I tried buying a car for four days, just to have it sold right from underneath me. We started the financing process Tuesday night, then the salesmen takes a day off and does not pass me off to anyone else. My credit got ran about a dozen times, even after getting an approval and again after the car I picked out was sold out from underneath me. Then they call and tell me that they will find me another one and have not heard from anyone since. I have called and left messages and texts and nobody picks up.

Very good and considerate service. My contact CB trekked up to Viera, FL to do the swap — my 2019 minivan for their 2023 one. Except for one day snafu, everything went smoothly! Thanks !! The new car is great.

Very difficult to work with. Company seems very disorganized. Received 5-6 phone calls from different people, yet it took a week of constant communication to get any real info from them.

Friendly people and several of them called me not knowing that I had spoken with others at the dealership. When I asked for an "out the door" quote they jacked up the price by >$5000 from ad price with all sorts of dealer fees, process fees, cleaning fee, etc. that were way overboard. No Deal! I would not do business with Napletons.

Purchased this vehicle and had 1 tire different then the rest . When we signed the papers financed manager assured that he has friends in Miami and will have the tire changed as I live in Miami . Almost a month after I’m in talks with other manager Dio who you need to email 2,3 times to get a response stating he’s been for a few days off so not sure when he’s working as he’s always few days off but anyways , still waiting for the tire to be replaced as they agreed . It’s funny , thought other dealers more up north are different then Hialeah style dealers .

The salesperson that helped me (Pascal) was great, very helpful since I came from out of town to look at this vehicle. My issues actually came with the dealership. I had a trade-in offer that they wouldn't honor and offer 3k less, again I drove 4 hours to get this vehicle so I decided to let that slide and that's on me. What's not on me is I had rims on my trade in that I wanted to keep and they agreed to swap for a fee, no problem. After being there for hours they told me that they couldn't get the wheels to fit, which was weird because they are oem wheels from a different Acura model. Long story short, I bought the wheels again and today was told they fit perfectly. So someone lied. Also I thought tires had to be replaced prior to selling a used car in Texas. Today I was shown the tires and there was a large gash on the inside tire wall that's been there before I had the vehicle. It could have blown out and caused alot of damage. I wouldn't recommend them.

I can’t describe how satisfied we are with our purchase from Napoleon Acura. I was contacted promptly by Mr.Luis Flores and I told them the exact car I was looking for and since it was long way ,to have it ready for our test drive. He let me know that Ellio his sales associate would be meeting with me as well. After having had an awful experience at another dealer we were exhausted but they had the car I wanted. Ellio immediately greeted us as we entered and the car was show ready, Luis immediately apologized for some minor adjustments that the car needed, we proceeded with the test drive and it was all I wanted. The negotiation was smooth and completely transparent and they most certainly worked with us on our budget. Ellio stayed with us as they prepared our car for delivery and was so nice and so pleasant, he gave me his number so if I have questions about the technology of the car any time and he ensured the car was delivered as expected. The dealership is absolutely beautiful!

Was not advertised as a certified pre owned 1st was told could be bought w/o $2400 cost to certify but if I did it could be bought for 1500 to certify the next day they called me back to meet half way and I did but they went back to the 2400 and had $2000 in dealer cost add on’s and the car could only be bought as cpo

Response quick, but they bait and switch. I request for the vehicle they have it listed for few months, even today they still have it on list for sale, when the gentleman called me, told me unfortunately the vehicle was sold, and asking me if I'm interested in Porsche or some other vehicle. Right after ending the call i receive a text that vehicle already sold. Sounds like a typical bait and switch tactic….was not expecting this from an Accura dealer.

Excellent Customer Service. They did not try to force any extra offers like other dealerships have done to me. If anyone is interested on paying them a visit, ask for Luis or Jean. Be clear on what you desire & your limits. They will definitely work with you. If I could give them more Stars I would. Napleton’s Palm Beach Acura is not (All State Ins.) but you will definitely be in Good Hands.

