My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and revealed a shocking lack of professionalism and responsibility. I had made a clear agreement with the salesperson regarding the purchase of a specific car. We discussed all the details in advance when I would come, how the transaction would be handled, and I confirmed 100% that I would buy the vehicle. In fact, just the day before, the salesperson contacted me multiple times to confirm and reconfirm our agreement.
However, when the time came to finalize the purchase, I was informed that the car had already been sold the night before, despite all of our conversations and a very clear commitment from my side. This type of behavior is, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. When such a firm agreement is made with a customer and repeatedly confirmed, basic business ethics and human decency require that the dealership honor that commitment.

Salesman not prepared for a pre planned visit that the dealer set up the day before. The car was filthy inside. When I asked about rusty color on the wheel or rotor he said it was because the car had not been driven for a few days and that's why. Really! I know my FICO is above average and wanted the car; but the treatment as a consumer that I received wasn't worth my time because I felt disrespected

This dealership contacted me NINE times in one day, from 3 different employees. After being interrupted during my work day for the ninth time, I requested they limit communications. The day of my scheduled test drive, they contacted me twice to confirm my appointment (even though I already confirmed with the first reminder). I drove an hour in inclement weather and rush hour to my appointment on time only to be told the car was sold the night before.
This dealership does not respect their customer's time or wishes. RUN far far away from this dealership.

This is by far the worst car dealership I’ve dealt with in over 40 years! They’ve been stringing me along for 6 days straight with empty promises like “we’ll start the process today,” “we’ll call you back,” “everything is ready”—and nothing ever happens.
It feels like their only goal is to waste your time or lure you into the dealership under false pretenses. This is not just unprofessional—it’s downright dishonest. Total lack of respect for the customer. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place. Complete scam tactics.

Drove all the way to St. Peter’s to look at a Pacifica that looked good online and was priced well. Strange, there were no photos of the inside. When we got there we located the unit and inspected it due to being unlocked. We were never approached by a sales person to ask why the inside was filthy. Drink spill marks down the side panels at the third row, and some type of dried crusty still on the console lid. This was a hard no, I shouldn’t have to clean a car New or Preowned. Left dealership and never talked to anyone.

Dealer does not honor their list price. Contacted them re: a truck listed at $61,777.00. I'm out
of state & was trying to make this simple get me a price and lets make a deal. They proceeded
to send me a video of the vehicle with a girl holding up a dry erase board with my name on it. I
guess to build some sort of report with me. I'm not into all the gimmicks. I just wanted to make
a deal and buy the truck. I spoke to someone at the dealership and let them know I just wanted
to get the price and make a deal. So what do they do....send me 2 more videos & never a
price. I get frustrated and tell the guy I just need the price. He asks me when a good time to
come in and look at the vehicle is. Almost like not 1 person here talks to the other. I again let
him know I am out of state, I have all their videos, I've spoken to 3 different people and I just
need the price. Finally they send price & it's $10k over their list price. Even better the truck is
now listed at $59,777. LOL.

I had a appointment to test drive a truck at 10:15 on a Saturday . I drove 40 minutes one way to see it and wouldn't you know the truck is stuck in service with the keys locked in a technicians tool box. I waited on a call back from Jason the manager later that day and no response. These guys are a joke.
Worst Experience ever with a car dealer. I am a returning customer and I went an put money down on a vehicle. My salesman
Kean told me he put my vehicle in the back with a sold sign on it. Couple days later they sold it to someone else. I didn't not get
a phone call they sold the vehicle. Kean ever knew about it. I had to call and find the news out two days later. My money means
nothing to them or me being a returning customers. They just want the sale. I WILL NEVER do business here again.

They were friendly in the beginning. Would not negotiate
in any way on truck price. Truck had dents and dings on
bed, scar on cab corner and curbed front
tires,excessive.When I refused their deal, asked for key to
my car back, things went south. They made a big deal
about giving my car back,acted like I was ignorant to not
accept their "deal". I will never step foot on their lot again.
I bought a truck at a different dealer 2 days later, with 4k
less mileage, excellent condition and for $10,000 cheaper
overall. Got $2,000 more on my trade in than Napleton
was willing to give. There's lots of dealers out there...take
your time and find one who wants your business.

