I had a great experience purchasing my 2015 Toyota RAV4 there. The whole process was smooth and stress free. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The car was exactly as described, clean, and in great condition. Pricing was very fair, and I really appreciated the transparency throughout the process. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle! 5 's all around! They suck. Didn't follow through with anything.
Made offer. Said they would take offer to
appropriate people, and let me know what they
could do tomorrow because Manager was no
longer there for the day. Some one else called
me back an hour later with rutine sales
nonsense. Again told them my offer. they said
they would let me know what they could do the
next day. Never heard back from them with a
counter. Can see how they operate already.
Wouldn't waste my time with them. Never will
they be able to get my money. Lost their chance.
Done. Oh yeah, wanted me to make a two hour
drive without coming to an agreement first.
Asked for information to try, and check out
finances. Not cool.

Big M was very fair during our deal. I walked in with standards I wanted met and they worked very well with me meeting theses standards. My only issue was the $600 fee for selling the car on top of license and taxes.
Probably the worst car buying experience I have hade to date. The salesman withheld information about the vehicle(extreme salt wear from being a northern vehicle). I traveled more than 4 and a half hours to purchase after getting less than desirable communications from the sales staff. Once I arrived, the staff was less concerned about making sure my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my purchase than they were about boasting about their inventory. One of the salesmen seemed to only care that he worked at a dealer which had 2 Track Hawks, and was overly smug about it. When I got done signing the papers with the salesman, I asked that the fuel tank get filled while I was signing the license/title paperwork with the finance guy. The salesman stated that they don't fill the tanks of used vehicles and that they are only allowed to put $15 in for the test drive. Once I left the lot and was on my way home(4.5 hour drive) check eng light came on. DEALER REFUSES TO MAKE RIGHT!

The car was a joke. Covered in bird poop, flat tire, 2 service lights. Told me it cost $1000 more to pay cash. Never stop here again.

about the vehicle. I just asked for a simple picture of the back of the car to

Not too bad of an experience, just wish they would've mentioned/shown all the holes in the back seat. Everyone I dealt with was nice and they were able to get the payments where I would've wanted. I didn't end up buying the Jeep because they should've said there were 10-15 holes in the seat. If they hid something that obvious, I don't doubt that they hid something else.

Great Customer service!
Exchanged calls before my brother and I drove over 5hrs to their
dealership. Communicated again prior to arrival. They showed us the
car after significant delay and the vehicle was in terrible condition,
extremely loaded with trash inside, filthy outside and in need of many
repairs. The management avoided us and eventually sent someone out
to offer us a tank of gas and first dibs when they offered it for sale. They
never offered an apology in person. Worst experience attempting to
purchase a vehicle I have ever had. I was stunned! Drove over 5hrs
back home.

I would return to this dealer for future purchases. Buying a car has never been this easy with no surprises or pressure. They’re even fixing a minor car issue after my purchase that wasn’t noticed before I drove it off the lot. I told them what I needed, and they made it all work. They also took the time to answer all of my questions after closing time. My husband was in and out in 10 minutes the following day for his part of the paperwork, so happy husband too. I’d highly recommend! This is what customer service should be. Thanks for a great experience from start to finish!
While I was not able to view the LaCrosse in person, Big M did contact me
concerning the vehicle; however, after submitting an application the sales rep
contacted me with non-specifics when it came to being able to purchase that
particular vehicle. I was under the impression that anyone could get financed
despite their credit history....must have been wrong.

Best car experience we have ever had! We called first, the man in sales by the name James Gates was super friendly and helpful. He greeted us when we got there after driving 2 and a half hours, he had the vehicle we called about ready for us to test drive. They took their time with us and were very hospitable, offering us drinks as we waited for papers. Very patient as we had many questions for them. If they didn't know, they didn't act like they did but guided us in the right direction for the answers we were seeking. We had to speak with several people including Philip Bentley(whom was very friendly and easy going as well as very knowledgeable) Mo Ramadan(whom was pleasant and had a good sense of humor) and at last but not least the finance guy, James Youngs (whom was an absolute hoot)! We ended our day, driving our new vehicle home and couldn't be happier with our purchase or the Big M family.
Our experience there was like no other and we will definitely be keeping any future vehicle business with them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, they have the absolute lowest prices I've seen anywhere, coming from Huntington, WV to Nicholasville, KY was definitely worth it!

Augustus helped us at this dealership. We decided not to buy this vehicle, but he was very helpful. He went to great lengths to try to find another vehicle that met our needs and fell in our price range, there simply wasn't anything available. Had there been, however, he had everything ready to go. His service was excellent; respectful and patient with all of the questions and test drives.