1 Star. Went in to purchase a car, salespeople were nice enough and helpful. Car was a great price, but they will only honor the lower interest rate the bank gives you if you have good credit (printed right on the form from the bank!) if you purchase a service warrantly and wheel coverage plan, otherwise you have to accept a higher interest rate. So basically they priced the car low and to make money on it they gouge you on your interest rate or sell you service plans you don't need to make up for the low price, and you don't have a choice (other than I guess to pay cash which I was told they don't like). Now I can't even get any info from the dealership on the worthless service plans they essentially forced me to purchase. Typical dealership garbage. I even asked them when I was there why they had such low ratings online and they said they didn't know why, now I know. Won't be back.

Conflicting stories about financing and the web says they can deliver cars but they want you to come to the dealership. they say they don't take financing from other banks. Money is money.

One of the sketchiest dealerships I’ve been at, I was looking at a TRX they had in stock. So I told the associate I was ok with the price and I was gonna do 85% financing threw my personal bank and just put the 15% down in cash, I had a pre approval and got told he could not take my banks money and that I could only finance through one of there banks, I told him if anything I’ll put the cash down and once the check from the bank arrives and gets deposited into there account, we can go from there but no that was not good enough for some odd reason, last time I checked money is money. I don’t like getting screwed but I know when something fishy is happening and this dealership will try to get as much out of you as they can. Even my personal banker said she never heard of a dealership turning down a check before

Dealer was not transparent with mechanical work needed on the car. Their salesperson asked me to drive 3 hours to the dealership one week, while the next week I’m told the car hasn’t even arrived yet. Sales staff are lacking basic communication skills.

They called me stating that they have the car that I’m interested in, drive an hour to the dealership and when I have got there they could not find the car.. Salesman said that he will call me next day but he did not. I stopped by next week, finally saw the car and they tried to trick me with adding some things on the price of the car even if I was very specific that I don’t want any additional things. Left the dealership, they just don’t care about the customers.

Well if this is referring to Napleton’s Acura then yea. They sold me a car that wasn’t ready and my promises have not been fullfiled. One thing is I am still waiting for the check which they are supposed to send me for my first months payment because they took so long getting my car ready.

Don’t start off a sale by telling the customer there is no negotiating. After we negotiated, this customer was satisfied with Shelby and I drove my new to me truck home.

Would not discuss business over the phone. Would not give trade in estimate. Dealer requires you to physically go into dealership before anything regardless the distance. Bought my vehicle from another dealership online in 2 hours.

I recently made a unfavorable review a week ago, by the user name Guru9QQ5PT. My experience since then has changed 180 degrees. After my experience I was very disappointed, but Al from Acura contacted me he was sincere and compassionate. He listened to my experience and actually cared. He work out all the details and went even further by taking care of all superficial damages on the vehicle at no costs to me. When I went back in the young man whom I had a bad initial contact with apologized. Then lily came over and she was awesome, all she wanted was my satisfaction, she was warm and understanding. I felt like a VIP. Met Jean as well ,a great and charming individual. I want to thank the management and staff of Napleton Acura for everything. Please believe me, they will take care of you. This may sound hyperbolic but, this car buying experience gave me more faith in humanity.

It was by far my worst shopping experience ever. We wasn't greeted by anyone upon our arrival. The cars that I inspected was very nice but exhibited minor blemishes. Which was promised to be taken into consideration during price negotiation. Carlos, our salesman came of as sarcastic and apathetic. The offer was an insult with mark up of 7000 from initial agreement. He kept giving guarantees then changing. We even considered financing with thier establishment but never agreeing. He finally left us at the table and never came back. Even as we walked out the door he didn't even try to intervene and stop us. I may not have a lot of money but, I had payment and a budget that he didn't respect. He was to busy texting to even give us his undivided attention. I've never been so upset before this experience. Please work on your customer service!

Stay away. They tried to increase the price by $5,000 with bogus shop fees. If you're going to add these fees you need to be up front about it.

