I reached out to Napleton Auto Park Urbana regarding a RAV4 Prime XSE they had listed as having the “Premium Package.” I spoke with Matthew to confirm some details, specifically whether the car included the Head-Up Display (HUD) that’s part of that package. Matthew told me the vehicle did not have a HUD and insisted that the Premium Package doesn’t include it on 2021 models.
When I offered to share information directly from Toyota’s website showing that the HUD is part of the Premium Package, he declined to look at it and told me he had “worked with these vehicles for 30 years” and didn’t need my input. That response came off as dismissive and unprofessional.
After doing more research, I discovered that he had actually confused the “Premium Package” with the “Premium Audio” option — two entirely different things. The dealership’s listing is still inaccurate and continues to advertise the car as having the Premium Package even though it does not.

My experience here was very poor-and that is putting it lightly. I drove from over an hour away to look at this vehicle and worked with a salesman who provided me with an offer. The next day, I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. Since I live so far away and work during the day, there would not be a way for me to get to the dealership on time and complete all of the paperwork in time to go to the bank before it closed. The sales representative that I worked with suggested I wait until the weekend to come in to prevent any mishaps and informed me that he would put the car on hold for me to come purchase on Saturday. The next day, 10 minutes prior to the dealership closing, I received a text message saying the car had been sold. The sales representative told me his coworker had taken the keys and sold the vehicle. I am very disappointed as this is unacceptable.

I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer, made a 3 1/2 hour drive one way just to find out that they had already sold the vehicle that I had interest in, I called before making the trip to ensure the vehicle was still available and was informed it was, then while making the trip they called me twice to make sure I was on my way and checking to see if I'm going to be there by the time I had my opiontmen scheduled with them, got told twice that they will have the vehicle ready for me when I get there, they called this a so called vip experience, them I received a text to inform me the vehicle was sold, so I called them and talked with a so called manager and he said the vehicle was sold earlier that day just to find out that it was already sold before I made the trip, while I was talking on the phone with the manager for about 15 mins he hung up on me so I called again and spoke with a different so called manager well that one hung up on me as well, would highly recommend to stay awa

Stay clear of this dealer. Unprofessional and lies. Was told the car didn’t sell and was headed to see it. However, next day I was informed it sold. Well here we are again that the car is posted but with a higher price. When questioned they all have ignored and made up more lies. Beware!

I had a horrible experience at this dealership and would never recommend someone to buy a vehicle from them. The vehicle had clearly been wrecked even though the website said it was accident free. The Jeep letters that are usually on both sides of the vehicle were in the pocket by the passenger side seat and the Willy’s logo on the hood was crooked on one side. My husband asked why the Willy’s logo wasn’t shown in the pics online, but was on there when we arrived at the dealership and we were told that sometimes they edit the pics I drove an hour and half for nothing

I did give the ok for them to contact me. I’m taking online classes for my master’s degree, I have 3 kids and work full time. Whoever got my number and called twice, texted multiple times all within 2 hours. Had the audacity to be annoyed with ME for not being able to talk. I’m sorry I can’t stop my life to help you with your job. The epitome of annoyance and overstepping professional standards. If the car sells because I’m handling life, that is my loss, isn’t it? I will NEVER reach out again- life is too short for that level of intrusion and frustration.
I DID answer saying I was taking a test and one other time that I have things to do.

The car was great. However the dealership was not impressive. The service was very slow. The part that I really had an issue with was the lack of attention they paid to the car. We were told they were taking the car to detail it and fill it with gas. 45 minutes later we get it back the tank was not full and it was still dirt. If we hadn't already spent 4 hours there we would have sent it back.

The test driving experience was nice. The price was good.
After purchasing and signing paperwork, the effort dropped, and we ended up waiting around a long time, car wasn’t detailed to the level we’d like as it still had visible dirt.
Also had a bad experience with their shuttle service being 45mins late, which is a big deal when you have to pick up your kid from daycare.

Tim, our salesman, was excellent to work with. He was very communicative, easy to talk to and even had some little treats to give our son. We came pre-approved to buy and he made the entire car buying process seamless and easy.
The dealership was very clean and organized, but did have a low inventory. However, that's an issue facing many dealerships right now. So that is in no way anything they can help; just a note about minimal options, but they were still able/willing to price competitively.
The rest of the staff members we encountered were also kind and helpful. I will consider Napleton for my car buying needs in the future.

We live an hour and a half away from this dealership...with that in mind we couldnt make it to the dealership until the following saturday morning to look at a suv we liked....so on that thursday night we called about the vehicle to see if it was still available, the lady with whom we were speaking to said it was and would we like to come and see it. We told her ee could not make it until sat. morning, in wjich she replied well let set up a time....we agreed 10:30 because they didn't open until 9:00 am. She told us who to ask for Ray or Ahsid(something like that) and they would be told we were coming and they would have the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to look at, sooo we are there at 10:25 am right where we were suppose to be, walk in ask for Ray he is on the phone, so we patiently wait, another sales guy comes up and says is there something I can help you with we told them we were there to look at a white Terrain with 18+ miles, he paused and said "oh I think that sold" no c

I received multiple calls, several times a day requesting me to make an appointment to see this car. I made the appointment on a weekday morning which would not be too busy. The representative called to verify the appointment about an hour prior to the time. I arrived only to be told by the salesman that the car was being repaired in service and could not be shown. I asked the salesman to contact me when it could be shown and that perhaps he could bring it to me so that I could see it. No contact no follow up until two days later when the representative who set the appointment called to see if “I made it in.” She had. I idea of what had transpired. At worst, this is bait and switch, at best it is extremely poor communication and treatment of customers. I am a current customer of this dealership but will steer clear of any purchase. Caveat emptor!

I was referred to Napeltons from a friend and told to ask for Ben, im glad i did. Ben is the man to see if your in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle. I did test drive the Beetle convertible found on Cargurus but chose not to buy it. While at
Napleton's l also test drove a 2016 Beetle hatchback that l had found on Cargurus.. Within a
couple of days, l made the decision to purchase that car. Everyone with whom l had contact
at Napleton's was friendly and helpful. Their process for buying a car and the courtesy
follow up procedure are amazingly efficient and were greatly appreciated!
