Tried to Jack up the price of the car by almost a third with nonsense. Things like 1600 wash and special coating to protect the paint of the car. A screen coating for $600 for the touch screen in the car which offered no additional warranty. Reconditioning, which is what they call cleaning the inside and getting rid of any stains etc. I’m not paying for that, you factored that into the price of the car when you took it as a trade in and then want to try to charge me the next owner of the car for it? No. Don’t say it’s rock bottom price if you then throw an extra 8k on a 22k car. Don’t shop here, super sketchy dealer practices.

As soon as I walked in the door I was treated like a welcomed guest. I was invited to come in a look and warmly greeted . They made the deal happen in the car I wanted. The whole process was easy , no games, just straight forward purchase process. Edwin C. and Leroy took care of the whole process and kept me timely updated until the car was in my hands. Literally the worst dealership ever. Car had bondo bubbling out of it, over spray etc. Salesman tells me I'm wrong gets manager,he tells me know but that he would cut the price.lol
Then these idiots continue to call for days after just to aggravate. Told them more than 5 times to stop calling before just blocking them. Stay far far away!

I contacted Payton Kierce concerning a vehicle and told him I had friends who were going to look at that vehicle for me. When they arrived they were forced to fill out papers prior to being allowed on the lot. After the papers were completed they were told the car had been sent to auction that morning. Payton Kierce did not respond to my emails after the incident.

Very impressive with the service provided
I went in to see a car they had posted on this site(cargurus). After 2 days and 8+ hours in the dealer, while signing the paper work I notice the sale price was 29,800 when the internet price was 29,100, I inform the finance guy that it was more then the advertised price that I mentioned to thor(sales man) and the GM told the finance gentleman that if I didn’t agree, that he had another buyer that was willing to pay full price. This is after me signing the paper work, after running my credit, me paying $1000 down on my card. Very dishonest and not transparent at all. I would steer clear from this dealer, never have had such a bad Experience.

Will not talk about price unless you go in ,that don’t work for me ,when I go to a dealer i already have OTD amount and contract all I have to do is to sign papers pay for the car and pick up the car ,
The vehicle was listed at $29,001 and looked like
a great deal. I was already approved for
financing through Chrysler. I drove all the way to
Kissimmee from Zellwood to test drive it. The
salesman Tirvis was great, very friendly and
helpful. I was ready to set up a deal. Then the
offer sheet comes over and I was going to be
financing this van for 43,000.00+. Let me repeat
that the online price was 29,001.00 and they
brought me an offer sheet with a total financed
amount of 43,000+. Apparently I didn’t meet all
of the “rebates” to get the price listed, and the
“website has a disclaimer.” This type of tactic is
exactly why car dealerships have the reputation
of being slick, greasy, crooks. It’s a terrible case
of bait and switch. What’s worse is the sales
manager John had the nerve to ask “well what’s
plan B?” Well that would be to take my business
anywhere else at all John. They offered me the
van at a difference of $14,000. That’s a whole
other car guys. Stay clear of this snakepit.

I had a nice response from Kissimmee Dodge/Jeep. After driving over an hour in the rain to see the vehicle I inquired about I was told the GM was using it as his personal driver. Furthermore I looked at another vehicle and found out that the price they sent me was not in fact the actual price. They used the “bait & switch” tactic to get me into the showroom and used very poor excuses to justify this. They just lost my business and any recommendations to use them in the future.

Would have left a 0/.5 if possible,
Came in with the internet price of 35,700 was shown the price of 42700.
I came in to see a new vehicle and was shown a vehicle that had been driven around at 1780 miles.
The salesman said they were going to dock the price 1 dollar per mile and never did.
In order to get the price shown i had to negotiate.
This dealership is absolutely backwards, once i spoke up about feeling uncomfortable about the way the business was being conducted both the manager and GM tried to come out and rectify the situation.
They both offered sub par deals in comparison to the internet price i should have received in the first place.
After being given an "amazing" deal (in fact this deal was only about the same as the internet price which i should have received when i arrived) i still let them know at this point I'd rather not contribute to this place or the corrupt business model.
I requested a manager email me and still have not receieved the email so instead i will do a public review.
Bad points:
1. Used negotiating my trade as a means to keep their vehicle price up.
2. Salesman told me several things that lead me to believe id get a deal below the internet price and then brought out a deal that was in fact 5-10k more.
3. Didn't even know what vehicles they had, almost called another dealership before showing me a "new" vehicle.
Overall I'd rather spend more at a different dealership for the same vehicle. I would recommend checking literallt ANY and EVERY dealership prior to this one.