They contacted me and set up an appointment. They were very friendly and very helpful. I was contacted by at least 3 representatives,
possibly a fourth. This seemed a little excessive as though one did not know what the others were doing. I was very appreciative that when
the vehicle sold before my appointment, they contacted me and cancelled the appointment so I didn't drive out there for trucks that were not
on my want list.
Went in to see a car that they said was available. They told me someone else was looking at the car. They then proceeded to heavily inspect my high mileage trade in. The salesman told me they couldn't legally sell the car because it had not had its MO inspection yet. They tried to push ceramic coating, some extended warranty stuff, all of which I told them I was not interested. After that, the car was magically sold. I thanked them and left feeling that they didn't want to sell me the car because I am not a sucker.
I had my wife call when I got home to see if it was still available, and guess what-it was. It was for sale on their website for another week before it sold.
The car was a good deal, but they were not willing to negotiate and flat out lied to me when I pushed the menu of extras back in their direction.

Found a truck I liked. Sent them what another dealership had offered me for my truck because I liked the one they had. Terrance seemed to work well, but then I never heard back. I simply needed to see if they could match the other offer, and I had a banker lined up. I drove all the way there and it was sold that morning. Mike the manager seemed like the typical slime ball sleezy snake you find managing the rest of the entry level sales snakes. I buy 3-4 trucks a year too. Seems like a bait and switch operation ran by in experienced sales people who couldn’t make it in the real shark tank

Received two different phone calls that the vehicle I was interested in was available. Scheduled an appointment to go drive the vehicle. Received email and text confirming the appointment. Started my 90 minute drive to the dealership. One hour later received a phone call that they had just sold the vehicle.

When I first inquired about this vehicle, everyone spoke with was nice and friendly. I told them I wasn't able to come to see the vehicle until Friday so they told me to just shoot a text with a time on Friday. Sent a text at 8:20am that Friday and they responded at 5:30pm that day (making excuses why they didn't respond). They kept asking when I wanted to come see the vehicle... this morning since I was already in the area and it's an hr to an hr and a half drive.
Don't believe it need to be doing business with a company like this. I'm thinking someone needs to learn the value of a customer. Aweful customer service.

I too left feeling duped. Their final negotiating price was still well over
the website listed price of $24,500. In addition, I had contacted them
2 days prior to my appointment, yet the car was not detailed and
ready for a test drive. I also waited 45 minutes for it to be serviced.
When I finally took my test drive, I noticed the âmaintenanceâ warning
and was told the service department still hadnât gotten to the car.
Aside from the price, the car was equipped as presented and the staff
was friendly. But, I would not have wasted either one of our time had I
known the internet price was a ruse. It was a disappointing experience
and a waste of a beautiful Saturday.

On one occasion I contacted the dealership for
info,
made an appointment and when I got there to
look at the car, turned out someone had an
appointment right before me to look at the same
car and they were already in the process of
buying it, I left empty handed.
I should have read the reviews before going a
second time.
So I went back today to look at a different car
and I test drove it, everything was great until the
paperwork and price came up, they increased the
price on the car by almost 10k dollars. Even after
going back and forth they could not get the car
down to the price of 26800 which was what they
advertised.
And they were pushy at the end to try to make
the sale but were still over 28k. They have no
return policy which would be nice to anyone who
wants to buy a car. Don't waste your time at this
dealership, read the

They increased the price of my vehicle to include sales tax, now they will not issue me the check for the sales tax. I can not get a return phone call. If I could leave negative stars I would! They have false advertising on this Jeep. I live about 25 miles from the dealership and drove out there to buy the Jeep after multiple conversations and an initial trip to test drive a few weeks earlier. We had basically bought the car over the phone but needed to go in to complete paperwork. They increased the price when we arrived by $2000 citing a “shop bill” or some other made up crap. They are liars and untrustworthy. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

While we were contacted immediately, the dealership was slow to actually follow up and schedule a
test drive. We requested a drop off to our home, which they offered, but seemed hesitant to actually
provide. After a few days I had to follow up with the general manager, who I never actually spoke to
but whom I received automated emails. Another salesperson followed up after that nearly a week
after the initial contact. He was much more responsive but ultimately we moved on and purchased
another vehicle.
Went in and spoke with Gary ‘Tex’ Clark. He is one of the few salesman I have met that actually care about what he is selling and care about the customer first. I will refer anyone I know that wants to buy a car to Tex. Eric in the finance department was great and went to bat for me to get the lowest interest rate for my loan.

