I needed the car for my daughter and it couldn't have gone better. Beyond the price being the lowest, even though yours had less miles and more equipment, the experience was so fast and easy. Gets 2 stars because the dealer did respond…once. With just an email, no phone call. And when I asked a follow up question in that 1 email, I never heard from them again. So, not great at all, but they did at least send an initial email.

We contacted them on Friday evening to confirm the car was still available and completed a loan
application. They contacted us early the next morning to make sure we were still coming to see the car and
interested in buying it. We drove almost four hours to get the car and were told when we arrived that it had
sold two hours prior to us getting there. We asked why someone did not at least give us the courtesy to call
and tell us to not come and all they said was it was first come first serve. They were very rude and not
apologetic at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
visited the dealer twice. On first visit at my appointment time I was told car had just sold an hour earlier. On second visit to test drive a car
listed for $21,000 on car Gurus as a great deal was advised there was a prep charge of $3663 making the vehicle far from a great deal. The
car had been listed for 30 days and had shown a price reduction. Dealer tactics are deceptive and don't provide accurate pricing info. would never do business w/ this dealer
again. a one star rating is too high.
I scheduled an appt with Napleton to view this vehicle with the intent to purchase that day. They messaged me and emailed me multiple times confirming my appointment only to call me back within hours of my scheduled appt time to let me know the vehicle was not on the lot and would not be arriving until the following week. I have since purchased a vehicle, and I am no longer in the market. It took multiple times of telling them I am not interested because we have purchased a vehicle before they were ever willing to stop contacting me about the vehicle.
This dealership does not deserve any stars! Feel the bait and switch is their mode of operation. Paola Toribio scheduled my “VIP appointment” and the car was not even at the specified location. The salesman, Yassine Bukhan (I believe that is the spelling—he scribbled his name on a card), initially stated he was not even familiar with the car. Then he said it was at their service center and would be available later in the day. Returned to the lot ~7:30pm and the car was still “at the service center.” He said he would call us when the car returned “If I remember.” We never heard back so I emailed again just to see if the car was available—knowing good and well the car may never have even existed. I received a response stating the car was no longer available and an offer to see other similar options. The entire experience was completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. Will NEVER consider this dealership again.

Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drove over an hour and a half to the dealership, and the vehicle wasn't on the lot. The vehicle has been loaned out to a customer days or weeks prior. Waited nearly an hour and a half after my appointment time for the vehicle to actually arrive. The vehicle had damage to the rear seat that was not discussed/disclosed. After wasting 3+ hours of my time, the dealer proceeds to offer me over $4,000 less than my vehicle is worth in "fair" condition according to KBB.
Don't waste your time, patience, or money with this dealership. Take your business literally anywhere else.
Terrible experience. I live almost 2 hours away from this dealership. I called and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I was told the vehicle was waiting on me. I got to the dealership and the vehicle was not at the dealership and not even in the same state, let alone the same city. I took time off of work and lost money on gas with an approximate 4 hours round trip for nothing.

What should be an easy buying experience has turned into an unfortunate experience where the dealership can't seem to communicate well

They were awful, the salesman didn’t know what he was doing. The a/c is broken and they weren’t going to fix it. There is a hole in the drivers side front wheel. They said you have to take it as is without working with us for a price. Awful experience, do not go there.

Drivers rear view mirror was broken, dealer would not fix to sell car. When I looked up replacement mirror was only $16, housing was ok. I didn't think dealer would treat customers right.

I contacted this dealership 3 times. One person told me they would get back to me and . I called again and talked to someone else. once again I called and even received text messages from this guy and he was too busy with another customer. I’ve been waiting since Saturday at 9am.

