Overall a 5 star experience! They were helpful and straightforward without being pushy. Positives- very thorough, gave plenty of information and allowed us plenty of time/space to decide. Negatives- doesn't allow return window so we could have our mechanic check out (we were not from the area), initial communication was slow, and salesman needed to do homework on van's features. I would definitely recommend this dealer and would return to buy another vehicle!

Salesman wasn't waiting for me...car was not out front...only offer me 100 bucks for my trade...after drive test...give me 600 for my car but raised the price of theirs by 500...WHILE I'M SITTING THERE...total sheisters...do NOT go there!!! I give them negative 5 stars

Newberg Chevrolet was fantastic! They responded right away. We set an appt for the next day. We live almost three hours away. We got there and the vehicle was ready for us to test drive. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all! We purchased our vehicle from them and are so glad we did. Highly recommend Newberg Chevrolet! When it’s time for my husband to replace his pick-up, we’ll be back!

The dealership gave first intetest to a second buyer over us aa first interested party. Arrived on a Thursday to look at truck. Truck was not detailed or teady to test drive. We were called by salesman Friday around 11 am and notified there was anotber buyer intetested coming from Seattle. So we drove 40 min for a second time to test drive truck and atrived about 12:30 am, still truck was not ready to drive and was on rack for rear differential oil change..so we agreed to give mechanic time to get ttuck ready to drive and we went to lunch nextdoot to dealership. We ee came back an hour later second intetested party from Seattle was test driving truck with another salesman. When they got back we drove truck, gas gauge was on air so we had to come back get card to get gas, then drove truck for performance. We asked why second intetested party was dtiving truck, and salesperson said, its,first come first serve, in which i replied, really, we were hete yestetdsy...Dealership gave second customer first option to buy. Then came to us and ssid the second buyer will pay full price and,fees exactly what wee wete prepared to do, but was not given first option. I why that happened and tbey said because he drove all the way ftom Seattle..I stated so..we eete hete yesterday not our fault dealership did not have vehicle ready...general manager got in the middle of the deal, basically told our salesman eho tne veicle wpuld go to..our salesman was a nice guy, but too nice should have told gen manager that we were first...we let the vehicle go...we were treated disrespectfully and that was a sign to us how Newburg Chevrolet operates..

So this is how I feel.. I purchased a vehicle that's advertised as top of the line the next day realize it's not top of the line. I'm an easy-going guy so I asked for floor mats which didn't come with the vehicle . which reminds me never buy a car at night. salesman says he might be able to help me out it's been 2 weeks. if the salesman is using his money to make his customer happy I'm not sure if that's a company I want to do business with it should be the company helping the customer not the salesman out of his pocket.

Initial salesman was decent. When it's time to talk numbers, they want to get you to spend over 10k in products you don't need and ask this about 5 times and give you a look like you're stupid. They say they practice transparency, never did I see how much they actually gave the other person for trade in. Only saw paperwork for the things they fixed which wasn't all it needed, and swore they weren't making much selling at sticker price. After walking away from negotiations they managed to come to a decent price but still tried to get you to buy products bringing the price about 10k over after already saying no a couple of times. With that kind of treatment, I wouldn't go back and that's just some of the negatives.

I'm sure it would be fantastic if you were looking for a new vehicle but if you buy a used vehicle you better bring a mechanic , a water hose a towel and an extra pair of eyes ... they are good at making a sale! As long as you the customer stay on them their great ....

After spotting an online listing for a used car I was interested in, I reached out to verify that it was still available. The response came within minutes and the next day when I came for a visit the car was pulled right up to the front, saving a walk through the lot in the rain. The car was exactly as advertised. Andrew and the rest of the crew were very accommodating as I spent quite a bit of time with the car over two days. They worked hard to make sure all my concerns were met or exceeded, including financing (they beat my multiple, pre-prepared bank quotes). They definitely earned my business and did it in a low-pressure, friendly way.

My husband did the negotiating but we feel we got a fair deal and really liked our salesman who went so far as to drive my car home and pick up our trade in which was almost two hours away from Newberg. For the first time in my life I can say I honestly like a car salesman and would even enjoy seeing him again. Great service and fair deals!

It was a good experience, The salesman Robert was well informed about the vehicle and pointed out all the details about the car. He was caring and polite and did not try to force the car on us. We were able to take it on a test drive that took us through the winding hills outside of Newberg and then we were able to test it out on the highway going back to the dealership. The car was everything that the dealer had said it was. All in all I would definitely go back to Newberg Chevrolet the next time I am looking for a car.

Dealer responded told me car was already sold. They continue to respond and I continue telling them I'm only looking for a Cobalt Super Sport but they still continue to respond and she'll try to sell me another vehicle I've stated again I'm only looking for a Cobalt Super Sport. I still am today getting information from this place and they continue to tell me they do not have a super sport Cobalt in stock so why do they keep responding to me too aggressive on the sales people.
