The salesman Angel was outstanding. He responded fast and provided all the information i requested as well as written up purchase orders for my bank approval. His first offer had a good price but a high interest rate. I asked him to try and go back and get a better interest rate based on my pre qualified numbers from the websites. He said, no the numbers are the numbers. I begged him and he went back to his manager and got a better rated from a different loaner. I was super excited and took off the next day to pick up the vehicle. When I requested the new purchase order with the new interest rate..... the manager decided to add on 2 thousand dollars in dealers fees. LOL Wonder where shady car salesman get their bad wrap from. I was in the market for a specific car. I called ahead to make sure it was still available, as I live 2 hours & 30 minutes away. When I arrived, I met with Angel. He's very professional, but still a really cool guy. While I waited, he offered me water, & although he was busy with other customers, he kept checking in with me until they brought the car. While I was checking it out, I met George. Who happened to be the manager. Really down to earth guy. We spoke about the car, & just had a good conversation overall. Angel was patient & gave me all the time I needed to do a thorough inspection, & make sure everything was to my liking. For the test drive, he gave me directions on how to get on the highway. So I could get a better feel for the car. When it was time to talk numbers, both him & George worked with me to get me the deal I wanted. I haven't bought a car in 16 years. So I was unfamiliar with the process. But the guys at Naryan Auto made it a smooth & positive experience. Thanks.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Naryan Autos. They answered all our questions, very fair with pricing and open to feedback. Angel was the associate I dealt with, who did timely follow ups and in my 1st visit finalized the car I wanted!

Lucky I just gave one star it supposed none… I went to the store and found out that the car being used by the owner for a week vacation!!! Wow man, next time please come up with better excuse or something like oh we sell it already. But lucky I didn’t bought from them. I never want to recommend to my friends.

Don’t be fooled by the low price in the area ads. They are more then happy to let you test drive and when you get down to the business of signing the documents be very careful, they will add so many bogus charges. There charges are up to 4 to 6 thousand dollars. When you question them on the details all you get it’s over few or it’s the title and registration and document fees. Don’t be fooled by them. They all most got me with it. Be a aware. There are some plenty of choice. By the way the MBW 5 series has a oil leak issue. After test driving it I popped the hood and there was some oil all over.

Sales reps are very nice people and laid back. Will allow you to take the time you need to inspect the vehicle/s and go out for a personal test ride. Clean facility. Downside is the listed online pricing is not in line with what they are truly asking for the vehicle. Online pricing is some eye candy to get you through the door until you start going over OTD negotiations and get hit with unheard of fees to cover for the pricing they are truly seeking to obtain for the vehicle. A bit more transparency would go a long way with this independent dealer. Best of luck!

This is one of the worse experience I ever had. They don't care about the customer service. They lie about the car info. They alter the car mileage. I bought 2018 Mercedes Benz online. They advertised the car mileage forty thousand but when they delivered the car I found out the mileage is forty five thousand also car was so dirty inside, they didn't even vacuum the car, no detailing inside, I can see someone spill milk on the driver door and it's dried out, they didn't even bother to clean it. when I kept calling them no one answered.

They were very cordial. I asked some questions about cost and financing and they did not reply back.

There's literally no parking. I had an appointment for 6/17 and decided it was best to come in 6/16 which didn't seem to be a problem when we were texting. I get there, the vehicle isn't there, I have my kids with me already on edge from sitting in the car an hour. Offered us no water as hot as it was out there and salesman didn't really seem to know what he was doing. I didn't have the energy to put up a fight. He wanted to talk numbers and if the numbers were right, he would have the vehicle rushed over, otherwise, it would be 30 minutes. Well we sat there for 30 minutes going through paperwork and pricing, which really didn't matter being that the car still wasn't there. There's a "3 month warranty" they make you pay for in case something goes wrong with the vehicle which was a little over 1800. How are you charging customers to pay for something to cover your own tail?

