Had an appointment on Friday to drive alnost 100 miles from our home to Upland to buy the vehicle. Took the day off from work to do so. Was told Friday morning that the vehicle would be ready when we got there. About 20 miles from the dealership I got multiple messages that the vehicle would not be available until Monday. Pulled off to call and was informed that the dealership owner used took the vehicle for personal use. Specifically for a weekend excursion to Newport Beach. Was called by an apologetic manager and told he would make a deal to make it right for wasting my time. It's now Sunday and have received no offers from this dealership. Lost day of work. Wasted say. About 150 miles round-trip in Los Angeles traffic. Not happy at all !!!!

Jesse responded with first rmessage about my interest on this truck. However when I answer it back. He never followed up and I didn't hear back from him.
Then Sandra called me on the phone. I was at work. I answer and told her I was going to call her back in few minutes as I was bussy at the time. When I called her back. I was directed to her voice mail and I left a message. She never called me back. I thing they are very busy selling to many cars.

ITS AN ABSOLUTE NO FOR ME!!!!! Went thru the entire buying process, they ran my credit, gave me a hard inquiry, told me they accepted my deal. I let them know BEFORE ANYTHING SAID……. I can’t make it into the dealership and if they can’t ship it I don’t want it. They said none of that was an issues financing management approved it. ALL FOR THEM TO TEXT ME THEY TURN AROUND AND SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. I also told them I could put the money down to lock in the car with me and they wanted to wait.

I inquired to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available via email and received a response within 5 mins. The dealers list price was higher that the price listed on CarGurus. After a brief discussion they honored the lower price. The vehicle was very clean and drove well. I came in pre-approved and they were able to beat my low interest rate. The staff was polite and the process was quick. They dealer has a wide variety of vehicles, I’d recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The lady internet manager I was communicating through email was helpful and responsive to my questions. I would have probably buy the vehicle if they accepted my offer or at least meet me halfway but the internet manager said her boss is not willing to sell the vehicle less than what is advertised. I guess take it or leave it is the new norm now.

Poor costumer service. Dramatic price
increase from cargurus advertised price. The
agent that helped me at the dealer was not
the same as the one I was dealing with on
line. When he showed me around, I felt as if
he didn’t really want to do so. He didn’t
open any of the trucks up for me to check

I came into this Chevrolet dealership today in hopes of purchasing a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado that was listed at $33,481. I drove 52 miles from my home and waited 5 hours for everything to go through. When I arrived the truck was there with the price of $33,481. After being approved for the truck and having my credit checked the manager comes back out and tells me that he can't sell me the truck because of the accessories on the truck. This was obviously a bait truck because he then tells me that for the price I was approved for, he can sell me a basic model Silverado without the accessories. I am absolutely upset with this. Stay away from this dealership.

Scam is the word I think of when I see or hear of Mountain View Chevrolet

They had a car for under $11,000 the when I email them the car price is no
about $15,000

Great customer care
Adam, dealership salesman, was awesome! Very personable and
courteous. They called me soon after I put in a request to speak with
someone at the dealership through CarGurus.com. We made
arrangements to see the car that evening and I drove home pleasantly
satisfied, after a very seamless purchase process at Mountain View
Chevrolet, in my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT1!!! About a week later, Adam
reached back out to me just to say hi and check in with me. I am super
impressed by their total service and will absolutely drive 55 miles one
way from my home city to Upland just to have the same awesome car
purchase experience with Mountain View Chevrolet in the future!

The CarGurus ad had no color specified but a white 4runner was shown. I asked the color of the car and they said black. I asked why they didn't have that in the ad since other reviews noted bait and switch at this dealer. They said they didn't have time! 3 days latter still no color for exterior or interior. The black is not as popular a color as white, so showing the white 4runner was a good way to get more traffic. I didn't do business with them because I lost confidence.

After I got home there was some many little thing that we could not see at the time of purchase that was wrong with the car. The sales person was the really only friendly person no one really says anything to you.