Contacted them about the vehicle. Contacted me back the following day and asked if I'd like to come see the car tomorrow. I told them I was out of state and was looking to purchase long distance and I'd arrange pick up. They said a interstate sales manager would contact me. They never did. When I called back they said there were no pictures because they didn't have the car yet. Then I see pictures the next day online. Glad I didn't buy this car since the told lie after lie over the phone. I can only imagine what they do to customers on a regular basis.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a Honda Pilot. They told me they would give me a courtesy call if the vehicle sold. 30 minutes before my appointment, they sent me an email telling me how excited they were to meet me and excited to have me test drive/purchase that Honda Pilot. When i arrived to my appointment, 1 person came up to me and told me the pilot had sold earlier that day. He then walked away. We had zero help in looking at other vehicles and employees just stood around. We finally asked one to help us look at another vehicle and they said they’d grab the keys and be right back. They never came back and neither will we. Awful service!

Terrible service. Set up an appointment for a test drive, talked to them the morning of the appointment and they told me to come on over. 1.5 hours into a two hour drive they call and tell me they sold the car they had made a reservation for me to come drive. Manager was then rude and basically said well that’s how it goes, when asked “why make a reservation then if you’re gonna sell it anyway” he had not answer. Discourage anyone from ever going to this dealership

It was awful. The sales rep I talked to on the phone scheduled us what he called a "VIP" meeting and when I got there he wasn't even there he was in another state and the dealership didnt even know who I was or that I was even coming. The salesmen I did get couldn't even bring me a car I asked for. When he finally brought me a car I asked for the back bumper was badly damaged and the front bumper was hanging down dragging. I had high hopes for this place but was sadly disappointed

Very difficult to get ahold of someone. The texts come is from a bot although they can reply if they choose. I got 4 identical live voicemails from the same person in 10 min one day Bayside I must have been on the list 4 times.
Originally told car not available, being serviced. Didn't seem to want to answer any questions I had about the car. The next day they raised the price from 62 to 65.7k. my guess based on other reviews is the fake service schtick is a way to justify their sudden price increases once somebody shows interest.

I drove 45 miles round trip to see the Lincoln. When we arrived at Napleton Kia, we waited about 15 minutes only to find out the keys wouldn’t open the car. So we didn’t get to see it. Really impressive!

Inquired about a particular vehicle and had several calls texts & emails for several days wanting to know when I could come in to see it even after I scheduled an appointment .I had them call me and say I missed my appointment and sounded agitated and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told several different people there that, and when I tried to narrow it down to 1 person by the phone # on the email that they sent me I got the run around they were with someone else and they would help me instead .No communication amongst themselves or whatever and told system was down for notes then says oh I see it here now .Just didn't feel they were very honest or caring

I was urged to make an appointment to look at the car, such was fine. The email confirmed the appointment assuring me that the appointment was so that they could have the car clean and ready. I was also told that the damage had been fixed. When I arrived, the car wasn't even on their lot. It was dirty and the damage hasn't been repaired. I drive the car a second time, and all of the alert lights came on. I had my title and was ready to buy, but the car wasn't ready to be purchased. It was a disappointing experience.

If possible I would give them a zero Do Not Buy from here. They ran my credit and then supposedly sold the vehicle after I started the application. Never asked for a deposit until supposedly someone was coming to look at the vehicle and then supposedly bought it, but the vehicle is still in their lot? They are not professional or customer service. My suggestion stick with a Reputable dealership not this Mom and Pops place!!!!

The check engine light was on. The young salesman said that was due to not having an oil change. That was lie number 1 and strike number 1. After finally choosing a vehicle for 19,000, the final price ended up being 38,000+ even with a co-signer with good credit and a 3500 down payment. After asking questions and searching for more options, the agent got what looked like a boss of some sort. His attitude was haughty, presumptuous, and flat out disingenuous. Called to see if they had the truck for me to look at and they said yes so 2 minutes later I pulled in the lot and went in to talk to a salesman about seeing the truck and he told me that it was sold and they had others. It made me feel like they lied to me to get me to come in the door and I told them that.
Every time I try to buy a vehicle in Indianapolis area that is how I feel that they treat me therefore I haven’t bought a vehicle in Indiana in 20 years. I am like anyone else I hate to be lied to.

