They replied asap and kept me up to date with the vehicle's condition. However I lost interest in it and they dropped the price of it by another grand. I already have an 08 G6, I was initially interested cause it was the exact same model just a bit younger. Then I decided I'll stay with the one I already have.

This Dealer advertised a Mustang convertible when I called the salesmen Steve said the car was in “excellent shape,” when I drove 1-1/2 hours to Napleton Steve the car has No Engine, for $4,912.00 and he tried to bait and switch me to another car that cost $5,000.00 more. I walked out the door at once.

They have some great people there... David F. and Rich B. ... and I ended up purchasing a different car (from them). The only complaint was/ is ... it took so long to complete all the paperwork on that deal. Otherwise, they are very motivated.

I went into Oak Lawn Mazda to purchase a car. After several scheduling issues, I managed to get seated with a customer service rep, Wajeh, and take a test drive. We negotiated on a price and I had to speak to 2 additional managers for "approval". We agreed on a price and I patiently waited while they drew up the paperwork. After going back to the office one of the managers returned telling me that they would no longer be offering me that price and increased the price on me. I walked out after they went back on their word in the negotiation. I called the next day to speak to their GM, Sam. He said he was sorry to hear about the situation and that he would find me the same car (since the other one sold) and he would grant me the same price or beat it to earn my business. He found the car and then I never heard from him again. I left several voicemails for him and heard nothing back. Oak Lawn Mazda has shady business practices and doesn't hold themselves with integrity.

The wait time to get from the internet sales person to the manager of sales was long. This may of just been because it was a Saturday morning but it was definitely more than one hour of just waiting. Also, I never purchased a car from a dealer before where I had to physically take everything out of my trade in and transfer it into the new car without any help from the porter. The porter changed the plates over for me but only after I requested that he do it. Everything else that was in the car I had to transfer myself which seemed a little odd considering that overall the rest of the transaction was relatively smooth.

They contacted us. We drove 400 miles to see this car and were faced with lengthy, unnecessary delays. We liked the car and made them a reasonable offer compared to area vehicles. We were prepared to pay cash and take the vehicle. They ran us out of time - without a counter offer. We had to leave due to an impending snowstorm. Too bad they handled our situation so badly.

After the dealer answered a few questions I put a deposit on the car. The dealer called me up a bit later to go over the invoice, and they tacked on a $500 inspection fee, and a $800 LowJack system they installed on it. I told them the inspection fees should be built in the price of the vehicle, and I do not want the LoJack system. They were unwilling to remove the charges. I'm very careful about calling out a dealer on a bait and switch, but this is a classic example. List a great price and tack on fees. When I asked why they don't put their fees on the sale price of the vehicle, they told me no one would call them lol. Shady people over here.

We reviewed the customers offer to buy the unit, we did not accept a deposit based on the information we could not come to an agreement of the vehicle price with Used Car needed repairs to unit along with vehicle add's.  We have a disclaimer on all Used Car Pricing as this is different for each vehicle based on age and mileage.  We make sure to discuss with all customers PRIOR to customer purchasing as we are full disclosure of all repairs and add on's to any and all of our vehicles.We offered to share this detail with customers at any time as some elect to do more repairs to a USED vehicle.

Horrible service! My wife and I walked and Shelby was extremely rude and condescending. Her first question without introducing herself was what are we looking for. We explained we are looking for a cx-9 and wanted to compare the difference between the sport and the touring. She expected us to have all the answers and to know exactly what we were looking for. She did not try to explain anything and just has this extremely rude attitude. After 3 minutes of dealing with her my wife and I decided to walk out. We contacted corporate to report and have not heard back. The CX-9 is now off the list of options. I’ve read some reviews of this dealership online and find it very hard to believe they are real reviews!

My husband and I experienced the worst service ever. They let us sit for half an hour. Then they sent out a guy who had no interest in selling us the car. He took us out for a test drive for 5 mins to a neighborhood without with a license plate on and told us to speed up for 5 seconds to see how the car can speed up. We asked for other option about the car and he just left us there without any explanation. We went sit down for 30 mins and ended up leaving coz we didn't feel like we were cared about. I would never come back to the dealer for any future purchase.

