I talked to a sales person at Lakeshore Subaru, & made them an offer on a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 Premium. They ran my credit report & then didn't even bother to contact me. I'm very disappointed with this dealership & would not recommend them at all.

Pretty good deal on a local trade in. Sales guy was great! Not pushy and very helpful. Unfortunately knocking off 2 stars as the detail crew damaged my window tint when removing the window sticker.

Had an appointment, but the person my appointment was with (Shadric) asked me to text the morning of my appointment to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I did, no response. Showed up anyway, Andrew seemed kind of disinterested in helping me from the start, but whatever. They were nice enough to put the vehicle on a lift for us so we could check underneath, which is the only reason for my second star. I liked the vehicle, but Andrew was offended by my (first!) offer and was unwilling to negotiate the price of the vehicle whatsoever. He even flat out ARGUED with me about the fact that the car was listed above blue book value, which I was looking at. With the VIN. On my phone. While he was arguing. Was ready to buy a vehicle with cash same day (for more than my first offer ) but his attitude and demeanor, along with the fact that Shadric never bothered to contact me back, were a huge turnoff. Will be buying my Subaru elsewhere.

This dealer contacted me, but then sold the vehicle, which whatever. However the next day they emailed me to reschedule an appointment then ignored my next vehicle inquiry.Furthermore they immediately answered my fiance about the same car withing minites. We will not work with them. Very poor. Since i must give a star just know they do not deserve it.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately all vehicles on our lot are for sale and can be purchased at any time. Our salespeople often work weekends so their schedules can be different from most. If you happen to send an email or an inquiry when your salesperson is off for the day it might take 24-48 hours for them to respond. Other inquireies that come in on that saleperson's day off typically are assigned to someone scheduled to be working that day. This does lead to some inquiries being responded to faster than others. We do apologize if you felt in anyway ignored.
