Dealer reached out but the Internet Sales Consultant said they do not negotiate over the phone or internet; you must be present at the dealership to discuss numbers. I tried numerous times to get a deal done but this dealership refused to discuss numbers unless I came there in person. While the salesperson was polite, this was not how I preferred to do business. I saw no point in wasting my time to go to the dealership if we could not get to a workable number on price. For that reason, I would not prefer to do business here.

The car was overpriced for the condition it was in when I gave it a test drive, it had a real bad exhaust leak and was shaking.. Body and interior where in a decent condition for the year. Manager tried to tell me the car was running great, after I test drove it. No negotiation on price after I pointed out the issues.

I emailed with questions and they took days to answer each time. On the phone they were short and not very helpful or welcoming. Didn’t really feel like they wanted my business. On top of that I had to ask for pictures of the inside of the car because they were not provided online. I found a car somewhere else.

I bought a pre-owned Honda CR-V from Napleton’s, and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Willy, the sales consultant, and Carlos, the sales manager, made the process easy and enjoyable. The price of the vehicle was more than reasonable. However, what I appreciated the most was how well they listened to determine my preferences, how accommodating they were, and how they made me feel like a human being throughout the entire experience. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, my first call will be to Napleton’s Palatine Mazda.

I spoke with Walter, apparently on his day off as another salesman informed me the second time I called the dealership. Mr Walter during our conversation didn’t tell me that it was his day off...so I waited all day for the pictures of the vehicle! The following day I called once again this is when the other salesman informed me that Walter was off, I accepted his word and I stated would call Again at the time that Walter would be in the following day and I did. Upon this second conversation with Walter I reminded him of our earlier conversation, he apologized and promised to send the pictures for my assessment of the vehicle and did Not! No follow up as to what might be the reason for this negligence? I’m in my sixties and have purchased about 25 vehicles in my lifetime and never been disregarded in this manor, this behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional!! I hope others fair better in their dealings.

Napleton Palatine Mazda was a great dealer to work with. Isaac was a fantastic sales person and responded to us right away. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and the dealership worked with us well and we bought the car. Great experience there!

No one seemed to know anything about anything.. especially their own inventory.. I was emailing and exchanging phone calls for 3 days to find out on the fourth day of dealing, the car was sent to auction 2 days before my first email.. and they only called me twice.. All the other calls, I made to them waiting to call back. Huge waist of my time! Idiots.