There were very nice and tried to do everything they could. The car was available but at a different one of their dealerships and they even offered to go a bring it over. I had no problems here but did get a better deal at a different dealer for almost the same car and miles.

I believe a bait & switch tactic was going on... Nissan Versa Note advertised at $11,400 which i wanted, they inflated the price with shady add-ons to almost $15,000...

Ram truck listed online for $23,954 then after 2 hours of being there the a manager informs me that they messed up and switched the 3 and the 2, so the truck is actually $32,953, Lol wow! Classic bait and switch, I'm sure they do this regularly. Dishonest sales tactics, not cool.

Originally this price was $18900 now it has increased by 4k I offered $17000 because it has a history of an accident in carfax. They never got back to me after initial contact through their internet salesperson.
The customer service started out
great but seemed to somewhat
diminish as the evening went on. I did
buy the car from them and 20 miles
into driving the car the service engine
soon light came on. I haven't been
back to dealer yet bc if time
constraints but I plan on it this week.

about the potential outcome. I also
asked that they put certain pieces
back on the car that were in back seat
and it never occurred the detail job on
the vehicle was poor (trust me I
understand it was late but they could
have said something like hey it's late
our detail guys have gone for the day
bring it back when u have time and
we will shine ur new purchase up and
make it look good for u) the whole
deal felt very rushed at the end I felt
pushed to hurry up and finish the deal
I really didn't even get a chance to
review the numbers and come to find
out they are incorrect which means
it's going to b an interesting next
meeting and conversation with these
folks. They didn't offer any kind of
deal on the car in fact they charged
me more than the sticker price. I'm
not sure what "see e price" means but
obviously it's just a ploy to have u call
as again price never changed. I'm
hoping for the best when I go back
there but I'm feeling that it will not be
a good meeting. (Hope I'm wrong)

The advertised price was $6995 but after adding dealer and doc fees it
really was $8093..
I found the same car with 75000 miles on it for only $1600 more and with no
additional fees. I now own that car.

They called me to confirm I was interested in a 2014 Dodge Charger. I told them yes and I set up an appointment to test drive said vehicle. Drove across town only to be told the vehicle was sold the previous day. Thanks for nothing, but wasted time!
Denise was extremely helpful. She listened to my request with open ears and was able to locate the vehicles that met my criteria. She took the time to respond to all my questions and concerns. She went out of her way to locate a vehicle and also gave me alternative options that might satisfy my search. I am very pleased with this dealership and especially with Denise. We initially contacted them through the site. We asked to speak to a
salesman and was told that they were all busy, but they would have
someone call us as soon as they could. After not being contacted by the
next day, we again contacted them via email and someone finally called
us back. He was very RUDE and short with us. We inquired as tot he
$899 dealer fee that they add to EVERY vehicle. So, no matter what price
they put on the vehicle, you must add another $899 to it. After speaking
with them several times, we drove seven (7+) hours to see this vehicle.
We arrived at 3am and was suppose to meet with them the following day
at noon. However we decided to just ride by and check it out. When we
drove up we noticed that the back window was broken and being held
down with the windshield wiper. However, that was the BEST part. This
vehicle is eat up with rust to the extent that the fog light mount rusted in
two and was hanging over the front of the bumper. Both side rails under
the door was rusted out too. The battery was dead too. We got in our
vehicle and started heading home. The next day they kept calling asking
if we were coming. We told them that in all the times we spoke to them,
that someone should have told us how badly rusted this vehicle was,
knowing we were driving over seven (7) hours to see it. I would NOT give
them $200 for this vehicle much less what they are asking for it! It cost us
approximately $350 to go down and see this hunk of junk.......DO NOT
WASTE YOUR TIME!

While I did contact and spoke with the Dealers rep, Roxanne, it was very difficult to
understand her message that she left, as well as a personal contact, perhaps a bad
telephone connection.
I was very interested in the vehicle, but I was not sure that it had ALL, or some of, the
features I wanted. The Dealership is too far for me to go to. I needed to set a smaller area, 50
miles rather that 100. It is therefore difficult to rate. The Dealership rep. made contact with me
immediately.