Naryan Auto is where you want to buy your next car, even if you need to travel from out of state like we did. They arranged for us to be picked up from our hotel, they let us test drive several times, and they gave us their full attention even though they were slammed on a Saturday. We felt very taken care of by Tim & Paul. Very knowledgeable about the process even coming in from out of state. Vehicle description was on point. In fact, there were more added feature than originally listed which made our purchase an even greater deal in our eyes. I would definitely buy from Naryan again. Their financing beat ours and they offered a great warranty to go with it. Well done guys. And thanks for filling up the tank before our drive back to Kentucky!

Tim at Naryan provided an exceptional experience start to finish. He quickly followed up with me from first inquiry, was friendly, answered all my questions and never pushed me. He was very helpful when I was browsing and then later to pull the trigger on the purchase, helped to accommodate my schedule as I came to purchase from out of town. When I arrived, they were ready to go, super friendly, the manager thanked me for traveling a ways and just overall had a positive experience. They listened to me and never tried to push or oversell me anything. I appreciate them answering all my questions, never rushing me and just being above and beyond as its been awhile since I have purchased a vehicle. Would recommend them for anyone interested in a quality used vehicle. Awesome experience!

When contacted they wanted to charge me extra $3000 over the price listed for upgrades done to the car after being posted for sale, with this extra charge the car was over our budget and couldn’t buy it, they didn't mention it over the phone I only found out when I requested the summary of purchase, very disappointed.

First i just want to start by saying KEN really is a great guy from the time i spoke with them on the phone to the time we walked off of the lot the experience was amazing. It Was really hard to get approval for a loan but these people worked their butts off until they finally got one. Even know we were not approved for the car we went for they got us into a vehicle we ended up liking better. From the owner to the workers i can not say not one bad thing, everyone was so pleasant and happy the hole time there. The owner and Ken both went above and beyond to help us and make sure we got into a car. We just want to say thank you so much Ken for everything you done for us. One of the worst experience i ever had..... Terrible customer service.... Person (Tim Johnson) l had appointment did not come to work after i drove an hour after anpointment that was comfirmed more than 5 times with Tim Johnson... The worst part i get there they tell me the owner took the car out he be back in 2 hours...‍♂️.. Went and got food to eat with my wife i was buying the car for...Waited an hour and 15m went back ask the manager he reply its havent been 2 hours.... I told him thanks and walk right out... Terrible place... I won’t even send my worst enemy to naryan auto group.... Truly giving you guys 1 star so people know i did not skip it because you guys deserve 0 star... Worst dealership on the planet.

This place is great. I walked in really nervous about buying a car. I left here with a great deal on a newer 2012 Honda Pilot with all the options. They treat you like family here. I never felt mor comfortable buying a car. The sales manager Paul came over and made sure his salesman Tim was taking great care of me. Go see the team at Naryan Auto and you will be very happy.

I had an incredibly special experience with Naryan Auto. I got the car I wanted and it was on my birthday. They put a bow on it, and got me a cake and all. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My experience at Naryan was nothing but exceptional! My sales rep Tim Johnston was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I ended up purchasing an even newer upgraded vehicle than I had initially went in for. All of the office staff were very helpful. Did not sell me the Car for $11,579 but for $12272. N I didn't see it till I got home. They ripped me off same with the registration they said I paid $13,272. N they sold me something for $500 dollars called GAP when I already have AAA. N the loan is for 75 months which I never heard of it usually goes by 12 don't it? I didn't read the paper work n just signed it because I was stuck in all day n just wanted to get out of there. Live n learn

Another scam by dealer List price $8800 “Oh forgot to mention $1400 dealer prep” That’s a lie then, for the car to be listed at $8800 8800+1400 is $10200 Exactly why I dealers have such a bad reputation.

Yet another dealership afraid to take cash. Gave cash offer of $7,000 and was instantly shown a paper with an extra $4000 on it for the work they claimed they did on the car. Turned down my offer so I went to another dealership and they gladly accepted my offer for the exact same make, model with 40k less miles. Their loss was my gain.

Went in looking for this 06. Drove out with 2011 MDX.. My lady loves it! Naryan Salesman Remy did a fine, professional job presenting finance options with warranty and GAP insurance included.Naryan finance department worked thru issues to get me awesome interest rate and low monthly payment. Definitely a win win transaction. Definitely gonna recommend this dealer to friends.

