They were helpful. They met us at our budget which was nice and we had the van shipped to us. We were pretty far away but even with a few cosmetic issues that weren’t disclosed it was a good deal. They didn’t tell us that the radio didn’t work and there were a few more interior cosmetic things than we expected. But so far still a good deal mechanically and for the miles. Obviously you can’t expect a used car dealer to be super forthcoming about issues so we sort of expected some things we were told about. Overall they were helpful and timely and kind. Time will tell if it’s as mechanically sound as it seems.

The person I spoke was forcing me to make a down payment went it wasn’t it needed because the company was losing money with the car I was interested in. We didn’t continue with the sale because i refused to make a down payment that they were forcing me to do when I have a good credit score.
They wanted my bank account number and routing number from my bank account? These people are scamers. I would have bought this car but they wanted information I was not given out.

Sorry Sir, I believe you are confused. You attempted to screenshot partial pages which showed your deposits into your bank statements as proof of your income. We explained that we needed the entire bank statements which included your bank account number and routing number. These are not our requirements but that of all lending institutions that we use to finance our customers. We apologize if you misunderstood what we were asking for and hope that you find a vehicle soon.