Ryan contacted me immediately and then was absolutely no help to me whatsoever. I felt like me asking for videos and photos of the car to see a little bit more about it was a huge hassle. I live an hour from the dealership. I’m not driving all that way unless I know what I’m looking at. Then I was redirected to Shelby who was polite and attentive until I asked more questions as to why he stated it’s illegal for me to get an idea of what my trade was worth and interest rate would be on the loan . I verified that it is 100% not illegal to do that through another dealer. He became very impatient with me when I asked to speak with a manager when I called him out on it. I eventually got a phone call back from the “manager“ who was completely sarcastic the entire time. When I told him that I didn’t feel like arguing with him, he was obnoxious, Took my Vin number and mileage then laughed and said my vehicle had “been around the world 4 times”. I ended up hanging up on him. Rude, rude, rude.

I've talked to the dealership maybe like 3 times and everytime they end up saying their OutState salesperson will call back (Since I reside in their neighboring state) to provide specifics of the Tesla Model X P100D that I am interested in but no one calls back! The frustrating part is their listing also has their Used Cars Sales Director's number put on but guess what? he does not answer either! What a bummer!

The last time I called I asked for a manager. Still no call back. Stay away stay away stay away. They should be ashamed of themselves for their poor customer service and unprofessional shady business practices. Whoever the GM is of this business should be ashamed of themselves.

Dealer was very responsive. I interacted with the Sales Manager and Finance Director the entire transaction and was very pleased with both of them and the service I received. This has to be the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my entire life, they advertise cars but will not provide photos, it seems they have no intention on selling the car rather to get you to come in to the dealership. When you call they have inside sales people whose sole job is to get you to get into the dealership. I was told they do not sell to out-of-state buyers that you must be in Florida specifically South Florida. The reasoning was Covid and challenges with DMV registration. I emailed the general manager who's email address is listed on many of the replies to bad reviews here on this website he never responded I have to speak to the out-of-state used car manager I never got a reply I explained that I didn't want to go she ate I would buy the car at the price advertised they would not sell the car I can't believe this is an Acura dealership it seems like a total scam advertisements placed to get customers to come into the dealership and then up sell, total bait and switch

My experience with this dealer was less than 1star. This car was listed for 30,471, I requested some information and I received many phone calls from them. Early Sunday morning they call and asked me if I could stop by today and test drive the car. Guess what they did? After driving 2hrs to get they, someone greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. Went get all my info and said I would be right back he would go find the key. The guy who take the info brought a guy who said he was the manager and that car was not available and was sold already but don’t know when it was sold maybe yesterday. When asked why you guys call me at home this morning and asked me to come and test drive. They said good news this car is not available but we have another one, just go and take a look and test drive it. We didn’t like the one suggested but on our way back inside we saw the red car parking outside. Look what they did, it was not sold and the price was raised to $34,231. They are not honest

The salesperson was very helpful. The buying process was horrible. I was told that outside financing was not an option. I specifically told them them that I didn’t want more than 1 inquiries on my credit; however my credit was pulled 3 different times. I had a verbal agreement to buy the vehicle. My credit union was going to give me a cashier check to bring to Napleton to buy the vehicle; however I was told the vehicle was sold as soon as I told them that. Horrible Experience.

Poor service to be honest - reviews were very true unfortunately about price adjustments + add on + fees and such poor communication. I was buying used but really bad. One rep lied entirely as I called their sister dealership for another car and they confirmed that’s not a policy. Just avoid - not worth the haggle these days.

Many improvements are needed starting with customer service. I called and made two appointments to which neither were honored. The first was on a Sunday afternoon prior to closing made by Scott. He assured that Chris Hendrikson, a used car manager would meet me there. I received a text from Jennifer and a call from John confirming the appointment. Upon arrival - No signs of Chris, Jennifer, Scott or John. A thirty minute drive for nothing. The girl at the front counter said she would have someone else help me. Twenty minutes later, I was an obvious annoyance when I interrupted her texting to ask again for a salesman or manager. As I was walking out a manager finally showed and pawned me off to Shalaby. Shalaby was nice enough to show the vehicle, however the management did not want to deal at that time. Another salesman tried to explain that they were short staffed. Completely understandable if I had walked in off the street. But I did not. I Had an appointment!

