Easy to work with
Dirk and Joanna went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family. Joanna answered every question i had and stayed in contact with me. Sent me pictures of everything i asked for. Drove 4 hours to pick up vehicle. Dirk was great and a pleasure to work with. In and out! They even made sure our kids were occupied during the transaction! A++

liars. Told me it was "under Deposit" and they would let me know if it fell through which they never did.
Watched it for a week and a half without further contact from them.

Response from current dealership:
Unfortunately, when a vehicle is under deposit, it remains public. Once the sale is complete, the listing disappears. If a vehicle is under deposit, we are morally obligated to complete the transaction with that customer. As long as they are in contact with us and the terms of our agreement are met, that transaction can sometimes take a long time. We definitely would never lie to a customer and furthermore, lying to say that a vehicle is under deposit would make no sense as we are in the business of selling. Sorry if you misunderstood the deposit process.
dealer was easy to work with but I did have some difficulty with the phone number connected to the dealership. We ended up purchasing a different truck than the 2008 Silverado and we like it even better than the Silverado. Pleasure to do business with Next LVL and Dirk Hicks our dealer.
