Quick contact. Honest. Dealer told me the truck was being wholesaled due to
problems that they discovered. While I understand that sometimes things get
missed this vehicle should never have been listed. They spent the time to
detail it, set it up and photograph it then post it to the site. At what point was
the vehicle inspected to verify resale worthiness? Like I said they were
honest about the vehicle after I inquired but it should never have made it to
that point.

Hi Mark I appreciate your review. We take pride in only selling vehicles which are up to our standards. We do our best to get all vehicles cleaned and listed in a timely manner, we have a very busy repair shop therefore sometimes we are able to get them detailed and listed faster than the shop can check them. As soon as the vehicle is checked if something is not up to our standards it is pulled from our marketing sites. Hope that helps, all the best!

The dealer did no negotiating with the price. They told me the price and what my payment would be. When saying "I couldn't afford that" the salesman said "ok here is my card if you need anything let me know". Usually dealers want to sell a car. But apparently these guys prices are firm and they dont want to sell to anyone!

Matt, Bob and Paul were terrific! I've never felt more comfortable
with a dealer than I have with the transaction just completed at
Rich Nimey's. They remained in constant contact to keep me
updated on my requests for shipping and modifications to the
vehicle purchased. They picked me up at the airport when the
shipping couldn't be worked out, took me to lunch and treated me
like a friend. They are extremely reliable and will do everything
possible to see that you are happy. As an online buyer, I was
extremely pleased with the "personal test drive" they provided me
with by video taping the experience as the walked around the
outside, filmed the inside and actually drove the vehicle with the
camera running. Great job guys! We will be in touch next time we
are shopping.