Sales person Denia was awesome, but the dealership wasn’t. Made the appointment, but when we arrived, they put the vehicle in the shop for a brake job! Waited hours for the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase, took additional 4 hours to close the deal! And we came with approved financing, so that wasn’t the issue. They pre installed about 4K in add ons that were supposed to be optional, so price was way more than advertised

Worst experience by far I’m going almost on two weeks since the car is been in their inventory I’ve asked multiple times called multiple times just to get some figures to actually purchase a vehicle at this point I don’t wanna even deal with them anymore I will go look elsewhere they would continuously call me just asked me if someone called me to give me any figures if not they’ll put it in a note to have someone reach out to me two weeks .I guess that’s what I get for dealing with Napleton should’ve known better auto dealership has been garbage across Central Florida I don’t know if they’re training is the cause or the leader ship of the store Before considering them for a new or preowned cars I would do your homework before you deal with these people

I contacted dealer and made an appt over the phone to see the car later the same day. I then drove an hour to go see the car anc when I got there they told me it sold the prior day. So they knew it had sold when I made the appt. also they reduced the price that day, AFTER the car had already sold. Super shady!

I was contacted by the dealer within hours of finding my vehicle online at Car Gurus. I was able to schedule an appointment for early afternoon the next day. Several texts were received to followup with reminders of the dealer address and contact information. We arrived to met our salesperson Richard S. Richard was able to provide details of the vehicle while the vehicle was being brought up to the sales floor for me to drive. The vehicle was extremely clean and shiny! Test drive went very well, and Richard had the answers that I was hoping to hear about the vehicle features and history. I feel that Richard was very likeable, upfront, honest and understood that I had driven about 45 miles to look at this vehicle. Compliments also to their very efficient, knowledgeable and personable Finance Officer Christopher B. This was an overall great buying experience which only lasted just under 4 hours. I highly recommend contacting Richard S and Christopher B at this dealership.

-Scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle that had not yet delivered to the dealership, which they had not disclosed, resulting is wasted hours of driving. -Be suspicious of their attractive list price, as they did not disclose thousands in hidden fees until negotiating. -Lowballed my trade-in value and only increased to fair value after realizing I was aware of its worth and not willing to trade for less. I purchased a newer vehicle in much better condition from another dealer that listed a fair price and made a fair offer on my vehicle. I am happy to have purchased from a dealer that was respectful of customers' time and did not try to rip me off, unlike my experience with Napleton.

A car is advertised for $10,000 and then you are informed at the dealership that it is really $15,000. I can understand a dealer fee, taxes, tag, etc., but you are talking about a 50% increase in the advertised price for supplemental garbage/fees. This review is chiefly to warn people to just disregard the advertised price because it is nowhere near what they are asking. Add about 50% to the advertised price and you are looking at what they want; for me, no negotiation as that the final price.

My experience with this dealership was the worse I had ever had. I drive 100 miles to look at a car there. When I got there & checked in for my VIP appointment, they informed me that the car I was wanting to look at was no longer available. That someone had got there before I did & wanted to buy it & that it was first come first serve there at the dealership, even though I had an appointment to look at that car. I was not happy at all & all they said was sorry. I tried calling to talk to a manager & all I got was the run around & never got to talk to a manager. Very poor experience there & I will never go back to that dealership. I even e mail someone twice & never got a response back.

I called about the car multiple times, set an appointment, confirmed the location and drove nearly three hours to find out the car is still being shipped. Waited over an hour for them to figure all this information out.

A few things to keep in mind, this dealer has the following fees 1,200 Dealer fee 399 documentation fee 1,500 Vichicle equipment fee From what the sales rep told me these fees are non negotiable.

Very bad experience. The vehicle was not clean and ready for the appointment. The advertisement said it was in a good condition and no dents or scratches and when I checked it, it had like 6 small dents all around and a big one on the driver's side rear door. The sales person was not very helpful nor the manager. I felt very frustrated.

YOU have to practically add about 30% for dealer fees and their installed items. So the car listed for $20,691 would cost me about 27,000 out of the door. This is unfair practice as the only added cost should be Sales Tax and Tag and Title over the listed price here.

