Was told for two days I would receive a call to speak about vehicle. Two days in a row I was stood up. Very poor communication and unable to keep appointments.

Faizal dude was rude af. I received multiple communications through email, text and phone calls. I explicitly asked for text communication since I have work calls often. When I mentioned pricing, my guy acted like I had a beef and told me, ..."send me a link for a lower price than my Model X". So I did. Even if they did have the best price and best condition vehicle, I would not stoop to this subpar service. I went elsewhere for my vehicle.

Good goo good
Despite telling the salesman I'd already been pre approved and did not need to fill out another credit application, I was required to do so. I wasn’t allowed the opportunity to mention that I have a paid off trade in as well as a down payment. The monthly payment I was quoted from this dealership was well over double what I was pre approved/quoted from car guru. They also state that delivery is not included in the asking price

Very friendly staff overall. Good selection of high end cars in great condition. We negotiated a fair price. However, I didn't move forward with the purchase because they insisted that I was required to purchase a service agreement for an additional $1,400. The car was late model, low mileage and already had 4 years remaining on the manufacturer's warranty. When I refused to purchase the unnecessary additional warranty they refused to honor the negotiated price of the car. This raised alarm bells regarding honesty and trustworthiness, so I walked away.

They have made great attempts in communications I just didn't realize how far away it was.
I had an outstanding experience at Motorpoint Roswell from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They did everything possible to ensure I had a great buying experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Really bad communication think they’re slick like any other place, didn’t “hear me out “ like they said they would left hard inquiry ended up with nothing but a choice of large monthly payment and high interest rates for a “cheaper car”

I purchased a Tesla from them. Advised the dealer that the brakes were bad because I could hear them scrapping. They told me it was just the sound because it hadn’t been driven in a while. When I left I took it to my mechanic who said the vehicle needed brakes and rotors. A few days later they finally fixed it. There was also a sound with the speakers I asked them to look at but they never did.
Despite my deciding to postpone my purchase of a used car, I have all good things to say about Motorpoint Roswell. They were quick to respond to my online inquiry and were professionally diligent in making contact with me. When I was able to take their call and explain my decision, they were respectful of it and have not continued to try persuading me otherwise. That goes along way with me and because of that and when I am once again in the used car market, they will be the very first place I check to see if they have a car that matches what I am searching for. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know of a dealer that has a great selection of cars that are priced right and will conduct business professionally.

The staff showed signs of prejudice. When we came to the dealership no one greeted us. We had to go into the office to get service. While there another young lady of a different race came to the dealership and they walked outside to greet her. We drove 3 and half hours me and my wife and expected better customer service. Please do better.

I really wanted that Jetta. You guys called me 3 times the day before I came out there, encouraging a test drive. I asked about the pending sale and counter offered more than the asking price. You said there was a deposit on it but I can still test drive. I came out the next day, before the impending sale, which you guys encouraged via telephone. No test drive No follow call the Saturday, the day of the impending sale. That was a waste of my day, which actually lead me to finding another VW I found and purchased on the spot. Thanks again!!

I spoke with the dealer and was told I could test drive the car and if satisfactory I would buy it. I spoke with the
agent Friday late afternoon. She gave me an appointment first thing Monday morning. I drove the hour trip and
beat the agent there. When she arrived, I went inside. I was told they sold the car Saturday. I never got a call.
My two-hour round trip was because she could not call and tell me the car was sold and I needn't come.
Also, it is a tiny lot packed with cars and no customer parking not even on the nearby streets!
Purchased this vehicle, great communication, super helpful. Actually flew to Atlanta and drove the car back to Michigan. He offered to ship the car, unseen, but for me I needed to see it before committing that amount of money. Worked out very well, next car, I'll just buy and have him ship!

The are selling a 2020 tesla with a title that is stamped Lemon Law. They have any information about what is wrong with the car. Also they don't know if Tesla will honor any part of the warranty like the battery. But the told me I should buy a extend warrant for 5K. They are asking 90k for the car. The real value is really alot less considering the lemon title that devalues the worth of the car and not being able to disclose the issues of the car. I tried calling Tesla and all I got was a run around for 2 hours of wasted time. Yes there is a demand for E cars but inform the consumer! Don't try to sell someone gold when all the have is dust. I asked to speak to the owner of this establishment but he is never around. Poor customer service! If you wish to discuss this matter any further you have my number!

We bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at a great price (approximately $7,000 under
every other Jeep in the area of similar make, model and mileage). Shawn Musani is NOT
your typical sleight of mouth type high pressure salesman, he was direct and I personally
believe got us the best deal he could which was better than the deal we got 3 years ago
purchasing a car at the same price from another dealership. It was a pleasurable car

I usually don’t write reviews, but today I had an appointment to see a Mercedes CLA. They told me it was stocked. I drove 2 hours, when I got there no body assistant me. Everyone looked confused. I asked for the sellers name and he was no where to be found. I expected for someone to help me out while my seller was busy. Eventually they got someone to assist me after a couple minutes. He said to me that the car was already sold. WASTE OF MY TIME. BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ.

I alerted the representative of this but this person insisted that it was the same van. True it was white true but different rims, different emblems ect. Kind of weird.... Just saying

Mr. Merchant responded to our interest in the car immediately. Hwent out of his way to arrange a meeting out of his normal business hours so that my son and i could take a look at and drive the car seen online. It was everything we wanted. He went the extra mile to detail it, replaced the front tires and offered extra incentives. Hes a straight up man offering great deals and honesty. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

He is approachable even though I was in Australia when I sent him mail regarding Honda CRV and he quickly responded on my all queries.

The service was awesome I was able to buy my wife the car she wanted within our budget Norris work with us and even had the car detailed,checked out by Toyota and the emissions done .The service was so great I will recommend this to anyone and will use him again.Tottally awesome