They negotiated one price, I asked to take it for a second test drive before I made my decision. When I came back they had raised the price another 250.00. They also have items they add on automatically that come to about 2000 extra. I Would not recommend this dealership. They are shady.

I was incredibly displeased with the service at the Fishers dealership. I was hoping to buy this car for my daughter's first car. I did my research and was alerted with a price drop and immediately requested information and set up an appointment time. I rushed to pick up my daughter from school and hurried to be on time for the appointment. I set up the appointment with "Frank", whom told me on the phone to contact "Tyler Long" when I arrived at the dealership for my so-called VIP appointment, where the car would be washed and ready and out front for me. I was initially very impressed with the personal video...showing my daughter the new car buying experience. Two hours before my appointment, I received communication welcoming me for my upcoming appointment. The reality though, when I showed up, NO ONE was aware of my appointment, there was no Tyler Long, no Frank. These are Florida call center associates without real time inventory info. Initially, after a few issues with the internet contact, sales manager Doug contacted me .
He apologized for the delay in replying to my calls. He facilitated our purchase smoothly
and offered me a handsome discount in the purchase of the car. The sales person Gerald
was very professional and prepared the car for purchase and return home. I was

Set appointment to see vehicle at 11:00 am the next day. Appointment was confirmed at 8:40 am day of appointment. Arrived at dealership and was told the car had sold the night before. Said they could get another one like it but with more miles on it for same price. A phone call to let me know the car wasn’t there would have been nice. There’s a lot of places to spend your money don’t think I’ll do business with them.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Run don't walk away from
this dealership. They advertise low sale prices to get you
to come in and then screw you around. Still don't have
license plates or floor mats in my 2021 Kia Forte ex.
They stripped the floor mats out at final cleanup at the
last minute. Mike Foster promised the floor mats and a
extra set of all weather mats but never sent them. He
said long ago will arrive any day. Offers a $200 gas card
for a extra 7 hour round trip which i had to make just to
get the sale price and pre approved apr which I already
had. The figures they had tried to get me to sign to were
right at $11,000 what was offered originally to get me to
come in. Tried to get me to agree to $11,000
overpayment on what they got me to make a 7 hour
round trip for. Place is a joke. Mike Foster lies through
his teeth!

I worked with Kevin. He treated me terribly. He tried to charge me $3,000 for a warranty package and told me it was because he works on commission and the car was marked too low under value so he had to make up for it. He then told me he refused to sell it without the add on. By the time hid manager agreed to sell it for $500 more than it is listed for, I didnt want to give them my money after how I was treated

Sales person was nice, pricing strategy was horrible. They added a ton of hidden fees that they claim are ‘optional’ but clearly are not. I would not go here unless you plan on spending at least $4000 more than anticipated.

We drove four hours round trip to find the vehicles that were advertised had
an additional $3000+/- added to the price once we were in the store. The
salesman didn't even give us the option of buying it at the advertised price,
so we walked out.
The following week a sales manager reached out to us to see why we didn't
buy. Too many price games.

Price is not as described. They add all incentives to get customers through the door. Once there you’ll end up paying an extra $10k for a new vehicle because you won’t qualify for all of the incentives. Staff isn’t very friendly. Standing outside smoking. Many new vehicles are at a separate lot so you’ll have to go view them there or wait. Best to obtain an “out the door price” prior to showing up to this dealership.