Called about the same vehicle twice and spoke with two different people that failed to get back with me. Poor communication and lazy employees at this dealer. Calling from out of town to fly in and drive the car back, paying cash and still had no interest in returning my calls even once to do business but did lower the cars price online since writing this review, so at least who ever marks the prices online is staying busy.

They immediately said the car was not available and offered a more expensive one and after a few days of continuously calling trying to make me go to the dealer then a week later they said the car was available but when I ask questions they say they'll get back to me and haven't heard back from them again.

I made a VIP appointment for 11:15 and was told the car would be cleaned, ready, and waiting. I arrived on time to find the car blocked in, dirty, and a dead battery that needed to be jumped. The salesman was unsure how to jumpstart a car so I did it. After we got the car started I could only drive a block or two, no gas! After that everything went just fine.

I made an appointment to see and test drive the car. The price online was 12,950 but when I sat down to discuss buying it after the test drive the price went up to 13,900. The salesman said I can expect an additional $4000 on top of that for tax, tag and miscellaneous service fees including a $1500 “Napleton Experience” fee! They advertise that you can buy a car “from home” because of Covid and it will be delivered to you, but the salesman told me they were too busy and I would have to come in if I wanted the car. I hate shopping for cars for this very reason. Unscrupulous dealers and their games and Napleton Acura is the worst!

I bought from this dealeer and wish I spent my money eslewhere poor customer service after sale and during sale there was a bait and switch on the price. They dropped the price a $1000 and during finanacing they added $1295 to the price for dealer prep on a car still under manufactur warranty. They used my lowest credit score to give me a terrible finance rate. I came home and immediately refinanced at 2 points lower than what the daeler gave me. They tried to add several dealer products to my sales contract that would have the car upside down when I left the dealership, which I kindly declined. I'll never reccomed these guys. Still waiting on the second key fro the car.

The dealership slacks alot of effort, the vehicle key was lost and was not able to test drive, the vehicle had a flat tire and has been sitting for awhile just by looking at it, they helped me out by ordering tires but they never kept me updated on when the vehicle would be done or anything. I tried calling but no one would awnser i had to go there to find out my self. This is an amazing vehicle reason why I purchased the vehicle from there. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership

Horrible experience, I took time off from work on a Sunday to go see a vehicle they had online, a sale person contacted me saying the car was there ready for me to go see it at 3:15 pm, I showed up to my appointment, they didn’t have anybody at the front desk, I waited for over 25 min before I was able to talk to one of the sales person , I told him I was there to meet up with the VIP manager for a 3:15 pm appointment and he said there’s no VIP manager they I have to wait for one of the sales guy to finished with other clients so they can help me. After I waited for one of them I found out the car that I was supposed to see it wasn’t event there, the car was sold a few days ago. Very very dissatisfied.

Agreed on a price over the phone with a salesperson "Scott" ($10,741 + taxes + registration + $899 dealer fees). The dealer said that they are not like other dealers and like to be fully transparent before people come in. I agreed on this price and drove 1.5 hours to pick it up. I test drove the car with a salesperson "Jason" (who was great). Dealer added $1287 "reconditioning" and $1395 "Napleton Experience". Manager agreed to remove $1287 for reconditioning, but said they didnt care if Scott forgot to include the $1395 for "Napleton Experience", and to take it or leave it.

After driving down from Orlando to this WPB location, despite arriving at the dealership at 6:40pm for my 6:45pm “VIP appointment” to view this vehicle, I was told to wait until the next available sales person as if I was just a walk-in customer. When I reiterated that I had an appointment, the guy stopped a “sales person” from walking by and asked her assist me. She introduced herself and then informed me that the vehicle I was interested in was sold but she had others she thought I might be interested in. Honestly, I felt more like this was a BS sales tactic, aka a scam of posting vehicles below MSRP that aren’t a real listing, just to drive people into the dealership. It’s a trashy way to do business but after reading the reviews, I can see I’m not the only one that feels this place is unethical.

