Never followed up or communicated. Kept responding “thank you for your patience.” Ended up going to another dealership.
I just checked to see if they still had the vehicle. I really live too far away (Charleston WV area) to
even come out and buy this truck. I know they have vehicle delivery, $166 , I want to see the
vehicle myself in person. The person who responded was very nice and very up front about the
truck meaning" the truck ran good, but was very rusty.

Test drove a couple of vehicles there. Dealer was helpful, informative and didn’t feel any sales pressure to buy.

The salesman was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The location was only 12 miles from my home.
The Dealer knew the transmission was in need of service/repair and did not disclose this to me until after I
drove 2 hours to give the vehicle a test drive. After that test drive I confronted the salesman about what I
observed during the 2 mile test drive. He acknowledged that there was something wrong in the drivetrain and
gave the impression he would not drop the price because of the issue.

Dealer told me there was nothing wrong with the car. The pictures were not accurate when I got there after driving 2 hours. Seats were disgusting and the console was completely destroyed.

I did not buy the car I inquired about but the owner was totally upfront
about the history of the car with me and the work they did to it.

Chris contacted me right away and answered all my questions and some I didn't ask. I wanted this truck but got a deal from a family friend on their truck before they move. I will consider this dealership in the future.
