August was a true gentleman to work with. Simple and fast transaction. No pressure sales was so nice for a change. I would definitely recommend them.
Lied about the vehicle being ready at a specific time. I arrived on time and was told the vehicle wasn’t ready just yet and that it was 10 minutes away from be finished at the detail shop. I waited almost an hour for the vehicle to be “finished”. Sale persons tried negotiating before seeing the car. When the car pulled in it hadn’t been cleaned AT ALL! The interior was filthy and the engine compartment had thick dirt all over the engine cover. Sale person said “They were only able to get the wheels cleaned up” (wheels were not cleaned). So more lies. After starting the vehicle a significant ticking sound was coming from the engine compartment and the sale person said “Oh, that just the fuel injectors”. I laughed and test drove the vehicle anyway. Vehicle was in ruff shape for such low miles. Wish they would have been honest about the vehicle not being cleaned. I would have been ok with rescheduling and about the engine condition. The lies to make a quick sale was disappointing.

I went to Napleton Cadillac of Libertyville
on October 13th after I have earlier
communicated with sales manager Isaac. I
was interested in 2018 Cadillac XT5 that he
gave me a price on. I told him I have a
better offer at the Northbrook dealership
and he told me he could beat the other
dealership’s price. I’ve told him his
dealership is far from my house but I’m
willing to drive there since he’s willing to
work with me. When I got to the dealership
the sales manager, Isaac changed his story
and told me he can’t go down on the price
on the vehicle we were talking about on the
phone. Instead he was trying to sell me
another vehicle at a lower price. I have told
him I would have not taken a long drive to
his dealership if he wouldn’t have told me
he can beat the Northbrook dealership’s
price on the vehicle I was interested in. He
denied that he told me that and asked me
to leave if I wasn’t interested in what he has
to offer at the moment. He was extremely
rude and disrespectful!

Answered all my questions.
The visit visit went well and the personnel were very polite. The dealership
was very clean. The only thing that I really got turned off with is that I could
not drive the vehicle that I was interested in until I wrote up an offer. I
scheduled an appointment to come to look at the vehicle which was more
than 1 hour away. I arrived and was greeted and treated well but could not
drive the vehicle due to a policy that the dealership had. Other than that,
everything went ok.

Dealer contacted me, I went and drove the car. Their sales guy Mike Vilichik
was the best. He was informed and helpful but not pushy. Their internet guy
followed up and encouraged me to come back and make a deal. I went in
late last night and bought the car. Thye were fast professional and extremely
courteous.

Responsive, but unwilling to ship. Matter of fact. Had I been local I would
have gone to the dealership to inspect the car but unfortunately I am out of
state. Others were very willing to ship and send photos to reassure me of
the quality of their vehicle.

Got a quote from them,and after a few
days on my way to see car and they
raised the price 1000 dollars after being
online for 18 days. I was on my way to
buy and saw the car went up. Mike said
we have a little confusion on my end and
that the website didnt put the right price
there. So hurry up and buy before the
price gets to high. A real man can admit
when he made a mistake and learn from
it.

The first salesperson appeared inconvenienced that he had to show me a car. Because a light rain was falling he just opened the car doors and said this is it. lt would have been nice to have moved to the service bay.l left in no mood to buy from him. l subsequently returned because l had looked a long time for that car but this time went directly to a mgr. who was very accommodating.

I think if my husband was with me I would have had a better
chance with the "bottom line pricing" on a car that was in an
accident, they would not provide written proof of what was fixed, I
was brought out to the car shown the bumper and was told " see
you can't even tell" Car fax said it was towed from scene of the
accident. I left, and bought else where.

Sales Rep was not very inviting (so I never went to the lot), I mentioned
paying cash and was waiting to see if the price dropped any and he said:
The price is the price and they are a Cadillac dealer so the Aspen won't
be there long....well several weeks later and its still there! I went and
bought the same truck, lower miles for $600 less then what WEIL wanted,
yes it had the J-package. Not sure about the Dealership...but the Reps
need more Sales training and Customer Service.