Horrible! After waiting for a week for a car to come in 3 phone calls to 3 different sales people I drive 1 hour and after all that they couldn't find the car when I got there. I found it on the lot . Dirty and the car wouldn't start !! The sales guy had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to seal the deal right then . I am like your kidding right . I had cash in hand and pre qualified. They were terrible. Do not go there . I repeat do not go . Horrible customer care.

The dealer did respond and I answered with a question asking for the "out of the door" price to include all fees. The Salesman said he couldn't give a price as that would "depend on a number of factors"and his Sales Manager was too busy to deal with me as it was close to the month end. The Manager did call me 2 days later but said he needed to check the pricing and promised to "get right back to me". That is the last I have heard from this dealer.

Just as another customer wrote... "Watch out for this dealership. They added tons of fees to inflate the out the door price. ..." They post a low online price as bait and then add a long list of fees like the "Napleton Experience" etc. so the 22,000 online price was actually 30% - 40% higher when they handed me the paperwork to try and complete the sale.

I had to give one star only reason I did,but they get NO STARS in my book!! They are liars and a total scam.Spoke to 3 people before I drove an hour and a half out of my way to make sure the car was still available in which I was told it was and when I got there I was told it sold the night before!! Supposedly there is no communication with the dealership and the online...and the people that you speak to are not at the dealership I later found out

Thank you for showing me the car today but it was not ready to be shown to a customer. First off, it was not clean on the outside and the inside was worse off. It had mud on the floor mats and the interior was dirty and dusty. Given we are in the middle of a pandemic, the car should be sanitized and cleaned thoroughly between every showing. I don’t expect the car to look brand new but given I had an appointment to only see this one specific car that should have given you plenty of time to get it ready for a showing.

So I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer after spending 4 hours haggling over paperwork and price of the vehicle. They automatically add $2400 to their sale price for reconditioning without telling you and you have to go over the itemized invoice to even find it. Not sure what the reconditioning entails because my car was filthy when I test drive it. They also add on around $700 for the Napleton package which entails free key replacement, 2 oil changes, and some vague application of paint and leather protection. They would not take this off the price. Walked out of this placed with the car, feeling like I left a sleazy used car dealership and the car broke down on the side of the interstate. I waited an hour and a half for a tow truck to get the vehicle and was told I would have a courtesy car delivered the next day so I could get to work. Next day They said I had to come get my own courtesy car and wouldn't even know what was wrong with my car until the next day.

On the plus side, I was contacted promptly. But, I couldn’t get any of the many sales and management staff who contacted me to write up an out the door price. They just keep emailing to ask me to call or come in for a test drive. Newsflash...this isn’t the 1990s and there’s a pandemic going on. Nobody wants to play your car buying game before they know the final, real price. Only then would a dealership visit and test drive be warranted. Ended up buying from a dealership that knows these facts.

Watch out for this dealership. They added tons of fees to inflate the out the door price. I asked to eliminate some fees other than transfer tag fee and a reasonable dealer fee not two fees for dealership fee. Wouldn’t do it and was fine with loosing the sale. Seems like they throw a online price and then add 2,000 on top of fees which doesn’t including tax.

The car I was interested I found out was sold on another site. The salesperson I was in contact with did not inform me that the car was unavailable. Instead, they immediately guided me towards a car that I was not interested in. I texted and emailed the salesperson about the car I originally wanted and was just ignored.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Napleton's Acura in West Palm Beach Florida. The General Manager Sean Makeef, told me the vehicle was in excellent condition, with no issues at all. He sent pictures from 20 feet away avoiding all of the imperfections later to be found by me. Making a very long story short, I purchased the vehicle, had it shipped to my house and upon arrival it had sun damage on every panel of the vehicle. I took it to a local auto body shop and they said the entire vehicle needed tobe repainted at a cost of $6000. I called Sean 6 times to try and work out something fair to both parties for the misrepresentation of the condition of the car, but he would never return my call. Once I finally got him to talk to me, he said it was my problem, not his. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The entire buying process was unprofessional and terrible, plus being lied to about the condition was icing on the cake.