My wife and I went to test drive a car we
saw on-line. When we got into the vehicle
it had 4,000 more miles on the odometer
than what was advertised. The car also
had headlight that was not working. To
date the on-line description has not been
corrected. The salespeople were nice,
apologetic and not pushy.

Spoke with multiple sales people about a car on the website and
was given the run around as to if the car was still available or not.
It had sold when I asked about it but they didn't want to tell me
and offered to find a similar car for me. After several days I found a
better deal on a different car at a dealership down the street. It's
been almost 2 weeks since my inquiry about the car and they still
have it listed on all the used car websites as available!!!!

remembered one of them on the

price was about $1500 higher!
I called him out on it and he said
that price was for qualified people
like military and other
memberships. I did not
appreciate that especially when
he didn't ask if I qualified. Didn't
seem honest. I asked for best
price! He also said before the
quote he never lost a customer
due to price. Looks like he lost his
first one. Oh by the way, the truck
came down even more a couple
of days later. Buyer beware!

Buyer Beware: Dishonest Car Salesmen that are full of trickery and
deceit!
I spoke with Sam over the phone in regards to a Dodge Charger
around 6:00. He answered several questions that I had about the
vehicle and told me that he would be there until 8pm and that if I
was interested in coming to look at the vehicle to call him back, I
expressed I'd like to see it, but in the daylight. He told me it
wouldn't be a problem to pull the vehicle in the garage so I could
look the vehicle over. I called him back a half hour later to let him
know that my wife and I were on the way and would be there
within 30 minutes per his request from our previous phone call. To
which his reply was no problem see you shortly. When my wife and
I got to the car lot, I saw the vehicle pulled up by the front door and
I was greeted by a salesperson. When we requested to speak with
Sam the salesperson took us inside. Another salesperson then
approaches us and informs us that Sam is with another customer
closing a deal and that the car we in fact had called about and
drove 45 minutes to see has now in fact been sold. Then he
immediately tries to push us into looking at another car, but had no
luck because we left. When I tried to reach Sam via phone about
this issue, I could not get a response from him for several days and
it was only until I called him from another number. When asked
about why he did not tell me the car was sold, he said he did not
know it was sold. When asked why he did not call me back when he
found out, his response was that he had left early to go watch his
brother play in a basketball game and that he was not even there.
When asked how it was he told me a half hour before I arrived on
the lot that he told me on the phone he'd see me shortly, his reply
was that it is his job to get people on the lot and that is what he was
trying to do and in fact did. When asked about why the other
salesperson told me he was closing another deal if he had in fact
left early he said he did not know. Never once during any of my
questions did Sam apologize for wasting my time and gas driving to
his lot. When confront with that fact, his only reply was that he
would try and learn from his mistakes and try and do better the
next time and then he hung up the phone on me.
I would not drive a car from these people if they in fact gave it to
me!

I read the poor reviews about this dealership and would
have avoided them all together but they had a hard to find
used truck I was interested in buying. Salesman contacted
me and we went back and forth via email. When I told him I
wanted to know if the truck was still there (reviews often say
dealership promotes vehicles that are sold and long gone)
he told me the truck had just sold. Such things happen. He
told me a couple of days later that the truck was available.
The couple who "bought" it thought it was 4x4 but it was
2x2. This must happen a lot everywhere. This is the third
time I have encountered a situation where the buyer thought
they were buying a 4x4 when the vehicle they bought was
actually 2x2. My guess is that it's easy to mix up the two.
Kudos to the salesman for following up with me.

The best buying experience that I have had. No haggling or high pressure sales. Worked extra hard to get the most for my trade. Honest and open about invoice pricing. Will definitely buy from them next time.

Will not go back to this dealer! I was told that the vehicle I wanted was
still available. I was already approved with finance and told them I
was on my way from louisville. Took me hour and forty five min to get
there and when I get there guess what. The vehicle was already
taken. Of course they tried to up sell me which was the wrong thing to
do. I told them that I came there for a certain vehicle in mind and thats
what I wanted. Their response was they didn't want to sell it to me
because it had a radiator issue. Are you serious. I wasn't told that on
the phone before I left home.?? I wonder if the guy they sold the car to
knew about the radiator?? Point is for example, I came there looking
for a bass boat and they wanted to sell me a pontoon. I will never go
back to this dealer again!!

Portrayed the car in good condition when it was trashed. Not trustworthy