Was contacted at 830 am because I left a message late the night before. At 9am I started to respond and by 930 I made an offer. I was tossed around to multiple people and essentially fired one sales guy for another and then another. Finally I was able to talk to the sales manager who also wasn’t trying to make a deal. It wasnt untill 430 I found out that they were not going to move at all on price and they finally refused my offer of about 750 off asking price. Also they had over 2k in fees in their “out the door price” including a “dealer ship experience fee” which was complete BS Because I had the worst experience in my life dealing with them. I have never met a dealer that tried so hard not to make a deal.
Also they have their car priced the lowest in car gurus so that you get negotiating with them and then they hit you with their very large fees that no longer make it a deal. Very unethical group. Would not do business with them.

If you dont't want finance they charge $1000 extra. They also wanted to charge an extra $2000 for accessories they had added that you can't decline.the accessories are just tracking devices

Since I only have a few sentences, I will just say the cat was listed for $13000 dollars but they would not sell it to me at that price because they had “installed” scotchguard on the interior and under coating and had put glaze wax on exterior. Which evidently totaled thousands more.

The manager and several employees called me, texted me and even emailed me. All just to lure me to drive two hours to buy my son a vehicle that they had knowingly already sold. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with this dealer. I hope I can save at least one person from having to explain to their child how misleading people can be to try to make a dollar.

Everything seemed good they took a video of the car for me to point out any blemishes we made them an offer and they excepted. The sales person Ty sent us the information we needed to gather for them late in the dayAnd we sent it back to him the following morning along with copies to the manager by email. I lined up transportation and had got a loan from my bank and tried to contact him that same morning to ask a couple questions and he texted and said he was busy and would get back to me soon. Then middle of the afternoon he called me to apologize and say they sold the car to someone else that morning so now I am out a lot of time and the money spent on the loan documentation. I said I expected a call from the manager who originally excepted my offer but I have received nothing. Not impressed !!
Very very helpful. I decided to look for a different model but would recomend checking this place out. Good prices.

Tony was very accommodating in our search for a pre owned vehicle. We visited or contacted several dealers in the area and he was the only one who really listed to what we were asking/looking for. The others tried to upsell or get us into a vehicle that wasn’t remotely close to what we were after. We appreciated his assistance and genuine efforts to get us the best deal possible. My wife and I figured we needed a newer vehicle with some updated safety features since we are expecting our first child in just 4 weeks, so we went into Napleton KIA of Fishers after making an appointment earlier in the day.
Long story short, we test drove the van and wanted to buy it. Then another couple came in and also was looking at the same van. While we were discussing finances with the salesman and even signing several papers for permission to check our credit and going over what the payments would be, even after receiving a packet about the van and having the salesman tell us we would be given a gas card with a new purchase, the manager walks over to the other couple and then to us and proceeds to tell us that the other couple was willing to pay more and was attempting to get us to outbid them.
We explained we were there for the price we had just agreed on and we were left for 20 min and then told they were going with the other couple. Shady, stereotypical car lot.
Everyone at Napleton Kia are very inviting welcoming friendly helpful polite and any and all other flattering words you can think of! They made my experience so easy and
made us feel comfortable and that we were more than just a sell that we were valued customer's whose happiness and comfort were the most important things to them! I
would highly recommend Napleton Kia to any in the market for a new or used vehicle! Thank you, Dessarie, Tony, Patrick and the rest of the crew at Napleton Kia!

I made an appointment to look at this vehicle. I arrived on time and the
man I was meeting with was there on time as well. The vehicle was VERY
dirty, even though they knew I was coming! I was told the manager was
driving this vehicle as his own and allowing his kids to ride in it too. My car
is old and I don't clean it like I used to, but this vehicle was way worse than
mine! The sales person didn't know much about this vehicle at all. I
understand it is a BMW at a Kia dealership, but if you want to sell a car,
learn about it. The salesman was nice and friendly and so was everyone
else I came in contact with.

They said they would contact me Monday after test driving the SUV on
Saturday and letting them know my concerns with the dry rotted tire.
They never called and then when I called them on Tuesday they said they
sold it. No follow up here. And I talked with the COO on that Saturday
after the test drive, so that tells you this systemic in the Butler owned
dealerships.
