They was nice when we arrived, the car we wanted was still there, the car had a little issue but we was able to send it back so that the seller could fix the issue. Everything was smooth and I'm happy with my new car.

Very good experience

The car buying experience was very pleasant. Joe who is very personal, helpful and not pushy.
He showed the cars and told you to take your time to decide. I rate it a 3 stars because their inventory( after taking a good look and test driving a few) is a little shady. However they do get really nice cars in and I feel their prices are not inflated. We just bought an older used car for my daughter. At the time of review I can't tell you my experience with this car yet. Just do your homework, check cars thoroughly and hope for the best. Because it is a used car after all.

The guy in the dealership was
friendly...but the car was not what it
showed in the pics. Not worth the money
they asking for.I drove 2hrs and was
dissapointed,but went to another
dealership in NJ and got the same
car/color..no leather or sunroof but very
clean, one owner and the car looks like
new..and 2;450 less..

Lady in accounting who admitted to knowing very little about the
sales end was actually very nice. However, when the owner
showed up, he was extremely arrogant, rude and absolutely
refused to be a nice person. We simply had a few questions
about the car and he got extremely angry. We did buy a car the
next day from John's Great Cars, as they were professional kind
and backed up the car with a 3 month warranty. We bought a
newer version the cr-v for the same price the rude man at New
Concepts was selling. When you run a business you simply can
not be like the owner of New Concept.

I drove 45 minutes to test drive the 2003 Mazda6 and 30 seconds into the test drive the car was shaking. Took it back and the mechanic said the wrong throttle body was on the vehicle. I would suggest the dealer takes their vehicles for a ride before potential customers do and discover these defects.
