They were responsive, friendly, and in incredibly accommodating! I would shop here again in a heartbeat, even with the almost 6 hour drive to get there. Sam (sales) and Jay (finance) were great to work with and made the experience wonderful.

Very pushy at the time of the sale. Not through full with car-related issues. If you don’t ask they won’t say anything. Took me over 10 phone calls and 2 dealership visits of 6 hrs and 2 hrs to get things corrected. In addition, we paid cash for the car but after over a month we have not received license plates nor title to the car. Will never buy a car again from this dealership.

Dealer said that they’re not going to sale it, mechanical issues, but will keep in contact about it. I kept seeing it for sale online and received an email that it was sold around $7750. Never heard back from them.

This dealership was very nice. Nice cars and nice people all around. I ended up buying this car and taking it home to my son as a 16th birthday present...he loves this car. Great shape for a 2009. Very clean and runs great. Dave was very helpful in the buying process. I was out of this dealership within an hour with the car although i did pay cash so that helped. Thanks again guys.

Scammy. Dealer likely Using site for lead gens. Inquired about a specific car via email at 11 pm. Next morning I get an email sorry it’s been sold but the listing remains. Later that day I’m contacted by them with the great news “another” is available, but it’s the same exact car same mileage and features asking 3500 more for it

I went to Nashville Toyota North because they had a fair price to start with. Radna Wilson was super! She got me a great deal and was not your typical car sales person. She is the most professional and personable sales person I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from. Barrett Dunnaway took care of my financing quickly without wasting any time and the sales manager Willie Wooden even came over to introduce himself to me. Great guy too! Even though I live over 200 miles away, I will be going back to Nashville Toyota North for my next Toyota!

Requested pics. Never received. Only replied saying the carfax was clean. When replied stating not what I asked for, stated he sent me pics for another truck because the other one was already sold. Never received any for it either.

I checked the system and Ronnie did say the above. He could not send the first truck because it was sold at the time of you request. I am not sure why the F250 did not go through but we do work very hard for our customers. Please call Jay at 615-868-7990 because we do want to fix any and all problems.

Dealer responded quickly. Everyone there was super nice and i did purchase the car. However, the dealer did not seem very organized. Things took way longer than they should have. Everyone looked really stressed and overworked. That being said, even through franticness they were very polite and took care of everything in the end.

They were awesome and the internet salesman, Harry, really helped me try to do the deal. He was excellent in his advice and suggestions.
I was contacted quickly after I sent an inquiry by Gary. I set an appointment for Sunday at 1pm and upon arriving, i was told the car was at a shop getting the clutch replaced. And being Sunday, the shop was closed, so I couldn't see it. I drove 2 hours to see the car. Gary and the new car sales manager were nice, but it seemed there was a lack of communication somewhere to where the car wasn't present for a scheduled appointment. I'm disappointed I wasted 4 hours of my weekend driving for nothing.
The dealership was very quick to respond but the negotiations where very shady to say the least. I was quoted a price , then Car Guru verified that the price had dropped and was now lower than what they had quoted me. When I pointed this out , the dealership said that was incorrect , blamed Car Guru for missed info then raised the price even higher than the original Car Guru list price. Not a very good way to earn my business. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Truck is listed as a sr5 but has trd decals on it. Which is it? I'm not convinced either way after speaking with the sales rep. No longer interested in this vehicle.
Upon seeing this vehicle, it was not of the quality we were looking for. We did, however, drive a Nissan Pathfinder at the suggestion of the salesman, Garrett. I noted the low fuel as we got into the vehicle, but was assured there was plenty in reserve. A few miles later, we ran out of gas!!!! Just a short ways from the dealer ship, so in the future, Garrett should listen to the concerns of the customer! Overall tho, Garrett was very knowledgeable, and helpful in searching for a vehicle to fit our criteria and price point, and we would return to him should they aquire a vehicle that fits our needs.
Worked with Randa Wilson, she was awesome! I did make a purchase Of another vehicle that I would be happy with, except for the fragrance they added when cleaning the car. I specifically asked for no fragrance because of asthma. I drove home with windows open and still trying to get smell out with an ionizer and cleaning. May have to trade it in because of the smell!

Excellent experiance visited the dealer the next day, drove off with my 2016
tacoma a short time later...No pressure no big hassle drawn out ordeal no

Called the dealer no one responded . Went to the dealer. No one cared to respond. After 15 mins someone else came and said they do not find the car in the lot. After the guy went inside and checked for 10 more minutes came back and said their company employee brought that car and the price was not for public. Waste of 1 hr of drive
