I went here to buy the above car- my salesman Andrew was absolutely amazing! From the jump he told me not to buy the car because they were selling it for parts and he wouldn’t feel comfortable selling the truck.
I went to MANY dealerships this year, and dealt with the worst customer experience ever! They were advertising a vehicle for $18,650, and after speaking with multiple people—and just before I was about to put
down a payment—I was assured that this was the correct price. However, when I asked if the price was negotiable, I was
transferred to a sales representative. Then, on August 5th, 2025, at 10:04 AM Alaska time, I received a call informing me
that the actual price was over $23,000—an increase of $4,500.
At no point was this higher price disclosed during any of my calls with their service team, on their website, or on the site
where I originally found the listing (CarGurus.com). In fact, nowhere on the website did it list or explain any additional fees
—only that the vehicle “had fees,” without specifying what they were or how much they would cost.
I have taken screenshots and recorded video evidence of the original listing, along with documentation of the
communication. The price hike was only revealed after I asked about negotiating—and just as I was preparing to fly

Drove up, visited dealer and car. Asked to take it out on the road with the Salesperson. Was informed that I needed to make an offer. I did. Was not sufficient or acceptable enough to allow for a test drive outside the parking lot (could not get beyond 2nd gear).

Just financed my first car with Bruno! Process was so fast and smooth! I definitely recommend Bruno!
First and foremost, be aware that all their cars come with a mandatory prep fee of $4,000. That’s why the car you’re eyeing seems like such a “good deal.” They can call it whatever they want, but let’s be honest—this kind of practice is shady no matter where you go.
I drove all the way from Massachusetts to look at a car, aware of their questionable prep fee. Despite this, the deal still worked for me. Since I have some negative equity, I was asked to put money down to offset it, and I complied. I paid the money, had my credit pulled, and the car was being prepped. My insurance agent was even in the process of switching the policy to cover the new car. Then, out of nowhere, their so-called “A1” mechanic magically discovered several stored codes. And guess what? They wanted me to pay an additional $2,000 to offset that issue.
My car is still under mfg warranty. Which they were not aware of. I told them that and they said to get it “fixed” and come back…yeah suuure. Stay away IMO

I saw the SUV the day before I was going to purchase it and it had no check
engine light on. I came the next day to purchase the SUV and the check engine
light was ON. Fishy...I didn't purchase the vehicle, and they did but reluctantly
retuned my money back to 48 hrs later electronically.

The car was unclean on the outside and inside with old glitter all over the floor. There was some type of USB device from the previous owner still in one of the USB ports. The car clearly had damage on it that was not in the pictures despite being relatively high quality pictures. To top it off the sales person said there are no test drives on the road, only in the parking lot. That is absolutely ridiculous idk how they expect to sell any cars this way.
They also wanted to charge $3000 for a dealer prep fee which is basically just cleaning the car and a mediocre inspection which they "have to do to give the car a 30 day warranty" as if a 30 day warranty is off any use anyway.
The worst dealer I have ever been to and would not recommend to anyone

If I could rate them a zero I would. Came all the way from Philadelphia and the salesman was very inconsiderate. He was rushing me and was acting like he didn’t want my business. He didn’t want me to test drive the car at all before purchasing. That right there was a big time red flag. Once I got in the car with the salesman he informed me I couldn’t take the car off the lot to test drive it. Had me test drive the car in the companies parking lot which was entirely too small. I don’t know how they do business but where I’m from that’s a big time no no. Would never recommend this place!!! Waste of time!!!
These guys are crooks !! They said my credit score was lower than it actually was they never told me the price out the door that was a big secret they were charging me 800 plus a month when car gurus rate was 480-500 for 60 months they should be audited and fined because I know it’s not just me horrible service just a clown show with a clown salesman

