Tried to negotiate sale of a used vehicle over the phone. Sales manager added $6k in “dealer installed options” including clearcoat. Every new vehicle comes with clearcoat. WTF! I declined before driving over an hour to be cheated.

The dealer sent two-three emails very quickly as well as chats on their website. They were accommodating to our late appointment to test drive and we went back the next day and left with a car!

I scheduled an appointment with Kimberly (via phone-call) two days in advance prior to arriving at the dealership. The day of the appointment I was denied access to the inquired vehicle almost immediately at the door from Kimberly. She then clearly stated that the vehicle was “in the process of purchasing”. I was never informed that the vehicle was already being sold prior to the set appointment we scheduled. Overall, i’m highly disappointed with the service, lack of communication, and the experience. My father and I, took the time out of our day to drive down and to view this beautiful vehicle, and we sadly left the dealership with disappointment.

The dealer was very responsive and easy to work with. We were able to work out the details via email and a few phone calls, which was very helpful since I was traveling a good distance to buy the car. I showed up signed the papers and left.

Although I did not purchase the car I originally contacted them for, I did purchase another car that turned out to be perfect for my needs. The dealership was fabulous to work with. Everyone was soooo helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership , whether you are purchasing new or used. They are terrific people!!!

The dealership did contact me but I was noncommittal about when or if I would show up. However, while on the mile of cars in National City I stopped by to look at some Tiquans. The salesperson was vey personable, not pushy and great to work with. We arrived at a fair deal and we bought the car pictured. We also met with his boss who was also excellent to deal with.

Replied and just asked that I call them. Decided not to, as the vehicle has a manual transmission, and I'm looking for an automatic.

Nice people, not pushy at all, they also work with you on whats best for you... On top of that when i got an oil change the service people were very nice, took 30min at least to get it done.

Very unhonest dealership will not honor true car and quotes close to MSRP .

The car was no longer available but they returned my call promptly and offereed other options.

Dealer lists the car as a more expensive XLE model, but the pictures show an SE. Informed dealer and he promised to change the ad but did not.
