Purchased a car from out of state and customer service was great from start to finish. Raymond picked up the phone when I called the first time & he was attentive. Got back to us quickly with videos & photos of the car we were interested in & made the buying process very easy. Finance department was great, easy to work with. Great experience dealing with the staff. They were able to help attain the proper paperwork need to acquire my vehicle. My only drawback was that I had to purchase a battery to replace the old one.

Everything was fine until the point of sale. They promised to overnight the docs to me so that I can get the car registered. I live in NYC and they are in Fl. I have no driveway and can’t keep the car on the street w no tags. They sent the info via post office to arrive three days after the car arrives. I spoke to Sasha the manager and he was dismissive and could not care less about it. “Well Lisa, we did what we are supposed to do”. How about doing what you promised? It’s pretty unbelievable how unhelpful they were immediately after receiving the money!

FYI this review is simply on dealer response to inquiry...nothing more. Although I received a response in a timely manner, once I informed of my financial situation & basically asked if they could work with me, I was blown off & ignored.

They provide very professional and friendly service. I purchased my vehicle without driving it because it was hard for me to go FL to test drive. They helped me with shipping and everything and i am happy with my ride. Honest business

Great service! After I made a request to see the car I liked, Mert responded very quickly. He and his associate were very professional, helpful and understanding.
