Audi Naperville was very responsive and a great communicator via txt and email. Nicole in internet sales was able to answer questions and provide details on the vehicle. Nick my sales person was knowledgeable and professional, and was able to efficiently negotiate to close the sale quickly. I will return to Audi of Naperville for my future purchases.
I’m very pleased with my purchase, even though someone else was test driving the car when I arrived. Issue was quickly resolved. And I was able to test drive the truck Scott my salesman made me feel at home, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. And made my purchase butter smooth thank you sir for a awesome experience

Tried to purchase this car and offered what the car was worth because of damage to the running board and foot place to inside of vehicle. They would not take my offer so I left. As soon as I left they called me to counter offer. Management poor at this location. I can when they first opened so no excuse of being busy. I countered back for another $250 and said I would turn around and buy it, but no one called me back. Now the car is still not sold and it is listed $500 less than when I went in. Unfortunately, I drove to Naperville, IL to make my purchase and super glad we did. I’m not angry, but wanted to give honest feedback to the sales manager. I was in car sales and finance. Sorry for your loss of sale for $250.
I have always been amazed at the customer service experience at this Audi dealership. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Starting with Nicole who made sure we were attended to right away. Mitch was our sales rep and he never pressured us and spent time explaining the features in the car. We haven’t purchased our car from them yet, but I am sure it would be a similar experience.
This dealer is complete BS with a shady way of
showing up as a great deal on CarGurus. Selling
price plus 20% in hidden fees is a scam!
They are advertising a 2014 Acura for $10,991 but
their actual sell price is $12,744 not including any
taxes! One hidden fee is $995 for âdelivery
preparation.â

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and in no time Amy the sales associate came to meet me.
Amy was knowledgeable and very helpful, which made the whole process pleasant and smooth. She had the vehicle ready for me to test drive it.
Jason the financial officer was just as excellent. I purchased the vehicle and I’m very pleased.

Their vehicle was $4000 more that an exact model being shown and when I asked for
reason why, the gave me a list of things that they do for their customer, that is applicable
to almost every dealer selling cars. Didn't seem to anxious to be competitive with their
pricing. Must be nice during these times to not want to sell cars.

I was kindly welcomed by an Audi personnel at the time of my appointment. Jeff, Josh, Brian, all of them were very customer-oriented and Jeff
addressed all the questions I had. I went for the 2017 S7 (cool car) however felt into a 2019 S5 sportback after the test drive! Jeff made the
leasing process very smooth for the S5. I am glad that I got this car from Continental.

I drove 5 hours to view/purchase. My sales advisor stopped responding while trying to contact to see if vehicle was still available. Upon arrival everyone besides the supposedly clueless sales advisor was aware that the vehicle was actually sold. Only positive is that they offered me to view another car or an older version of the same model vehicle but, I would have to drive another 5 hours to view the other model because they were replacing the engine.

seems rather odd when a potential buyer has a

work with you if you wire transfer the funds to

Was willing to pay the full asking price for an M3 ($65k including taxes and fees). They tried to push me to finance through them a couple of times, I explained that I’m paying $25k cash and $40k finance with my bank @1.7%apr then they tell me they won’t except an out of state certified bank check only wire transfer. I email the finance manager (Jason) explaining that my bank would only send a check not a wire he emails me back saying the car is gone and then implies that I’m a liar and that “there’s no bank on the planet offering 1.7% apr”. I sent him a snapshot of my loan approval @ 1.7% and never heard back from him. A week later the car is still up for sale on their website and cargurus with a $400 price reduction. Very unhappy with my experience with this dealer.

A lot of inventory! Salesperson who contacted me was trying very hard to be helpful. The constant contact started to be annoying although the sales person was always upbeat.

The sales person was great and I enjoyed working with him, but the finance person was suppose to check on a warranty with the banks the next day. He stated he would call me back. Once I left that night I never heard from him again. I called, emailed, left voice message and he never called back. I feel that was terrible customer service. I don't recommend ever purchasing a vehicle from continental Audi.

The car was exactly what I saw in e pictures. They had raised the price on the car by $1000 but honored the price that I had seen. They worked to get me in the car at the payments I wanted. Overall good experience. Would of been 5 stars but I think I had to negotiate a little more than needed. I would go back for another vehicle for sure.

Pros: I ended up buying the car at a fair price. The salesman put in a
good effort to get me the info I needed up front before I made my first trip.
The test drive on their private track was fun. They cleaned up the car and
gave me a nice discount on the all weather floor mats.
Cons: I would rate them higher, but the whole process took MUCH longer
than it had to. My salesman was working 3 deals simultaneously while
three other salesmen were sitting around doing nothing. The sales
manager saw me sitting there for hours with barely any attention paid,
and didn't step in once to see if he could help. Finance guy kept
pressuring me to finance through them even though I told them I had my
own financing squared away. Then he tried to make me feel stupid about
the rate I got from my bank, saying he would've done much better. OK,
sure... If it weren't for the fact that they had the car I wanted, I would have
walked out the first day. 2 trips and 8 hours of my life later, I drove out
with the car I wanted.

The sales person told me that I will have a full tank of gas,when I took the
car I didn't look at the gas level, after about 3 miles my car stopped on 59
street with no gas a lot of people were screaming at me I had to call my
friend to bring some gas for me after 45 minutes, when I called the dealer
all what the said sorry come in and will fill up the tank for you
