Very courteous. I only gave 4 stars because I had scheduled a test drive and was going to rent a car to drive there (I'm about 400 miles away). It's good I called them shortly before I was due to pick up my rental car because they were doing additional service to the car I wanted to look at and I had to cancel my test drive for now. I hope that they will follow up with me when they have the service done cause I'd really like to see this car up close and in person.

These people are impossible to work with!!! They have poor communication skills; they will only talk via phone and are unwilling to give the information you ask for. All they want to do is schedule a test drive, even before they give a price on the truck!!

Car I requested to see was not available due to failing an inspection. But they still had me sit there 1:30 hr before trying to show me a car $4,000 more than I told them I was interested in. They even tried to show this other cat without telling me the price difference or that the car I wished to see was not available.

One of the best experiences I’ve had, while purchasing a car! Stephen Meneely was amazing! He was very helpful, he did everything I asked him to do!! I actually traveled, from South Carolina to Tennessee just to buy from them! Stephen was very honest, and up front with me from the beginning! Once I arrived Stephen had an emergency but he informed me immediately that Derek Honeycutt was going to be helping me finish up the purchase. I got to the dealership and Derek was very helpful. Everything went very smooth and I was very happy and completely satisfied with my whole experience!!! I would Recommend anyone to buy from this dealership!!!! Thank you Stephen and Derek!!!! I LOVE MY JEEP

Terrible experience with this dealership! I live ~1.5 hours away from dealership. I made an appointment to verify the car was still available before I left home. The car was being sold to someone else when I arrived to check in for my appointment!!

Vehicle I was interested in was sold 3 days before my appointment to see the and they never notified me. I called Brian and canceled appointment after cargurus notified me of sale. I almost made a trip for nothing. Not very professional.

The car I contracted them about had sold already. Sara, a relatively new salesperson at the dealership, asked me some questions and had me test drive a couple other cars, none in which I was interested. She was sweet, personable and pleasant to work with. The senior sales person working with her seemed to try to steer me toward a lower trim model than I was interested in, which bothered me, and they would never quote me any firm prices, either for the cars I was looking at or for my trade-in. Their receptionist followed up a couple more times over the week via phone and email, but I ultimately found a car at another dealership.

Great experience with the folks at Mountain View Nissan! Very quick response and very good and personable sales team, Jake Cushman made the whole process easy and i was in to test drive and bought the car all in under a couple of hours. I would go to them again if i ever need another car in the future.

They kept me waiting on a test drive I had an appointment for. The van had trash in it. When I tried to start it, it wouldn't turn on! What a waste of time! I did not feel respected at this place.

Drove 4 hours to test drive & purchase a car. Only offered me $10,000 on a 3 year old car, loaded, no accident, immaculate and 22,000 miles. They wouldn't negotiate and were rude. I had to drive 4 hours back after that. Terrible dealer.

Dwaler responded. Sent me an email with guru listing price of $14000. I requested " out the door" price, sales rep called back with $15599 quote. They RAISED the price $1000, then wanted $598 doc fee!! This is not a dealership that I would trust, therefore, they did NOT get my business.

Sales experience and purchasing process went well. When I arrived to pick up the 2013 Titan I purchased I was only given 1 key and not remote. Salesman said that’s all the came with it. After spending over $24,000 for a truck I now 1 key and have to go buy a spare key and remote. They wanted another $350 for a key and remote for a vehicle I just purchased! When we asked the salesman if he could help us out, he said “ I’ve already lost money on this truck” and offered no help and sat back in his cubicle. Will be going to another Nissan dealership and giving them my $350 for a spare key.