I did not like the bogus prep fees that increased the price of the vehicle. The car had been sitting so long that the battery had to be charged and that wasn’t a good sign for me.
Dealer played games about the unlisted price of a vehicle they had for sale. First off, the "call for price" nonsense
needs to stop, just list the price, there's no reason in this day and age to hide it, unless of course it's a rip off. After a
few days of waiting, I was told "they're working on a price" for that particular vehicle. Working on a price? This dealer
had it listed on multiple websites for over a week, that's really an unacceptable response in this day and age. Then
another sales consultant contacted me and told me its a website error, but STILL didn't tell me the price. Finally after
a third back and fourth they finally told me the price, which was way above book. Waste of time, played games, don't
recommend.
OTD sale price considerably more than advertised. I asked for a breakdown or information as to what this price
entailed and was told to leave a security deposit and then I will be able to see the breakdown. Keep in mind I
am purchasing out of state. I have previously purchased 3 vehicles out of state before without this type of
nonsense.
Buyer beware.
They change the price of cars by thousands of dollars every other day. One day it’s 15000 the next day it’s 18000. I don’t know where else they do this.

Currently due to the pandemic the supply for used vehicle inventory has been scarce, however the demand is high, therefore driving all used vehicles prices to a higher than usual costs. The vehicle I was interested in was overpriced and they wanted 1900.00 in dealer "fees" in addition to the vehicle price. Salesman was cocky at times with his answers to my questions and there was nowhere to really test drive the vehicle except there small parking lot. Exit interview sales person was kind and nice he tried to help me with financing but there bank also wanted too much down and I had good credit with approved financing with my own bank. Use CAUTION with this dealership if you have to visit there.

STAY AWAY! Worst experience.. Car was listed as $5,999 went to the dealer with cash and they came back and added some auction fees, etching fees and document fees which came up to $3,000 extra and therefore, made the car go up to almost 10k. You can't test drive the car in the small parking lot. They will rob you if you don't ask questions.. I don't recommend anyone to this low budget and scammer dealership.

Not the worst but certainly not the best. Some of the staff are really friendly and accommodating while others are rude.
The biggest let down of this place is you are not allowed to take the car on a real test drive. Their version of a test drive is in a back corner of their parking lot where you can barely get the car our of 2nd or 3rd gear. For this reason, even tho I was in love with the car I saw, out of principle I didnt not get it bc I don't know how it truly drives.

Was emailing back and forth about a test drive and what I needed for trade in. Sales person
was very slow to respond to my emails. I was never asked for a deposit even though I wanted
all the information so I could do the deal. I didn't hear anything back and was told someone
else put a deposit on the car and bought it. I feel like I wasted my time with this sales person. I
could have easily put a deposit if I was asked as I was trying to get all info and paperwork info
from the sales person for my trade and financing.

Dealership was awful, talked on the phone and text telling them our budget and they said no problem. Drove 90 minutes to get there. Filled out all the paperwork and could only test drive in there parking lot. From minute one told the salesperson this Is what i am looking for as a monthly payment and he told me repeatedly no problem he can get me that. Did not find out the true monthly payment until right before I was asked to sign the contract and was told the payment was more than doubled what I was told. When I said something to the finance person they said the salesperson never relayed the information to them. If I would have accepted the terms I would have paid a total including interest and down payment over 17k for a 9k priced vehicle. When I told them that was ridiculous to expect anyone to pay that and bait and switch me on the monthly payments they got aggravated with me. Never ever would I return or recommend them to anyone.

While I didn't end up buying the vehicle, the dealer was quick to respond as well as friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was as described. They didn't not try to pressure me into a sale that day. I would recommend them to a friend.

Called and was told the vehicle would be there for us to view after 3pm (after work). Lo and behold, was informed the vehicle had been sold upon arrival! Waste of time and expensive gas!!!

The nature of our business doesn't allow us to hold cars for any particular person unless a deposit of $500 is left, which would put a 48 hour reserve on a car. If there is any other vehicle you can find in our inventory I would do my best to make it up to you in some form of a discount or other compensation.

Cant seem to get a handle on this dealer. Is Auto Auction there name, or are they really associated with the auction? The car I was looking at seemed like it was priced higher than the market, and their dealer fees seemed even higher. However, they did make numerous attempts to contact me.