The salesperson Shelby was friendly. I believe overall we got a good deal. Only issue was a few the dealership charges for a 160 point inspection piece of mind. The inspection is suppose to take care of any items that need addressing such as old tires. I brought up the tires needing replacement but in all the negotiating, forgot to bring it up so now I have a car that needs new tires soon and this should have been covered by expensive 160 point inspection. Therefore only three stars.

Best dealership and people. Period. Everything out of our control that could go wrong did. They took it in stride, got everything worked out and we got our car at a great price. Even after everything was done and we were getting ready to sign the final paperwork they came back with an even better financing offer that they didn't have to do. Our next vehicle is coming from there ! Ask for Leo, best salesman ever !

They got me in the door did everything they could to sale me the car.Told me everything I wanted to here like they'll get me an owner's manual etc. Over all a great car however after washing the car and giving full inspection. I noticed a few scratches, not so top notch accident repair, pulling to the right @ highway speeds, passenger side rear break pads not grabbing full rotor as you can see the rust ring of where the pads aren't grabbing, passenger side side marker and remote starter light out, and no owner's manual that I was told would be emailed to me. I called on the Tuesday after my purchase and was told I'd get the owner's manual in e mail. Along with asking servive manager about all mentioned above. Here we are a week and 2 days later and HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING BACK. I called in again yesterday no answer. Having some experience with being a tec luckily, I know the next steps steps to take.

Really like Julian and ability to communicate and point out specifics when comparing with other 'like' models at other dealerships. Seems like there is a genuine interest in helping me - definitely do not feel this at other dealerships!

I went to the dealership specifically to see a Toyota Corolla and was shown a Toyota Camry. They were nice but you can tell they just wanted to close the deal. The car is in very good condition and running well. I'm giving 3 stars because I was shown the wrong car, one key they gave me had a dead battery, and the spare key broke.

Very friendly staff! There was only one lady doing paperwork so it took quite some time to get out the door, and I hadn't even had lunch. I mentioned I was getting hungry and Mario immediately asked if I wanted some pizza and came right back with some food. Talk about service! They also were more than fair with my trade in and made a deal happen with some negotiating. Also, fees were fairly low ( I paid $1000 in fees and taxes on an $8,500 vehicle). Thanks OLM!

Working on a deal now! I would suggest seeing Adam Stratton as he is a salesperson with integrity as far as our dealings with him so far. He has followed up on all of our questions and concerns with the vehicle and service department. We hope to close the deal by weeks end if our busy schedule allows. This is no sales pitch and I hope by weeks end I can finish this review after the purchase of the vehicle is complete. We have enjoyed work with a knowledgeable / non-pushy sales person. So far - so good!

Dealership promptly responded to me. Then continued to do so even after I said that i would contact with them. The guy continued to TEXT me. And tell me that I was rude and shouldn't make inquiries if I wasn't ready to buy. Customer service is very poor and the guy was very rude.

Very poor customer service - schedule an appointment where the car was "all ready and inside". When I got there, the car needed to be found, was "three deep" in the lot, with a dead battery and no gas. I waited through all of this with a scheduled appointment. Poor Business Ethics -- conversed with Adam in emailed and told him by price range. He emailed that he would negotiate on price and "would not lose me on price." His manager, Brad, said that he had "zero room on the list price." So, I drove 1.5 hours due to my email conversations only to be told that. If that's not misleading, I don't know what is. Would not return for any reason.

From Indiana and was looking at this dealer in Illinois. Maybe it's just me, but some of the fees they wanted to charge seemed rediculos. With taxes and fees the final price was just over $2000 more than the list price. Won't buy in Illinois.

Purchased car here. Disappointed in length of time necessary to check out. Not enough employees to complete transaction and dealership knew for a week when we would be there as we flew in to pick up the car. Then we still had an 8 hour drive to Kansas. Poor management.

Would give a zero if possible. This place is a joke, we were told that they were trying to get rid of the model car we wanted and that they'd be willing to negotiate. When we went back the next day after test drive, the young arrogant sales manager wasn't willing to budge even a dollar, they said they were already losing out at listed price which is obviously not true. One week later, the price was lowered on the Internet and they're still sitting on the car. Absolute waste of time! Do not recommend at all.

Dealership worked hard to nickel & dime me, while giving little effort to please me. After final price was agreed upon dealer charged additional $998 destination fee for a trade in. Basically charging me $1000 for moving the car in their lot. They also removed the floor mats from the car and try to charge me to replace them. They won't see me again.
