Hidden cost not initially identified add to vehicle cost making it not as competitive. Dealership added $2000 of cost for “Dealer Prep” cost which all seem to be just a way to inflate the price.

The dealer had advertised the car at an attractive price, however once we test drove the car, they sent in the salesman to give us the final price. He explained that there was a mandatory dealer add-on for that vehicle (services like paint protection, theft assistance, etc) plus the usual tax and title fees, but all that added a whopping $6K to the advertised price. We walked out immediately.

When I spoke to the sales manager I was not happy with the excess fees and he was very belligerent....told me that he did not want to work with me... I really would have worked with them if they were in any way pleasant or had a reasonable excess fee above the cars purchase price

Phil was very helpful and communicative compared to others. Kathryn from Finance was helpful but they wouldn't budge on price. Unable to come to a deal on payments after submitting an application.

The management wants to rip off / suck the blood of the customers . Especially finance managers . Went it comes to finance . They get market APR from the banks the they jack up the APR up to 2% or more so they can make more money . If they want do this just say we are money hungry and just give the money . We will happily give them as a donation .

They did not honor the Car Gurus listed price, added over 1K to the base price when asked for a quote as well as over $1500 in unexplained accessory fees for a used car. No negotiations, just a lot of mark up. I would not recommend this dealer.

I’ve never had to call someone so many times to give them 50 thousand dollars. Spoke with a female that said she’s checking on a truck and she’d call me back, no call back, big surprise. Next 3 salesman never called me back. Finally got in touch with a manager and the car listed, that was listed for days after had been sold. This dealer plays so many games. Terrible customer service

Very poor service and untrained staff. Called ahead of time before and 154 mile trip to see a car that was promised to be ready but was out for repairs. No updates were provided. Reached out to GM who never even responded to emails. Great work Mazda Naples.

The vehicle was not ready for sale. They made the appointment for me to test drive it but when I got there they said the keys were with the bodyshop and could not be retrieved. The vehicle was in the process of being painted and was all taped up. Also, it was listed for $23k on Car Gurus and when we arrives, the price went to $31k with fees. They said they were selling tge vehicle for $26k plus fees, not not $23k. I showed them the ad online and then they said, ok, we will lower the price. Can you imagine the extra money I would have spent if I didn't catch that?!?! Also, I tried to pay them in cash and they said they would only sell it if I financed it. Be careful, folks. Pay attention to tge fees they are trying to add. 1 star. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Price listed at $21,450, went into dealership expecting numbers to be around $24k at most. They showed me $29,000 out the door price, then told me they can only go down to $26k. Then had the audacity to see if I could ask the bank for more money, or look at other options.

Price quoted was not the actual starting point. Add ons included Naples Advantage and maintenance work to rank the car as a CPO. This raised the starting price to over $30k. Also low balled my trade in.

Horrible experience. Communication at its lowest. You get bounced around from sales person to salesperson. Not once numbers discussed are same as advertised. Go elsewhere-alert real buyers( DO NOT BUY FROM NAPLES MAZDA) . Less than one star!!!

This car is actually over 34k. The first listed price was 23,860 then went to 25,860 the next morning and then to 34k when they finally got back to me. Not sure what kind of practice to call this, but you know! I DO NOT trust or recommend this dealership! I can include pics of all of the communications.

The staff was very helpful in the sale of the truck. We went back and forth but came up with a ok deal. The truck could have been cleaned better. Bird droppings all over. There were books and old magazines left behind the back seat. Also after spending close to 39k you would expect a full tank of gas not half a tank. I also got one working key. Ford said it will be $300+ for another one. Over all I got a good truck but I wouldn't buy from them again. It's the little things that count. To compete with other dealerships they have a lot to improve on.

The salesman seems like he didnt care whether or not i purchase the vehicle, while test driving it kept askimg questions about the car and he couldn't answer a single question , I really liked that car but I didnt get it because some noise it was making and the interaction with them salesman. I ended up driving to West Palm Beach and I got the same car over there for a best deal and with great service.

Just see John Lazor. Great guy and does what he says he will do. John answers all questions in a timely manner and went up and above for me by taking extra pictures, sending me a video before shipping it to Michigan to ease my mind that there wasn't any damage and had everything in the vehicle that was promised. I live in Michigan and he made the transaction go seemlessly. Kudos to the Patrick McLymont, the business manager, who just gets the paperwork details done. Very thorough. Highly recommended, no issues.

They called me but the follow was poor, they told me it sold, i inquired about a new cx-30, no one followed up with me. Since i dont need another car, only wanted one, i left the ball in their court.