I have been in the car industry for about 10 years now and have not seen a dealership treat a potential customer like this before. I was in negotiations for this truck. I had offered to put down a deposit and kept getting put off. I had asked for a video walkthrough of the truck and kept getting put off. I had a FaceTime walkthrough scheduled for today and received a message stating the truck had been sold. I would not do business with a dealership that operates like that. Obviously, they do not value customers. They simply want to get rid of their vehicles as quickly as possible.

I originally was interested in a 2015 Mazda CX5 Sport, but fell in love with and got a great deal on a 2016 Mazda CX5. Remy the salesperson and Paul the Sales Manager were more than helpful! I would definitely do business with Nathan Auto Group again!

The dealer permitted an Independent inspection by my tech, Too many independent dealers forbid this option. Overlooking their lot, the selection and condition of available cars is impressive - no low-end beaters. Great staff. My salesman, Ken, has the product knowledge or researched my questions answering each to my satisfaction. The purchase entailed paperwork - first time I bought a car since moving to PA - more paperwork than I had to deal with in other states. However, the documents protected me and the dealer. You have to applaud their commitment to consumer protection. I will buy from Narlan again.

Dealer contacted me by email giving me a phone number to call to discuss the car. However, when I looked at the pictures of the interior I noticed that although the description says “6 speed automatic transmission” the car is a manual transmission. I need a automatic transmission so I never contacted the dealer to talk about the car. Therefore, I should not rate the experience. If I must make a rating I would have to rate it a 1 star because the description of the car is inaccurate.

I contacted this dealership and spoke with one of the salesman. My discussion revolved around an offer for the vehicle. As expected, I was told how wonderful the vehicle was and how great the price was and am I offer was quickly refused. I was told they would send me a breakdown of the cost of the vehicle and the total additional costs. That never happened and I did not receive any responses afterward. I would not recommend this dealership based on the customer service I experienced.

What's better than to meet a Friendly Dealership when buying/ selling a car! Ken was my salesman and is a honest person to work with. Both Brothers, Chris and George were exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable.

Yooo, my man Mike Jones took care of me with nooo problems. From the time I talked to him on the phone I had faith in him like a Christian has faith in Jesus. I had so much faith I mad an hour and half train ride to the dealer. I knew I was going to be driving home that night. Service supreme.

It was quite an all positive; Charlie was well versed on product knowledge. He informed me clearly about being an out of state buyer and what needs to be done in order to drive the vehicle back to Boston to be registered in MA. I will certainly do business with them and will refer prospective buyers as well.

Angel and Miguel, the sales guys who were helping me, were wonderful; polite, professional, friendly. The owner was kind of uptight. When I said I was going to take the vehicle to my mechanic, 2 exits south on 95, on my test drive, Miguel got a nervous expression and said he had to ask the owner. The owner spoke to me directly and said he doesn't normally let customers do that, that their mechanics "usually come to the dealership" but he made an exception since I had an appointment with my mechanic in 20 minutes. I test drove vehicles at 5 other dealers during the last two months and never had someone say they "don't normally allow" customers to take a vehicle to an independent mechanic! I purchased somewhere else.

The owner of this dealership tried to keep the money I put down on a vehicle that was not in the condition the pictures stated. It was disgusting inside very dirty outside they weren't even going to wash it before I would have taken it home. He never came out to talk to me and told my salesman that I wasn't getting my money back if I decided not to take the car. Because this individual isn't even a fair employer to his fantastic staff, but he doesn't treat his paying customers with any respect or at the very least customer service. It was a joke. I would never recommend anyone buying anything from this guy. The staff there is top notch, but I wouldn't put money in his pockets. Just keep driving to a different dealership if you pass this one!!

After driving out there THREE times and settled on a price for the car, did all the paper work, etc. when I went to come and pick up the car, they told me that they accidentally made a typo on the price listed and it ended up being $1,500 more. When I called the manager he told me that the the two salesmen that initially told me the cheaper price denied ever telling me that. TERRIBLE SERVICE
