Awesome
My sales consultant was very nice and was able to answer pretty much all my questions. But after signing the papers and waiting a fairly long period my “detailed” car was filthy on the inside. Old French fry, a spill on the seat, an old smashed M&M, white spills on the center console and the rear cup holders still had like crumbs and sticky stuff in them, not to mention the center plastic siding was misaligned and the window screen was broken on one side. The dash I cleaned with a cloth the next day, and black dust and debris came off it. The rest of the cleaning issue I was able to do in about 10 mins, so not sure what they were doing back there with the car. I’d never go back.

The 2016 camry was sold before I got too see it, but I did look at a 2014 model while I was there, I'm still undecided.
The salesman with whom I was corresponding was very inconsistent with information. I was in the process of putting a down payment to hold this car as our schedules we’re not coinciding with one another. Despite a scheduled phone call to initiate the transaction, he never followed through and the car was sold out from under me. Horrible communication!
Awful customer service! if I could write them a zero I would!!

Quick response and follow up.
I contacted this dealer via email and my msg was promptly returned. I had to drive 4 hours to Muller Dealership. My salesman David was very detailed and even sent me pictures of slight blemishes on the car I was interested in. The car was ready for me when we arrived. After a look and a test drive the deal was wrapped up quickly so we could be on our way. Very positive experience all around.

Very helpful and I liked that the sales rep took my number so he could call me if the suv sold before I got a chance to drive 50 miles for nothing which did happen and I didn’t have to make a useless trip. Thanks for you professional approach.

I do NOT like going to dealerships but I will say that I had a good experience. I did not get the high pressure sales that everyone hates. David was the salesman that I worked with and I have not had a better experience. He was willing to listen and not just cram cars down your throat. They worked with me and I am happy with my new (to me) car. I would recommend them to anyone looking in their area.

Great Experience from the Online sales, salesman, sales manager all the way to finance department. Really friendly
Good experience but dealing with the dealer is still super labor intensive - multiple people with multiple roles, long process. Could not finalize on a price until financing lined up despite having my own financing already. Difficult to understand optional warranties. I expect Muller is as good if not better than many - but buying a car is a frustratingly slow process.

I would have bought this vehicle from Muller Subaru, but had a misunderstanding about leaving a deposit. The car sold the night before I
would have taken for mechanical inspection. I did look at a few vehicles, but none was what I really wanted. The sales team was extremely
patient and polite. The answered all my questions, agreed to my conditions and restrictions, gave me a finally "ball park" figure. I was poised
to purchase this vehicle, and it was only the second one I looked at.

Everyone we dealt at with Muller VW was exceptional. From the first contact

Purchased a jetta tdi from them, fair price, easy, low pressure, drove 4 hours to purchase the car. Had everythung ready when i arrived, car had a small scuff and they got it into the shop and fixed it before i finished the paper work. Randy was great to work with.

Dealer responded multiple times via email, text and phone the same day of inquiry. Very helpful and courteous staff. Purchase process was fast and respectful of customer time. Salesman picked me up from the train station as I was from the city. Downsides were a little too much pressure for the extended warranty and they did not touch up the few car dings that I requested and they agreed to. Somewhat disappointing.

Dealer flat out lied about condition of car. I asked about specific items,
was told by email one thing, drive 600 miles to see the car, get there and
see something different. Managers wouldn't speak with us, and the
employees deflected blame onto each other. I wouldn't trust them with my
garbage can, much less my Subaru.
