Great. D. Jones was good at his job but not pushy. We liked that! He got the previous owners contact information to us like we asked for. Easy experience and the car was just as advertised. Happy customer!

They eventually got back to me, but the vehicle was sold. I am not even sure if the vehicle was still around when I saw the cargurus listing (i.e., I am not sure how fast they took it down). Their e-mail to me was very pleasant.

My wife and I purchased this 2010 Mercury on Friday.We dealt with Doug Jones and Mike Spangler. The car was nicer than we expected and they worked with us on the price to give us a great deal and trade in price for our Taurus.We drove our new car home that afternoon.Overall we were treated very nice and felt very comfortable with the whole transaction.We drove almost 2 hours to get here and would not hesitate to do it again.
