The initial contact was spot on and very cordial and professional. We were awaiting an agent to give us the details of the vehicle since we had already been working with a bank for pre-approval. No agent got back with us or called us or emailed us. Next thing we notice on CarGurus is that the vehicle had already sold. We would have appreciated someone telling us instead of waiting for an agent.

I want to say I read all the reviews before I called this dealer. I new not to speak with Lamont.
So, I called and they transferred me to Lamont. I asked if the car I was looking at online was
available. He told me he would check and call me back in 5-10 minutes. Needless to say he
never called. I waited over an hour. So, I called back and asked to speak with any sales other
than Lamont. Robert Tate answered my call. He went above and beyond answering all my
questions about the car. Sent me all the pictures I asked for. I can't say enough good things
about Robert!!! Thank you so much for all your help!

This place is a joke.. I called about a vehicle. Asked them to reduce the price. I spoke with two salesmen over the phone. One was name Lamont the other I don’t remember but he was a (brother).. They both had the same response in which the vehicle was on hot right now and everyone is calling from all over the world about this vehicle..Their boss wouldn’t reduce the price.. So I called back and said you know what Send me the vehicle, I’m paying cash I’ll overnight you a check..(did I mention this hot vehicle is a 2009) They ok, but I’m out of the office right now.When I get back I’ll draw up the paper work..Guess what Lamont, You never got back with me..( I guess you thought I was a joke).. So you know what I did? I packed my family up @ 6am & drove 4hrs from Georgia to Alabama.. Jordan showed me the truck it was leaking water in the inside, a puddle of water was on the floor, headlight was out..I said knock off the dock fee & repair the issues.($680fee) The sales manger said no.

Was very disappointed in the communication that Robert Hart had with me. Disrespectful and with attitude, even though they don’t wanna accept my offer don’t insult me, that’s not the way to deal with potential clients. Been trying to get a hold of anyone there for the last couple of days. The guy I spoke with was kinda arrogant (and that's being POLITE.. the car was advertised as 6999 . They wanted me to pay almost 8,000 I tried to negotiate and agreed price but they weren't willing to negotiate and I was gonna pay CASH ! He tried to pressure me saying so many was looking at the vehicle .. But I see its STILL ON THE LOT .. So much for THAT TACTIC ...Lol

Jimmy and his sales team did a fantastic job, presenting the vehicle on a rainy day under the cover of the
building canopy. Lamont explained the vehicles features and history very well. Super clean SUV. Having owned
4 different 4x4 Toyota trucks I knew at first sight, this was for me. We worked together on a deal and two days
later it was mine. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for something new or used. Great

Young people, be very careful about going in here by yourself to look at a car. Do not by any means put a down on a car because you will not get it back regardless if the car turns out to not be able to be sold in the condition that you put the down payment in. They will refer back to the nonrefundable paperwork you signed regardless of the situation that they put you in with the car. Decent service overall as far as dealerships go though, I must say.

I went to Classic to look at a used F-150 and ended up buying a new Sierra AT4. I worked with Matt Damron who was extremely knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. He got me a fair price on my trade in and the new Sierra. I enjoyed my experience there and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

The salesman was great, to much pressure from the general manager and finance manger regarding extended warranty. I had to what 3 hours with cashier check in hand to close on truck. They were unhappy I did not finance with one of there lenders. Won’t ever go back!

Cedrick at Classic Buick GMC was great; however that was not the vehicle for me.
I wasted over three hours traveling to
their dealership to purchase a vehicle
that was filthy when I got there. It was
offered as a CPO but it was not
anywhere near what I expected. In my
estimation it was not CPO quality. There
are other things o discovered about the
vehicle that I can't publish in this
review...let's just say I would never
consider dealing with Classic Cadillac in
the future!!

I live in Birmingham so we agreed on price and I sent my loan
paper word down before I went to look at the truck so all we had to
do was sign the papers if the truck was what looked like on paper.
They called the next day and said they could not deal with my
financing company. When I spoke with my financing company
they informed me that the dealership never even spoke with them.
I have found that although having your own financing gives you
freedom to choose, most dealers don't like it because they make
no money off the loans. Poor business practice, I did however find
an excellent dealership In Wetumpka. Riverside Chevrolet and my
salesperson Pat, worked with me on a couple of vehicles and went
the extra mile. I would give them 6 stars! If you want honesty with
no games give him a call.
