Horrible customer service!! I went there to see the vehicle & maybe purchase it. No one helped me they just looked at me didn’t acknowledge me period.

2008 Toyota RAV4 had an accelerator pedal that WASN'T functional. This was NEVER mentioned when National Car Mart was contacted to see if the vehicle was still available. "George" said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that it ran fine. After a three hour drive to see the RAV4 and a prolonged wait to bring the vehicle out , the WRONG RAV4 was presented to me ( an older , rougher looking RAV4 ) After rejecting the bait-and-switch RAV4 , "George" escorted me to the advertised RAV4 and revealed the issue preventing the vehicle from functioning correctly and blamed the problem on National Car Mart being a wholesaler and being very busy. ( "George" mentioned the phonecall days before where he assured me that the vehicle ran and drove just fine but said he forgot to get the vehicle ready ) After six hours of driving ( eating up the majority of my day ) National Car Mart reimbursed me for $30 worth of gas and assurances that he would contact me as soon as the SUV was repaired

Made an appointment to see a vehicle, I arrived on time only to find out my 70 mile round trip was a waste of time because the truck was sold. Very disappointed.

Sorry for that....Our system will not drop the vehicle out until the financing on that vehicle has been completed. Unfortunately It appears as if  that vehicle is still available. We apologize for any confusion.

First time buying a car from a dealer, and the experience was wonderful. Shannon took his time to walk me through the financing and gave me a great deal on a 2005 Toyota Celica. Personable staff, completely transparent about everything, and genuinely cared about my buying experience. Would recommend!

Our apologies for you being upset about this. We always ask for a deposit to hold the vehicle you are interested in for financing. We sell so many cars each month that our turn over on inventory happens quickly. I didn't get an e-mail response until later on the next day. In the mean time I stopped up from Akron to look at the truck on my own and found it OK but not good condition. In their message it was described as good condition. We have disagreeing views of what is good. I thanked them for their time.

I ask for a cash price with shipping , they kept saying call me. I had made a decision to move on the car but could not get them interested in it ,,,, I am now thinking something must be wrong with the car or the dealership

Contacted me within hours. Internet manager was out of the office so I was turned over to an experienced and knowledgeable salesman. He Arranged a test drive the next day and we purchased the car that day. Very fast, friendly and efficient sales process.

John Sims is the MOST honest car sales associate I've ever spoken too. He answered all of my questions and educated me on so much about my situation. He didn't try to feed me any gimmicks or false hopes nor pressure me just to make a sale. I haven't purchased a vehicle from this location YET but I will be contacting John once I'm ready in the very near future. Thanks John for all of your help and honesty.

I'm very particular about vehicles, but realize that a used car is a used car. Having said that, this place seems to sell every piece of junk you see on the road on a daily basis. They posted a pretty fair asking price on a truck, so I stopped by yesterday to check it out. I swear, I've never been to a dealership that leaves McDonald's french fries on the floor in a vehicle before putting it up for sale until I went to National Car Mart III. I don't know if they charge extra for the old, stale fries or if that's a special feature? All I know is that I wouldn't buy a car from there if I were buying it to be put in a demolition derby.

I wasn't happy with there selection and I found water in the trunk of the Lucern I went to go look at and to me it had a smell inside the car. I spent 15 minutes there and left.

Spoke with Frank regarding the Cadillac SRX. I must say Frank was the most helpful and responsive salesman I had encountered throughout my journey in finding my vehicle. He went above and beyond. If looking for a great salesman,Frank would definitely be the one.

Great buying experience overall. Larry was my salesman, but everyone there was nice and had good customer service. I didn't have the best credit. They worked with me on price and paid cash for a Volvo XC90. I live 2 hours and 30 minutes away. I had to drive back another day. When I got there, the dealer was closed and gate was locked. I called Larry's cell. He sent someone to open the gate so I could drive the car home. Steller customer service. I have a few minor repairs, but given the price and that the dealer is as is, I feel I got a fair deal. The lady who works in the finance or payment department was great too, but I can't remember her name, sorry.

Frank responded back in a timely manner. He gave me all the information I have requested so far. He made a very good impression and from the call am more comfortable in doing business with the dealership.as a square dealing and reputable group. I have all the information I need to make an informed decision. Have not made final decision or the purchase yet, so my experience is still limited. The only reason they did not receive 5 stars, the car listing says eligible for extended warranty, and the warranty group looks very good. In the call it seemed that they do not actually warrant exotics and I have been left on my own to contact the warranty company. The company is a bit insular as they normally sell through dealerships. Had to hunt to locate q contact on the internet. Have not heard back. I

The experience was ok. I called Jeff and let him know my credit circumstances and the type of car to trade in and he said he would get back. I did not hear back for several days and contacted Jeff and asked for car description again which I gave the first time. But he told me I had too much negative equity which he presumed I didn't want the car. I have since gave him the information and we exchanged texts about the amount down. I questioned the amount down and have not heard back since and this was over a week ago. Derrick
