Great communication and customer service

Another bait and switch scam place. Lists an attractive looking car that sits on Car Guru's for 88+ days, they swear they still have it, then 5 minutes before arrival at their location, it magically disappears. But they have this entire stock of cars you didn't want to buy to show you.
Guess I know where I'm never shopping for a used car.
They called 15 minutes before I arrived saying the suv was pulled up and ready. When I got there they were I the process of selling it to someone else. Said I didn't put $ down (for a test drive appt? I drive 90 minutes. Then tried to sell me another car when I wasn't going to the attitude of the salesman did a 180. 4 people tried to contact me about my appt. Thei is no communication between people here complete chaos I will never repete never buy a car here.

I bought a used Tesla from the dealership from out of state as they had a great price on the car. Alex and Bobby were very responsive and helpful. Bobby even picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership when I arrived to finalize the sale and pick up the car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
They were nice to talk with but I had some issues with the car and they have refused to respond to my inquiries.
They also did not inform me about the fact that there is only one key fob until after I had signed all the documents.
Ok, I should have asked, but then they said the prior owner had promised to bring in the second fob and here I am
about a month later with no second fob.
The car is generally great, but they tried to have me take it with a tire that was low on air and posting a warning
that anyone getting into the vehicle would have noticed. So much for their "multi point inspection".
It's always good and bad with these dealers but there is nothing here that will draw me back.

Dealership took far away pictures. I could not see the
damages that the vehicle had. I did not like the sales
manager all that much. Vehicle had undisclosed
damages. The sales manager was very snippy and they
tried to make it seem like the vehicle I was purchasing
could not be financed.

Great experience. Low pressure.
The couldn't give me the information that I neeeded about the car I wanted then two days later they told me the suv was sent sold. I urgently needed an SUV with ALL WHEEL DRIVE for my wife who is pregnant. I'm requesting a manager's or supervisor's email and nobody is able to provide it. What kind of service is this??

These guys are kind, considerate and NO PRESSURE type sales department. Thanx so much! I happened to be on my way home from Green Bay WI when out of the corner of my eye, there it was. A 2006 H2 Hummer in perfect condition with low miles. Less than 30 miles from my house.

Out of the corner of my eye this surprisingly pleasant and professional salesman “Manny” seemed to shift his sales tactics in sublimely and artistic way. Like the Mona Lisa, his emotions conveyed of complex and yet nuanced. This is no ordinary sales associate, he is a jewel of art worthy of louvre and unappreciated by most and the few that are fortunate to stumble across him.
I bought this truck from him after looking at a large amount of vehicles through the internet. The pictures they showed are as charming as the photos online suggest. I was a late walk in and they went above and beyond to ensure my happiness.

After searching high and low for a good used vehicle due to an accident , i stopped at napleton gmc in schaumburg. To my surprise , my experience with the salesman was , to say the least, exceptional. Wilson medina was , very professional , courteous, and straight forward from beginning to end. I've owned many vehicles in my day but shopping at napleton gmc made me want to come back again and again. Thanks to all involved in the sale. A definite winner.

Very good experience and ended up buying the car. I contacted the dealer
through Car Gurus and Aaron at the dealership immediately called me. He
even sent photos and a video clip of the car before our appointment when I
inquired if they still had it. Great guy, easy to work with. We were treated
well and all our questions answered. He's the go-to guy over there in my
book.

After 30 years of buying cars I've never had a dealer tell me they wouldn't let me test drive the car until we agreed on a purchase price.. Don't waste your time at this place

They tried to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Extremely unprofessional.

Rude I drove a hour for the salesman to tell me
he was busy that someone else would help me
the truck was makeing noises that said they
wouldn't fix anything the truck hadn't even been
detailed .they left me in the garage with the
truck we walked out and they never attempted
to call to follow up with me

Dealer contacts back via email, but never answers questions or returns calls. Only want you to come and drive all the way there to test drive and schedule an appointment via email...and this was the manger of the facility. Shame from a dealer who has a good reputation in the area. Guess if it is not a new car, they are not too concerned.

They did attempt to call me and
left a vague message while I was
driving to there lot. When we got
there, just as stated in previous
reviews, they didn't have the car
that was listed on the site.
Showed us a different one which
was more money and not worth
the price. Too expensive! They
did call a few days later to say
they had got another car in that I
may be interested in. However,
the sales person didn't even
know the information on it. I
asked her to email me the info
and never received anything.