I had an amazing experience working with Palm Beach Acura. Christian set up my appointment and made sure the car I was looking at was still available. Lilliana my sales rep and Frank in financing are the absolute best. I came in the door pre approved, check in hand and Frank was able to give me a better interest rate and monthly payments compared to what I was getting from my credit union. I’m very grateful to them for getting me into my car.

I called about a car that they had for sale.They told me it was available a couple days later I called about the same car then they said it was sold last week that car was a 2010 so I then was looking at a 2012 Volts wagon Touareg Diesel Same car two years younger of course more money so mind you I’m flying on from New Hampshire to buy this car flight is all set they are picking me up at the airport so I will have no rental car it’s a Wednesday I am flying out on friday I call to confirm now they say that that car was also sold last week but still on carguris as available so I have to cancel my flight now I find a 2012 Same exact car in Rhode Island drive to pick it up and continue to drive it to Florida where it’s staying that dealership sucks I wouldn’t buy anything from those jerks

Good response! They confirmed twice that the car was available. Had my business partner drive up from Miami (That Day) due to the fact that I reside in New Jersey. When he arrived they told him the car went to auction. All it takes is for someone to physically get off their Duff and confirm vehicle is still on the lot.

Wow what can I say, stereotypical dealer ship. They blow up your phone from the minute you request information on a car. Even after you talk to them they don’t keep good notes because they act like they never spoke to you. Had the nerve to call me Saturday morning around 8:15AM. This is my only day I get to sleep in and these sale people think ok, had the nerve to tell me “well you where on the list to call” and I told him yes I wanted a call but not at the but crack of dawn. Would defiantly NOT work with this dealer EVER!!!!

Received a call from the sale rep. Nice gentleman, but seemed new. I questioned the $2,400 inspection and reconditioning fee they add to the vehicle per dealership policy after requesting a buyers order to review. This cost is not reflective in advertisement listed cost. Dealership did get me approved and with a good rate with Acura, but Business manager inflated my payment (when I was previously told by sales rep what my payment would be) by adding protection I noted I did not want. Added an extra $1,800 to cost of finance cost $899 for GAP (Which I had said I did not want) $399 for protection, and $632.00 for wheel and tire protection. Upon reviewing documents I inquired, which was a deceiving in my opinion. I liked the vehicle, but did not like transparency with my vehicle purchases. Ultimately I purchased and had a much better buying experience with another Acura dealership. Better Acura, better price, much better customer service.

Yes I did end up buying a car on the same day I inquired about a car.. But they did not have the car I originally had wanted. So they found me an even better car for a great deal. The team was amazing and they got me in the car I liked at the perfect price that was in my desired budget.. thank you Bob and Dee and most of all the awesome sales manager Michael..of Napletons West Palm Beach Acura.. I will be buying all my cars from this dealer for sure. Awesome experience in buying a car. It was a great experience and they made it happen quickly.. I contacted them about a vehicle and they told me yes, it is available. We are going to get it ready for you. Once I arrived there the vehicle was sold and they tried to sell me something else that wasn't what i went there in first place. They lied to me by saying they had the vehicle available after i drove lile 45 minutes for the vehicle. Poor costumer service.

After taking a day off from work, I was told they could do nothing for me. No test drive, no pulling of my credit, just rude people an argument in front of customers and no obvious concern of my time and travel to the dealership. Sad that I even took the time to go down there. After leaving I continue to receive phone calls from dealership. Now why would they do that?

Bought my new Acura MDX about a week ago from this dealer, I can say that I would truly recommend this place. The process for finance did take quite a while due to the heavy traffic on the day of my purchase. It's too bad we can't give zero stars because Napleton Acura is a bunch of lying unethical dealership. Check their reviews!! The car I wanted to buy has been listed on the website for over 56 days. However after I drove 95 miles to see it and they told me it was there I showed up at the dealership and supposedly it's sold the same day I got there at noon time. Yet two weeks later the same car still listed on CarGurus as a hoax to try to get you into their dealership and then try to sell you another vehicle. What a bunch of scam artists! stay away from these unethical losers

I went to the dealership to view the car for potential purchase,got there and it wouldn’t start,the headliner (rear) was detached,all but one door closed by way of “soft touch,the hood AND trunk were misaligned,and engine light was on with no information as to why, I won’t purchase from a dealership that won’t even make sure that the car works in the smallest way and is at least presentable!

