AVOID, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to contact them about a vehicle, got a response from two different people with nothing more than a generic pre-canned greeting. I asked specific questions (I live 4 hrs from there, needed to know if it was worth the drive to see it in person) and got no response from either of them. Kylyend and Vanessa were the employees who did not respond. They signed me up to receive junk email from their dealership but I never got my answers. I then forwarded both responses with an explanation of my frustration to their Internet manager (Ms Thibodeaux, I copied and pasted her email from their website so I know it was sent to the correct address) and I have still yet to hear back several days later. Don’t waste your time with this company who places zero value on potential customers. If the car was what I was looking for, they missed out on a cash deal. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Overall great experience. Shannon was very attentive and helpful. In and out the door with a new truck in under two hours. Would highly recommend.

Drove a hour and a half to go see it. They were doing inspection on it and they jumped the price of 10 grand on it overall expense very bad would not recommend this dealership for nothing.

They responded promptly. The salesman claimed to be real busy, but not when I stopped by to
look at the vehicle unannounced. Made an offer on the vehicle and waited almost 24 hours to
present to manager because "he was with a customer". Counter offer for TTL was accepted.
Salesman then stated there is an additional, non-negotiable "Dealer Service Fee" of $585. I
then asked for him to give me $585 more on my trade and he said that he couldn't. SO I said
the deal is off!