Horrible experience. When we first arrived we wasn’t promptly greeted. A manager finally greeted us and said they were a little busy and a salesperson will assist shortly. When a salesman finally assisted us (45 minutes later) he told me that he couldn’t find this vehicle. Then he asked if I was interested in something similar of course I said yes. 20 minutes passed and we left. As we were leaving he was leaning on the desk laughing and joking with his manager. What a complete waste of time. And I had an appointment. Never will I support any Napleton dealerships.
Our overall experience was great. I really appreciate our sales agent, Eric. He was amazing. The
finance guy was the best I have ever dealt with. Thank you!

I was promptly contacted by a staff member about my inquiry. Then, she helped me set up an appointment to test drive a car. On arrival, I was guided to the salesman who answered questions and I test drove the car I was interested in. It was a very friendly and professional experience with all associates wearing face masks. Very happy my new car!

Absolutely ridiculous experience! I asked on several emails to get info on the incentives that were needed to meet the 35,449 price. Since no one would send them to me via email, I made an appointment and went in to the dealership. Sat there for an hour as two salesmen tried to explain to me how you have to put a lower price online to try to get people into the dealership! What a joke! Even while sitting in front of them, no one could explain to me the incentives or rebates needed to meet the 35,499 price! I eventually just walked out… Don’t waste your time going there! Will never go back there and will tell all of my friends and family not to either! Awful experience!

I did not get the car I wanted. Instead I ended up with a chevy trax, then I had to take it back because it needed to be fixed all within 3 days. they however gave me a loaner to use. there was no exchange for the chevy trax because they dont do an exchange. I ended up with all kinds of warranties that I did not know I sign for. I was told that the bank would not allow funding for the altima that I really wanted. It is a bad deal but until you learn how to understand the car business you are just another fallen soul.Really had my heart set on the ultima so I would the older not have to purchase another vehicle in this lifetime. It had a navigation system on it which I truly wanted without using the phone. technogoly is so unfriendly if you do not know how to use it.

Car was dirty and not ready for test drive although I booked an appointment
days prior. Came prepared to pay cash with not trade for vehicle but price
was higher than comparables. Very nice sales rep told me his Manager said
to "move this car" then quoted me their stated price online, and said it was
the best price they could do. Major disconnect between the two things I was
told.

I ended up getting a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. Everything was good until we went to negotiate. The Buick was 2000 more and I wasnt going to do that because my budget was tight. The manager asked if I would consider it if it was the aame price as the Buick, and I was like absolutely. Long story short. Once the paper work was started the price not only jumped back up the 2000 it went up another 2000 with fees and warranty (I didn't want the warranty) , and it still has a manufacturer warranty of 2yrs or 20,000 miles. The sales tax was supposed to be rolled in the price but was not. Being my first time going to a dealer, I have had a hard lesson. I will never go to Napleron again.

Bait and switch! Had a truck for a very good price with incentives, but when I contacted them about purchasing it the salesman said they couldn't sell it for that price and would have to pass this back to his boss, Jonathon. The next day I called back and Jonathon said he was awaiting word from his sales manager. I got a text from him at 9pm saying the price would be $10,000 more than what they had it listed for. The next morning I got a call from a sales lady with the same information. Let her know what was going on and she was sorry and couldn't do anything., but would have the general manager call me. Still no call. Would never buy anything from them.

Worst ever! They tried to sneak in extra charges after I had already agreed
to a final price. The "new 2018 jeep" actually had 450 miles on it, and they
never disclosed this until the very end of the process. The Jeep was dirty and
had chipped paint on the door. They screwed up the title documents, which
caused me to have to go back to the DMV a second time.

Went there a couple times and didn't like the customer service. First time a few years ago to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland and no one would help. Second to get a ram rebel and the guy kept talking poorly of everyone else that worked there and management and it made me uncomfortable. Won't go back again.
