Working with this dealership was great and convenient. They got me an approval from the bank before I even came in. When I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was text drive the vehicle, sign my paperwork, give them my down payment, and I was ready to roll!

Failed to disclose cosmetics issues with vehicle even after placing a downpayment and reassurances by staff and management on cosmetics repairs been handled after 3 weeks wait time. Vehicle was place for sale again while awaiting repairs to be completed. After such deception was brought up to their attention, they proceeded to immediately refund downpayment with no further explanation or communication. Later on found out there is a long history of such tactics with this dealership.

Refreshing difference from your usual car company. Everything was on point and Frankie was phenomenal. He worked well into the evening, on his own, just to make sure he fulfilled his promise to call me back! I told him to stop working so hard, ha! Minus 5 zeros!! Agreed on price on Friday, booked a plane flight to pickup on Monday. Called me Saturday night at 8:30 to tell me the engine had a noise and couldn't sell me the car. 2021 with 25000 miles!! Would not refund my airfare. But wanted me to come anyway to sell me another car!! No opoligies or no call from my sales lady Stephanie!! Would never do buisness with them!!

There were pictures of everything EXCEPT the roof which was stated to have a Sunroof/moonroof. So of course I asked for pics of the roof. Guess what wasn’t there… another shocker. A car dealer listing options that the car doesn’t actually have to get people to come to the dealership. Thank God I didn’t buy and have shipped here. Wonder how often this happens. Hard to find a trustworthy dealer anymore.

Spoke to a salesman, I said I would purchase the Levante and that I’d like to put money down to reserve the car while I get the loan. I was approved for the loan. Called back the next day. They said the car was sold. They’re difficult to work with if you’re not financing through them or if you’re coming out of state to buy

I drove more than 45 minutes to see this Jaguar F-Type. The dealer did not disclose that the car is wrapped and the original color is black, not grey. Also, it is listed as accident free, but there is a noticeable outward dent at the bottom of the driver's door, big enough to put your fingers into the gap. The front fender and hood panels do not line up either, so the car has obviously been in some kind of collision. The CarFax report says no accidents, but this is so obvious, it should have been disclosed.

Sales team was all over the place - multiple people calling, texting, and emailing with a bit of a condescending attitude. Owner reached out and promised to send a pricing proposal to us for the vehicle - which we have still not received (close to two weeks since we’ve heard from them). Disappointing as all their advertising materials boast about how customer centric their service and sales process are designed to be—very different from our experience with them.

Experience was okay, but when I test drove the manual, they told me it was a brand new clutch, and then after the test go on to see I kept slipping the clutch and that’s why it smells like it’s burning, that clutch isn’t brand new and is burnt really bad. I don’t trust this dealer at all.

I told them I would be there first thing Friday morning,but when we arrived we learned the car was not there and so we had to wait for an hour or so.The staff was vary friendly and treated us vary well. After finally taking a test drive I was able to come to an agreement on the price difference for my trade and I bought the car.I feel they gave me a more than fair deal and we left there vary happy.My only complaint was it seems to take a long time to buy a car now days.

This is not a typical dealer, they buy and sell cars from dealers and auctions and offer great deals on their cars. The lot manager is a very brutally honest guy who does not act like your typical salesperson. I would shop with them again

A really positive experience. There was no pressure or gimmicks that you may have gone through with other dealers. AL ,Jessica, anc Gary were professional and fun to work with. Fast, easy,and fair, best sums it up.
