sale for export out of the country.
Re: I never asked for a(n) thousands of
dollars discount. I question the added taxes,
tag fees, title cost since the vehicle was not
going to be tagged in the US rather to the
USVI Islands which is going to access taxes,
import fees etc. Therefore I asked why
would I should be taxed twice on a vehicle
that at its first sale was taxed already.

I want to give a shout out to Noah, he was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable and courtesy. All of Nobleaville Imports staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. I had a night vision asist camera that needed fixing and Seth the service manager was able to work with me and promised to pay for it's repair at our local Audi dealer. Very convenient considering I live far away and I was able to pick up the car and have it while I was worked into the Audi service dealers schedule. The car was clean and working properly, they even provided proof of an inspection. The buying process was so easy and straight forward I didn't even have to come in to buy the car. I simply signed a few documents in my email and that was it. I definitely recommend Noblesville Imports for all your vehicle buying needs!

This dealership was representative of the stereotypical used car dealer experience. The pictures looked nice, there was the standard "Others are very interested" assertion, and when we discovered on test drive that the infotainment controls and display were inoperative (in a BMW that means you cannot review any onboard maintenance or performance data displays), we were assured that the parts were on the way and the repairs would be made. We asked to be called back when those were completed, as we were very interested. When we expressed our concern that the car was not in saleable condition for our test drive, we were told that the person we spoke to on the phone received incentive for booking appointments. The next communication we got was the vehicle had been sold to another party. WE are NOT inclined to attempt further business with this dealership.

Jessica was very friendly and not once did I feel uncomfortable or as if this was a shady dealership. Most small dealerships can be concerning, but this one definitely wasn’t. They made sure you were satisfied with your car and negotiated on price once they discovered dents/scrapes could cost more than what they originally thought. They are very friendly and were not pushy at all. I highly recommend!
Car sold out from under me within 15 minutes of my appointment time to see the car. I was very prepared to purchase the vehicle. I drove 40 minutes of the 50 minutes to get there and received a text the vehicle had been sold. There should have been a mechanism to hold the car for my consideration since I was first and made an appointment to see it. In other words, I should have had 1st "shot" at it.

Very professional establishment! Zach with the Finance team worked to get a great deal for us! We went in and drove home with the car we were interested in. The front office team was very welcoming as well! I would definitely recommend this group for your car buying needs.
Lauryn at Noblesville Imports is a great communicator. Living almost 400-miles away in a different state, she’s been my eyes on-scene. Her communication makes it feel as if I’ve already seen and sat in the car I’m interested in on their lot. This will likely turn into a purchase...all because of this dealer’s personal, honest, up-front service. And that’s worth driving an 800-mile round trip for any day.

The dealer contacted me after I reached out to them.
We setup a time that had to be changed, due to working on the car (which is totally understandable).
The staff welcomed me upon arrival. They were very nice.
My test drive was a great experience as I loved the car.
I did not receive a follow-up call about the car or my experience.
5 days later (today) I received an email from the location saying that had received my initial email but the car was sold.
There seems to be a breakdown in communication. I wish I would've had the chance to speak to someone about purchasing it.

My experience was great, their system was down temporarily and they placed a courtesy hold on the vehicle I wanted, which was nice. I came back later that day, Zach worked well at making my purchase simple and easy. I drove away happily in my new SUV, I'd recommend them, there were some very nice vehicles on their lot, my used vehicle looked and smelled brand new.

I called ahead for an inspection and test drive and was told vehicle was available for inspection. Vehicle was not at the lot when I arrived - had to wait in the lobby for its return to the lot from somewhere else. Vehicle was presented with a low oil pressure indicator light and a check engine light both being on, the car could not maintain steady idle when the heated seats were turned on and tested, and didn’t appear to have been recently detailed. It was raining that day, but the interior did not present as if it had been detailed. No one had any answers on why the vehicle was being presented in this condition. We went elsewhere and bought another vehicle same day with no issues in the same price point.

We bought two vehicles same day from Noblesville Imports and the experience was great from beginning to end. I highly recommended them and Zach will be my first stop in the future. They set themselves apart from other dealerships by not just raising the standard, but changing the standard altogether. They are a small operation, but nothing that prevents them from selling quality used vehicles--which is what we found. I drove several cars and they were all in great shape, the listings were accurate, and the Carfax is available online for free. There is zero pressure sales tactics, they don't ride along on test drive, they didn't even sit me down and sell me on a car. They simple allowed us to shop the vehicles they have and then go home to think about it and do our research. Once we decided on the vehicles, the credit application was online, all the pricing was done over email and we didn't need to come back in until it was time to sign and get our new cars. Great service overall!
Great experience with Zach and Jeff! They found us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. The purchase was handled quickly and efficiently. The van we bought is very nice - low miles and loaded with all the extras. The title work was processed in less than a week and they did a courtesy title, which made my trip to the BMV painless. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend these guys.

Noblesville Imports will always be on top in my opinion. I found a car as soon as I inquired about it I was speaking to them immediately. Everyone I left message for emailed me back and called me back. There were questions I had that was answered instantly. Jeff, Zach, and Seth were all very knowledgeable and professional.
All my needs were met and the deal was completed in a matter of minutes not hours. The deal was complete once they made sure I was satisfied. I'm so happy they are not the typi al car dealers. They show that the customers needs are important not just the numbers.

They responded to my questions thoroughly and timely. There was a discrepancy on if the vehicle had a tow package because the listing showed it. It does not however, if it did, it would be the perfect vehicle for me. I was hoping to maybe negotaite on the price a bit cause it was a little out of my price range and not exactly what i wanted. They didnt seem interested in that so i will continue my search. They seem like a good business to deal with. Id keep them in mind for the future

Zach was awesome to deal with! We bought our car while we were away on vacation and he was able to work all the details out on the phone and via email. We picked up the car a week later with absolutely no problems at all. We are very satisfied with the quality of our car and the service we received from Zach!
Jeff was great! We arrived on a day that we had some things be cancelled which freed up some time for us. It WAS NOT the day that we had told Jeff we would be there. Nevertheless! Jeff greeted me by name (good guess Jeff!). The car was awesome and Jeff treated us professionally and we walked away with both a great trade in offer and the car that we wanted. I recommend this dealership highly. A straightforward and honest experience!