This dealer Will completely waste your time. I called the dealer at 1 PM to have them physically verify the car was on the lot only to show up two hours. Will completely waste your time. The only reason they get a star is because the salesman, Matt, was nice. Horrible, rude, unprofessional customer service and the dealership is in total disarray. They hang up on you. They don't return calls. They put you on hold forever while they "try to find someone " yo help. Promised to send 360 view of vehicle. Never did. So I backed out of the deal. Why shid I pay my money and be treated that way?

If I could give them a “DOUBLE ZERO” that would be there rating. They bait customers to come in, knowing the vehicle your inquiring about doesn’t exist. The web page show numerous of Acura TL which doesn’t exist. Wendy a big joke she knew the vehicle was sold. I had a 12 appointment with her, she knew I was coming had a convo with that morning. When, I arrived at 12:08 I was greeted by a young lady . I asked for Wendy I told she’s with a customer. I asked for a manager here’s Alex with a million and one excuses. To make a long story I walked away with a $12,000 from Navy Federal Credit Union. Napleton’s Acura is the worst car dealership, in Palm Beach County. If you’re shopping for a car by pass this dealership. Keep it moving! Very UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS & LIARS

They are using this car posting for bait and switch. When you get there they tell you that they don't have the keys because something is wrong with the car. I am not the only person who experienced this problem, others already reported the same issue.

Palm beach Acura lies with me regarding Lexus ES 350 They did not told me they sold car I drove 100 km to get the car they told me car is been sold last night , even windy email me told me car is abilable . Some things not wright. I do not think so I will ever visit palm beach Acura

I contacted the dealer to make an appointment. I was told the cars would be ready for me upon my arrival. After meeting with the salesperson who I seem to know more about the vehicle than he did, I took a test drive. The salesperson asked if I was pleased with the vehicle and if I liked it, and I express to him that I wanted to try the other vehicles that I had in mind. I saw the second vehicle which I really didn't like. I asked to see the Third vehicle that I wanted to check out and after almost 15 minutes waiting I was told they couldn't find the keys. Another 15 minutes later, the manager came out and said that the car had a dead battery and it didn't start. At that point I said Thank you and I was ready to leave, the salesman had the audacity to ask why I wasn't waiting for the vehicle. If you ask me, a car doesn't start that's a bad sign. For future reference not that I'm returning to your dealer, if a customer makes an appointment and confirms it within the hour and you tell them the cars are going to be ready and waiting for you, they should. I drove more than 30 miles to see a vehicle that I wasn't able to see.

Friendly staff and quick response from internet team. Price was a little higher, but Trade in value was significantly lower than the other dealers. Couldn't make a deal happen!

I should've trusted my got them paid attention to all the negative reviews online about the dealership. They had a car price to 27,000 so I worked with them on the phone to schedule an appointment to then drive an hour away only to arrive and then tell me that the price was mistake. If you enjoy going back another 40 years experience the old bait and switch and this is the place to do it it.

Very unprofessional didn't have the car I wanted but told me it was there drove a far distance to dealer from Fort Lauderdale for nothinh MJ is very rude in disrespectful will never go there again!

Had an excellent experience at Napleton West Palm. Andrea followed up quickly on my inquiry. Burly is an amazing sales consultant. There was no pressure...it was an easy, seemless transaction. Nelson helped me understand the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. They took excellent care of us. Would recommend this incredible team again and again!

This dealers used car salesmen where some of the worst I've ever encountered! I went there looking at an '05 Subaru Legacy GT limited that I was interested in maybe purchasing, but the sales guy I spoke with was completely unprofessional the entire time I was there! He was asking me things like why are you looking at this crappy car, and basically telling everything what he hated about the car instead of being somewhat polite and trying to actually sell me the car. Then when I actually started asking him specific questions about the car he had no info on anything and I just walked away! I don't recommend buying a car from this dealership at all!
