Arrived with an appointment to see vehicle. Salesperson was polite but clearly overwhelmed and working on 4 or 5 things at once. Dealer refused to allow us to take it to a local shop to get a pre purchase evaluation. Said they would have to go with us and were too busy to do it today. So we walked away. I guess they have too much business.

Took forever to respond ( I had to call and email over 5 times) and w shown on line is not the actual price. Very misleading , brings into question anything else they claim about their services.

Shawnn was very people friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying. He helped with my insurance co. in getting insurance for my new vehicle. He went above and beyond in seeing i was taking well care for during my visit. He even bought me lunch. I will recommend him and MotorWorld to all my friends and family looking for a new vehicle. It was a great and pleasurable place to come for a car. I will be back next time i need a car. Thankyou DJD

I had a great experience with Motor World. I purchased a 2023 GX460 in November 2024. It was exactly as described and they made the sale as easy as possible. I came from over 400 miles away and couldn't have been happier with car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Unprofessional dealer. Never responded timely. Couldn’t figure out where their car was. Supposedly sent the car to auction but sat there a month without selling, but in the meantime kept it on their website and lowered the price. Extremely misleading and a giant waste of time.

Very nice dealership. Was reached out within an hour with the video and out of door price. My salesperson was Chris , he keep update me if the car still available coz I need to drive 132 miles for the car. When I got there, car was ready to test drive, he also explain all the question I had and show me the features of the car. When we sit down I asked if there anything he could do about the price we agreed on, he knows that even he don’t do anything I still gonna get the car but he ended up save me another $500. He is not pushy as I thought and was very nice during the whole process. Highly recommended this dealership .

Enjoyed purchasing from this dealer. We were not pressured into buying options we did not need. Our sales agent was very knowledgeable and even went out is his way to ensure we would be able to drive our new vehicle home that night. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealer and will definitely consider purchasing from them again.

I originally had a good experience. I was working to make a deal over the phone. The dealer requested info on my trade in and I supplied it. Then suddenly, I stopped hearing from the dealer. And all of subsequent emails received one word answers if they were answered at all. Guess they sold the car.

Had a great experience here. They contacted me the very next day. Set up a test drive for after work that day and purchased the vehicle the next day. They were typical in their tactics but not to pushy as some other dealers. I would definitely recommend my sales guy Jesse

Poor salesmanship + lack of transparency = poor customer experience. I had only gotten up early on a Saturday morning no less, it was 19 degrees outside with inclement weather pending, traveled 107 miles and was prepared to make a cash purchase. I guess you could say I was interested in this car. The mileage on the car however, was not 9,319 miles as advertised. It was 14,601 miles, a whopping 56% more miles than advertised. When I raised this point to the salesman he was dismissive. So I asked for the best price and was told that the stated price is the best price. I was willing to pay for the car as advertised 9,319 miles, plus maybe an addtnl 500 miles? Just think, if I had been offered a fair or even modest adjustment to compensate for what felt like a bait and switch I might have accepted it. How frequently do they entertain cash paying customers - I wasn't even asked how I intended to pay. On principle there is no offer this dealership could make to earn my business.

No one from the dealership kept in contact. I've reached out several times via email and text. I've never had a dealership not want to take my money. There was communication until I made an actual offer on the vehicle. The asking price for the vehicle at the time was 55k. I offered to pay 52K, 9K down with 17K for my trade in (which I had been offered from 2 other dealer's and I provided proof in writing). Two days after my offer the price dropped to 52K, seems like an easy deal to make at that point. I reached out 3 more times since the price drop which was on Monday 11/30/2020 still no response.

Ended up getting the same car ,different color. What a wonderful experience. So efficient, and we traveled an hour or so to pick up the car after work. The staff was so friendly and the overall experience was so well organized. The car was waiting and ready and waiting for us . The paperwork was easy and the gentlemen finalizing the paperwork was so nice and personable. Shout out to John and Jesse who were are point if contact salesperson. The variety of available vehicle choices was superb. The prices will blow you away !!!! I would highly recommend !!!!!!!

I would not recommend this dealer. Tried to obtain information from them 3 different times on 3 different vehicles. Follow up to our concerns and questions would take 2-3 business days and/or sometimes not at all. Very poor customer relationship skills and communication in our experience. We definitely would not entertain the thought of even looking at their inventory again!

we had a GREAT experience working w Mercedes Motorworld (wilkes bare). ultimately we purchased a new 2020 MB GLA 250.

Bad experience all around. The car I was interested in and had a confirmed appointment on was sold prior. However, was not told of this until I was at the dealership....to only still see it daily with different prices on cargrus.

Vehicle advertised (2017 Durango) was not available as it had been sold. They showed us a heavily used 2015 Durango, which we accepted a deal on. However, we purchased a 2018 Durango GT elsewhere the following morning and the sales representative was not friendly when given the news and lamented that he had stayed late the night before. We won’t go there again.

I came to look at the 2010 toyota tacoma and left with a 15 tacoma with around the same payments. Everyone at motorworld went above beyond to try and satisfy what I was looking for and absolutely killed it with deals and trying to get the best rates and experience for the customer. They really have made a customer comfortable environment. I've always said I wouldn't buy from a dealership but motorworld has completely changed my mind. Get hooked with Jeff Loftus and he'll set you straight.

Very professional and fair. Excellent experience with a seasoned salesman and management. Everyone was great to deal with and we got a good deal on a great truck. They detailed it for us before we took it home even knowing it was a rainy snowy day. We traveled 100 miles to get there and it was worth it.

I spoke to the sales man Stan, who is a great communicator. Indicated that the car has no accident and will sell on the fly. Later, I found out that the car has a damage report. When I informed him by the damage, he stated that the car was sold. Apparently, it was not sold and they lowered the price from $36k to $35k. Be aware that car is damaged

Made an offer on a Tacoma and the pseudo sales person refused to take ANY reduction on the asking price!! A couple of hours after I rejected his full price I checked the vehicle add and he had taken $500 off the price! Also noted that the dealership did NOT post a CarFax like their other vehicles. Found out that the reason it was in an accident! Stay away!!

I am being honest when rating-the first salesman was very rude and made accusations after I took truck for a test drive. I was never treated like this at any dealership in my life. When I got a different salesman then I did buy the truck and was treated better. Still it took too many hours to have vehicle cleaned and ready, while we waited until closing time at 8pm , over 2 1/2 hrs later. So far I am pleased with the truck.
