We take pride in offering fair, transparent service and treating all our customers with respect. However, in this case, we feel compelled to address misleading statements and inappropriate conduct related to the recent sale of a 2011 Porsche Panamera with approximately 140,000 miles.

The buyer purchased the vehicle the same day he viewed it, after negotiating the price down to a level he felt comfortable with. We take pride in offering fair, transparent service and treating all our customers with respect. However, in this case, we feel compelled to address misleading statements and inappropriate conduct related to the recent sale of a 2011 Porsche Panamera with approximately 140,000 miles.

The buyer purchased the vehicle the same day he viewed it, after negotiating the price down to a level he felt comfortable with. It’s important to note that this is a 14-year-old used vehicle with high mileage, and it was sold as-is, consistent with industry standards for vehicles of this age and condition.

Within a few days of purchase, the customer returned with a list of cosmetic and mechanical concerns. As a courtesy- not obligation!! we addressed several items, including:

Replacing a rearview mirror

Installing two new front headlights, even though only one had gone out after the sale

Replacing missing interior buttons

Despite these good-faith efforts, the customer returned three weeks later with a new, extended list of demands, most of which fall well outside the scope of a used car transaction of this nature.

While we attempted to accommodate him as best we could, the situation escalated when the customer verbally abused our staff, including using derogatory and inappropriate language over a TPMS warning light, which we had already explained would reset after normal driving.

This kind of disrespectful and threatening behavior is unacceptable, and as a result, we have made the decision to permanently ban him from our premises. We will not engage further, regardless of any threats or attempts to defame our business online.

We welcome constructive feedback- but not intimidation or harassment. And if the customer truly believes in the story he’s telling publicly, we encourage him to share the full, unedited video of his interaction at our store; which we sent him directly.

Our focus will remain on serving respectful customers and standing behind the reasonable commitments we make-not unreasonable demands made weeks after a negotiated sale.
