My sales associate was great and very transparent with everything. He is a younger gentleman and was very upfront. A few times he may not have been given good information from others, from management, mentors, or peers which lead to inconsistency. This was an attempt to purchase a used car and not the brand on the building. I was attempting to buy this car over the course of three days and was expecting information from management which never came. All in all it worked out and got a car in a different location, and this may have been a 1 off. But if you want an honest person talk one of the younger sales staff he is people oriented and not looking to just make money, he made the process easier and wanted to help but we did find the bottleneck early on which then lead to me stopping the deal and going elsewhere.

They were great, I was scheduled to go see a car there, but found something else closer to me with less miles and cheaper. They were great, very friendly and responsive when keeping up in touch.
